I was a prefered customer of kays shopping with them only for over 25 years. They sold me fake jewerly for over 5,000 but it is not worth 50.00

This store dont deserve any star,me and my wife expent a lot of money on this store,and when we take her watch for replace the mirror they trying to make us pay more than 1000 dollar without said nothing before even when they charge me 150 for the reparation,i never ever going to buy nothing else there,and i do not recomended this store for nothing,is a thief and a scam

They always turn me down when I have issue with merchandise, they refer me to another store 45 minutes from where I live its crazy. Not once but two times this has happened, and its always the store manager that says nothing can be done on his part. I talked to corporate and made a complaint to the district manager they said that they are not allowed to turn me down and that all KAY stores must deal with my problem even if the merchandise was not from their store. Very disrespectful store manager in this area, next time I will push it and bring up the district manager.

I never buy anything in kay again, I dont spend neither my time nor my money in this place and these people who work here the worst of the worst,,, send some clothes to fix and they kept me 3 months waiting and every time I went they told me something different and nobody knew anything at all,,, that bad customer service by God should close this place ...... This is how big businesses fail due to bad customer service ...... inept people and unprofessional ...
