I usually dont write reviews. However Carlos and the team at Water Yacht Solutions went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I had a 2012 Dometic marine AC unit that stopped working. I bought a new model from Carlos that replaced my old model. However upon installation it wouldnt cool. Carlos spent time on the phone with me to diagnose. He then sent me another new unit to try. That also would not cool. He then sent me a third unit that is a different older model which works great! Seems like there was an incompatibly issue with the newest model and my pumping system. Carlos and team were amazing. They never gave up. Highly recommended

Great customer service! They repaired my acs in my bertram 41 in a couple of hours when everyone else told me it would take 2 days. They even serviced and descaled the system. They know all these systems inside out and give you recommendations to avoid issues. Highly recommended!

Excellent customer service. These guys helped me find a replacement display for my old marine air conditioner. I had an SMX II keypad that was no longer working. They recommended a modern touch screen as a replacement that just looks nice. The explained step by step what I need to do to install the new version of the display. It took me less than 10 minutes. I purchased a new boat air conditioner (ECD 16) from Water Yacht Solutions back in February. The unit works great and it is very quiet at night. My wife loves it. They had the best price online and the shipped it for free. I will definitely recommend this company. Nelson and Peter really know what they do.

I called to repair an ac unit and they charged me $370 just to put freon and replace a valve. After 5 hrs the ac stopped working properly (low pressure). I called them back and they told me that I had to buy a new unit. They never checked if there was a leak.Thank God I found another authorized dealer that came and found the leak. Since then the AC is working perfect.For this reason I do not recommend this people. They wanted to convince me that the boat needed a new unit instead of looking for the problem...... it was just a leak that was repaired by a real technician in less than 1 hour.I don’t like to write bad reviews, but I think it is fair that other boat owners know about my experience.
