Hands down Im a very satisfied customer, as soon as I walked in I was acknowledged and greeted with the help i needed being a first time hookah experience and purchase, they had everything I needed, I will be back, this was my second stop for a hookah and Im glad I took a second guess, because not every store have knowledge about hookahs, but happy times got my money today, very reasonable prices, thank you to the young lady that helped me👍😊

Probably one of the best smoke shops in Hialeah! Its small but really well organized and cozy, and despite being small, their selection is great. The owner is really sweet and helpful and offers great advice if you ever need it. The prices are very good as well.

I just visited today for the first, right before closing too and Ive never experienced such a nice relaxed customer service experience. The young lady was extremely helpful and patient. Just wanted to say thank you for the great service. Everyone is quick to complain but no one speaks up when an establishment does a good job and today was wonderful. So congrats and thank you! Ps. Prices were very affordable too!I will definitely be visiting again!!! :D

Terrible service.I have been here several times and every time I have tried to go to the shop they never open on time.They advertise they open at 11AM and they never do so.... the person who opens the store is always late. I waited until noon they have yet to open.Lazy staff I will never be coming to this place again because they waisted my time!

First time here and I was so impressed. The store is tiny but dont let this fool you. They are fully stocked they have a huge variety of wraps, bongs, pipes, and candles as well as masks and just so much. They have alot ot things within any price range, as long as you have 1$ you can buy something in that store. The staff was incredibly friendly and nothing is over priced. My new smoke shop for sure!

Big selection of products. The people who work there are usually very helpful. The parking is not great and the roads around it are dangerous though. Last time I went a moped was hit by a truck as I was parking.
