I had similar challenges to another reviewer. They would give an estimated time, miss that time, not proactively inform me and didn’t seem to care about any inconvenience to me.Then I got quite upset when they delivered the wrong item in a heavy crate that took up half of my garage. They left it here for weeks!!! They forced me to deal with their inept deloiverh company and did not take adequate responsibility for something that had nothing to do with me.Their stuff is pretty. If you’re prepared for complications then you should be fine.
They don’t deal with the “end user”. They don’t return calls or emails. Three months to fill an order. Artists don’t know how to run a business. Just a big waste of time!

Order placed in early july, card charged. at the time of order I was told 8 to 10 weeks, no problem. called 10 weeks after ordering in late september and was told half of order takes another 5 months ( march of 2015 ) and the other half ready in another 5 weeks in early november. ok, again no problem send it when you have it and we will wait. The very next day they charged the entire order without asking or even telling me!Called immediately after discovering they had charged a total of $7000 on my card without me getting or even knowing when i am getting anything!!!! I called and got the run around and waited another week with no answer why the charge was made or when they would commit to any ship date even though only half would be ready in another 5-6 weeks ( if you can trust them )making it 15 weeks for the first half and a whooping 34 weeks for the second half of the order.How they manage to deal with anyone is a puzzle to me. From my perspective, this company is run by artist but not business people so it is totally unorganized, arrogant with no regard for their customer and from their desperate cash hungry way, very cash strapped and that is always a precursor to problems, I guess I might never know as it just do not look like after handing them $7000 I would ever see a thing. Thank god for charge backs by American express!SO be very careful because when you order, they take your money and you will be answering to angry customers...I mean 16 weeks for a few lamps and 34 weeks for furniture is a little long dont you think?To top it off, got an email which sounded like a scolding by their shipping manager that says since I reverse the charge they are stopping the crating. The funny thing is in the same email she insisted it ships in November and crating takes 2 week and why it is in crating 6 weeks before shipping is only for the argument that they had charged the card as she insist they charge when they start crating. Also of great amusement is that she states all this is for my protection. Now that is creative delusion! I guess charging my card way ahead of shipping/crating benefits me not them according to this person. The total lack of common sense from their shipping manager is beyond any logic.The product after close to a year finally did arrive. Yes all told about 9 months from start to finish. In all fairness the quality is good and packaged well. Sales lady Barbie is exceptional and shipping department seem to be much more customer orientated now, maybe a personnel change or maybe intensive training? But it does seem to have improved.
