Today my girl and I stopped by the Headquarters Shop in Hialeah and mannn! The nicest person, her name is Star, helped us out with absolutely Everything we needed and more!! She was super courteous/friendly,nicely informed about the latest and best products:)which by the way...their store is off the chain with All kinds of good stuff:) We definitely recommend this Headquarters to Everyone 💯

Unreliable times!! Shop says it opens at 11am and was outside till 11:20 and no one opened the store. Hope the owner knows whats going on with these people and the schedules at the location.

I love going here because they sell piercings at such a low price but every time I’ve gone they happened to be closed. I checked on google what time they close on a Sunday and it says 7pm, i went at 4pm, and the shopping was completely closed. I go down from Miami Gardens which isn’t much of a drive but it’s annoying to waste my time and gas to be disappointed. They don’t really deserve 1 star because when they are generally open they are worth the 5 stars but until they start opening their full hours i won’t change it.

Stay away from this place. They’ll sell you products there for triple times it’s worth! I Found the same product at another store for a fraction of the price. Do not go here unless you know forsure you’re getting a good deal because this place has overpriced items.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful so this isnt a complaint about them. I was sold a fake vape pen and when I tried to use the warranty the company told me they were unable to replace it. This store needs to make sure theyre buying from trustworthy suppliers.

Great first experience. Only place in south fl that i know that still pratice the art of a hot shave. Ken is def the one you want to ask for but all the barbers are great.

Its a small but epic little store the staff is very nice theres a couple of people that work here all the girls are cute but the pipes are great they have a nice selection and a cheap little selection if you want and well priced everything and great quality water pipes
