Dealt today with an associate from Zales. Her name is Mireya. What a professional, sweet and patient lady. Not only did she take care of my needs but she went way and beyond. If you are ever in the Hialeah area and near Westland Mall and want to buy high quality jewelry, please ask for Mireya. I highly recommend her.
I do not recommend you go here. I’ve been three times in the last two weeks, and they’ve told me there system is out due to a global issue. I believed them, wasted an hour of my Uber busy life, until I finally called another store and they knew nothing of this global issue. I would recommend you do not go to this Zales go to another store. When I call there store no one picks up either.

If I could give this place a zero stars I will. The staff are unprofessional and rude. One of the staff even said to leave because there was nothing there in my price range. Even if you buy something from them forget about returning a defective item because is always the customers fault.

My understanding is that when you go to a jewelry store you look around and see if you like it an item. Ive never felt treated more insignificant in my life. The customer service is horrible. The employees seem to either want to take on too many customers at once or only ones that they think will buy. Honestly, my husband and I ended up going to Pembroke Pines to purchase a celebration engagement ring instead. When we first went to Hialeah Zales and asked to see a couple of rings the lady got annoyed and put the rings away. She said she would be back and left us there. The ring I wanted was there but I preferred to drive a little farther from my home to order what I wanted in Pines. This place takes away the desire to spend my money. Its not like Im wasting $100, good jewelry costs thousands of dollars. I think, that at least, I should be treated with some patience and decent attitude.
I purchase something online. Went to pick it up but did not like it. No hassles returning the item and I ended up with a better piece of jewelry and better deal.Very pleased
The staff here is helpful. They will do all they can to get you what you are looking for and give it to you at the best price possible. My story in particular deals with a staff member who went out of their way to order an out of stock item for me. It took place over the phone, just with that fact she could have decided not to do it.Those posting about the wait have clearly never been to a Jewelry store. Any customer transaction takes 30-35 mins minimum at any store. So a wait is very common.

Terrible experience once they got paid... my sales rep leida is GREAT.. but I bought an engagement ring, paid for the engraving and when I went to pick it up the day before our trip I noticed that the engraving was done WRONG. Came back spoke to same rep I bought it from she was super apologetic but there was nothing they could do since I was leaving at 9 am the next day. Brought ring back to get fixed after trip was told it would be 2 ways now Im been told March 24!! Are you kidding me.. if your buying jewelry over 6k the go to zales but if youre expending less dont WASTE your time go somewhere else they dont care unless theres alot of money behing it....
At the beginning everything was going fine. The problem was when I wen to the store two days latter of my purchesing with my boyfried to return the bracelet and buy a ring for him. fast forward at the end my boyfriend did not like any of the ring that they have and we ask them to return the money and that it. The day of the original sale I pay with cash and the rest on my debit car. And when they were doing the return the manager told me that I will be receiving in the mail a check with the refund, its not only that the check will take around 30 days to get to my house, is that when I ask why a check and not the cash that I originally paid with? They answered me: this is the policy and it is on the receipt. That is not professional because I did not know and as fas I am concentrating the customer gets the receipt at the end of the purchase. How I am going to know that if nobody told me anything before. I do not understand way they change my way of payment, I think this is a way of money launder. Very dissatisfied with the service.
This store needs help, I went in 2wks ago to have my wedding ring inspected and repolished as I am supposed to do to maintain the warranty per the company policy, upon arriving this older lady tells me that they inspect it right there and put it in a machine so I told them no that wouldn’t do that I would rather take it and clean it myself for that, I leave the store and call customer service when I am speaking to customer service they told me I needed to go back and ask for a manager upon arriving back at the store no manager Available but another gentlemen helps me I believe his name is Henry and takes my ring withought any questions at that point I decide I will buy my wife’s wedding anniversary while I am at the store and I spend over $1,000 in a ring and a necklace from the Disney collection, the ring didn’t fit my wife and it has to be resized I go to the store to drop it off and they tell me a week after the week goes by I call every single day and they keep giving me some lame excuse that the ac is broken In the shop, the computers are down, I call today 2 weeks later and my ring is not ready and they gave me the same lame excuse tomorrow because the ac is broken, I don’t care if the ac or computers are broken that was not an issue the day I spent $1,000 at the store!!! Horrible service, I am frequent loyal customer but don’t think I will be buying anything else there.
If I could give this place NO STAR I WOULD. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am appalled at the service. I dropped off my engagement ring to get it sized, brought in my receipt and gave them my ID to register me as the one who will be authorized to pick it up. Gentleman told me only thing I had to do was show my ID since I am AUTHORIZED to pick up my ring. Fast forward, 2 weeks and I call this store to see if my ring was ready for pick up. I called 3 times and no answer, after the 4th call they finally answer. I explained to her my reason of calling and she gave me attitude and told me she was with another client and that I had to wait or call back. I chose to wait, because it had already taken me so long just for them to answer. 2 mins later, she hangs up. She did that twice. Another 5 mins later passed And they finally answer only to tell me that I hung up on them! Why would I hang up on you if Im calling you!!!!! She then gave me so much attitude saying that they were super busy and that I had to wait which previously I told her I HAD NO PROBLEM WAITING. Finally she looks to see if it was ready and told me who was authorized to pick it up (me) and explains to me the person has to show an ID. THATS IT. I go to this store a few hours later to wait 25 mins to be attended!!!! She asked me for ID, and then tells me I am authorized to pick up the ring. Then she asked me for a receipt, which I was NEVER told to bring. Why would I bring you a receipt showing proof I bought it when I brought that when I came to drop it off, and it is PAID FOR ON A CREDIT CARD. Ridiculous!!!! Not only did i waste my TIME, but I wasted GAS. If this is their policy I understand BUT THERE CANNOT BE A LACK OF COMMUNICATION, and except the customer to instantly know all that!!!! If you tell me bring my ID and thats it, THATS IT!!! I didnt think I would need proof to pick up a ring that my husband purchased and that is getting resized. If you need to go to Zales, I would recommend aventura mall. This place is nasty, lacks decent customer service and is all around just a crappy store. They only care about their commission.
