I don’t understand why this place isn’t more popular. DELICIOUS and HEALTHY. Customer service is great. The restaurant is clean and very tiny. But they have great outdoor seating. That’s the last part of my chicken Cesar wrap in the picture because I forgot to take picture because it was just that GOOD. Don’t hesitate. Eat here.

They have SO many yummy options, it was hard to pick.They are open at awesome hours too!The ladies working were absolutely lovely. They didn’t speak much English but were really kind and tried.The space was clean, pretty and one of the better cafes I’ve been to in America.I recommend this place.

Kzwellness is inside the youfit in Hialeah. They sell wraps and smoothies from inside the youfit (but it does have another door to get inside during youfit off hours. Anyway there are many different flavors for the smoothies as well as supplements you can add to the smoothie. Also the wraps have different meats, cheese etc. This is very good post workout. I do recommend

Boy you gotta try this place out, healthy food (protein shakes, salad bowls, smoothies, quesadillas, all kinds of wraps) combined with excellent costumer service plus located next to a gym. What else can we ask, lol. I loved it...

My protein smoothie was extremely tasty almost like a ice cream milkshake it was tasty. The restaurant was very clean and service was quick and friendly the only thing that would raise the bar for me is if they had the calories and macros for there foods and drinks.

Food was okay, but I wouldnt say its worth around $15 for a smoothie and chicken quesadilla, especially when their food is cooked in the microwave...it was filling though...dont get the vegetables juice; tasted bad.Didnt like the fact that the shop was so tiny while dining in; not covid friendly. When other people eat inside, theres no 6 feet apart.

Shame I cant put a minus before the start.Bad services, bad attitude, bad food.I asked for a chicken quesadilla and the chicken was hard microwave.$10No-one ask if I want something to drink, here you go and go lol. It doesnt look like the only cooker there, wants to cook. No smile, it was hard for the front girl to ask me what do I want.Sorry bye bye, no more visit, it was the first one and the last one.Even worth, the camaras in the place doesnt work. Lol. Be more attentive and check camaras around 6 pm, your workers might turn it off. Lol

First time here. First thing I asked for was please no cheese on the wrap. I got a bunch of cheese. 😖 I guess there was no communication between the person who took the order and the person who made the wrap. The smoothies were great. That was a plus.

I had a honey chicken wrap. Except for the hidden toothpick I almost ate and wilting lettuce, it was good. I had a smoothie that was also good.

This time around I ordered a protein waffle and an all green smoothie. Definitely a bit better than the last time. I can definitely taste all the greens in my smoothie along with the green apple that I told her to add for flavor. The waffle wasnt the best best it was edible and it tasted good paired with the strawberries. Id recommend if youre looking for a quick snack after a workout.

Amazing food, personality and customer service. My favorite thing is that they have meal plans ready after an awesome workout!! Thats right.... You can get healthy meals to assist you in your routine. Great Atmosphere!! The restrooms in the gym are more than sufficient and I have always been able to use them.

WOW every time I come to eat at KZ I came out so full. No matter what I order is so good. The services are superb. My favorite is the #6 Chicken Bacon & Cheese with a Choco Power Smoothie

Ive been eating at this cafe for over 10 years and I always leave satisfied. The owner and employees are very professional and take there time preparing the meals. The menu is very balanced and fair priced for the quality of food and portion served. Best smoothies with adaptable additions to each smoothie. My only complaints is that is not closer to my house!!!.

Chicken Caesar wrap was decent nothing special. The smoothie was best thing. I like to come here after a good workout in youfit which is connected. The first time I came I thought the food was way too overpriced for what I received and the smoothie wasnt the best because it would get watered down very quickly. This time around I ordered a protein waffle and an all green smoothie.

A great hidden gem in Hialeah with many healthy options and to date, Ive been a customer for over 2 years now, not 1 single bad dish or smoothie, its all delicious! Staff is awesome and friendly and the owner is such a sweet woman, and its next to the gym! Convenience at its best. If youre in the gym right now reading this, go get yourself a smoothie after your workout, you wont regret it.

This place has nobody that speaks English at all when my order was not correctly made I could not get it fixed because the manager was not on the property and nobody there spoke English. I called back multiple times after I was hung up on because I did not speak Spanish every single time I call back the lady would say yes and then the phone will go dead for a moment and she would hang up. It’s unfortunate a place with such good food has nobody to speak English when your order is incorrect I have had one bad experience here and tried it again although I was let down.If you speak Spanish this place might be a good place to order from if you don’t don’t even try it because after the order is messed up you’re not going to be able to do anything about itThe food I ordered off of Uber Eats yesterday was great and timely today a totally different story this place needs to change their way of doing business and have somebody who speaks English.

I can’t believe I received such poor service.-The staff member didn’t know how many grams of protein was in my shake-told me I can’t customize a shake so I paid a dollar for like 4-6 blueberries-she poured too much liquid in my shake, overflowing it so I didn’t even get the protein I paid for and when I asked if she can poor the rest In so that I get my protein she said the owner doesn’t allow that.Maybe it was the staff member but idk, I’m Never going again

I started going there like almost two years ago not going to lie the best smoothie I had for sale the best orange juice I had was there in the empanadas Spinach. Were the bombs I go afterwards no more empanadas no more orange juice order a smoothie it was like water nothing compared to the beginning so disappointed I dont care about the prices when I go and eat but for what I got it was too overpriced the prices are off the hook but thats their business they can run it whatever way they want they lost a customer 2 overpriced

B- | The orange juice maker was very refreshing and the turkey wrap we received definitely tasted very delightful, the only huge con about the plant is the lack of English and small staff. The day we went there was only one worker, about ~$30 for a Breakfast for 2 which of reasonably priced.

Very clean and friendly atmosphere.They have the best wraps, salads, quesadillas smoothies and freshly squeezed Natural juices this is what makes Kz wellness different from other places. You can call ahead of time to make an order. Highly recommend Kz wellness cafe.

First time there and I’ll be back. There’s not many places to buy açaí bowls in Hialeah. Eating their açaí bowl made my taste buds so happy! I added chia seeds, almonds, blueberries to their banana, strawberry, kiwi and granola bowl. The açaí wasn’t too sweat and the berries were delicious and fresh. Loved it! Thank you! ✌️

Ordered some wraps and they put cheese in them. Being a health food place, youd think theyd list the ingredients in their menu so people with food intolerances can know what theyre getting. Not going back there again.

Well the menu is not that healthy. They do not have brown sugar or agave. However the Atencio went so well that I give a 5 stars
