I got my mattress 3-4 yrs ago no sags try flipping them around, or buy one that works the best with yuf hight & weight, maybe by trying to save a few dollars, yur buying the wrong mattress.Thats why they have different thicknesses, to handle a bigger load.Also maybe lay off the snacks.4 yrs not a problem & they helped me pick one that fits my size & weight.Ill always buy American.And thatll be Biscayne Bedding for meRuss

Our latex queen was so comfortable FOR ONLY A YEAR. THEN the indications in the mattress became noticeable. We r side sleepers and there became a hill in the middle with valleys on the sides. Now our selling store is out of business.

I purchased this mattress two months ago and loved it. I was going to buy more this week for different rooms. However reading the reviews there isn’t a chance I would purchase from a company that doesn’t stand by their warranty.Has anyone else noticed that the five star reviews come from people whose total history of review counts is their 1st or 2nd review???? I’m so bummed about this because now I’m back to ground zero. :-(

Our guests absolutely love our beds and we get continual comments regarding their comfort.We are so happy with them we purchased one for ourself. The beds have held up extremely well overt the past 3 years. We will always use their beds in our rentals.

So far I have spoken with the vp and he says he will see what he can do to honor the warranty on my bed. So I am changing my review from one star to three and if the issue is resolved I will give it 5. Fingers crossed.Update: this place does not honor their own warranty. Buyer beware!

Very disappointed; we bought a mattress from Biscayne 2 years and 7 months ago, and we travel a lot, so the use time is even less! On both sides of the mattress it sags with a big bump running down the middle. When we first got the mattress we loved it, it just didnt last! Because we could not show enough of a sag, Biscayne has refused to standby the warranty! We are now shopping for a new mattress with a different company!

3 Months in and the bed is sagging. No refund offered by the retailer nor biscayne bedding. I dont want to go through the headache of trying to get an exchange with a poor mattress. Im out hundreds of dollars. This is a small company, do yourself a favor and get a bed in a box with a return policy.

Awful Mattress.. bought the best one, the most expensive one in the shop..We are snowbirds.. only sleep on it 4 months out of the year.. this is the third year. 11 months.. we flipped it, turned it, to no avail.. we are small people.. both of us.. 54 each no more than 145 lbs..Two big sags on each side of the bed.. hammock.. and the bump in the middle where nobody sleeps.. total waste of money.
