I came into the store needing help. The previous place I went to had the worst customer service. I was helped by Yesenia Hernandez and I was more than satisfied. She explained everything so clearly and she did it all with a wonderful smile on her face. Shes was super courteous and informative.

This is the BEST public storage i have been to yet!!! I came in to buy some boxes few weeks ago and was not sure what size i needed and the love property manger tracy was there and helped me all the way, even with the mask on i can still see that great smile! Thank you tracy for the great service even though it was simply just boxes!!!

This is a joke. They have left the handcarts locked. No one to unlock them. Impossible to get a hold of a human on the phone. The radio/phone next to the door calls customer service and wants numbers pressed for options and the radio/phone has no numbers as you could see the picture.

Good place. Centrally located. But there were no carts. Usually the case.

BROKEN INTO - This has been my WORST storage experience ever. Public Storage forces their customers to buy their insurance despite it being against Florida Department of Insurance regulations. MY UNIT WAS BROKEN INTO and i had to find this out on my own. The thieves broke into several units but Public Storage doesnt notify owners even thought Public Storage claims to have noticed the break-in. It was at this time that I was informed that this was a regular occurrence and that I started to notice how regularly their own doors needed repair. Public Storage wont report incidents to local police nor will they cooperate if you try to report it. I did called the police, but I was made aware that only Public Storage, the property owner, can report the crime. Obvious to me, Public Storage doesnt want crime information be made public. To add insult to injury, the insurance policy they opt you into asks for receipts to missing merchandise. To make this worst, being that the unit was broken and couldnt be secured (although they could had fixed it long before I showed up), I was told I was better off moving to a more secure area of their building, only for the rent price to be increased a month later. Oh yeah, and theres also people who leave there inside units with access to your unit all night while you arent allowed in.UPDATE - About a week after this review the regional manager called me insinuating he would issue a refund if I removed post. I declined.

If there were a way to put a zero star theyve earned less than that. This place always has issues with the elevators, I had to reschedule my move due to a broken elevator, the staff has no concern nor empathy over peoples time, they shrug shoulders and talkback with nasty remarks when one goes to the office, thats if there is anyone there, never is there anyone at this office. Ive used other locations of Public storage and its no better, my stuff was once roach-infested and they didnt do anything about it.. Dont know how these people stay in business. Once I empty I will never use them again. I guess the saying holds with these guys, you get what you pay for. Very disappointed.

This public storage is very nice and neat and well-kept up. Management theyre pretty decent. Prices inside are not so expensive despite the fact that its a storage facility. Many storage sizes. Ive personally only use the small ones but the prices are good the place is well protected.

Storage is storage, but service is a whole different thing. Yasmany is great and extremely informative. We came by and he showed us several different options, and then we came back and secured a unit. Thanks Manny.

Yaqueline and Zaydei were absolutely wonderful and helpful. This location is perfect. Right off the highway across from Poes Rental. You can rent your moving truck from there. Also, it is next door to a gas station that has good prices and a car wash.. The unit we had was a dream. We were on the first floor, right center as you walk in. I suggest you get a 1st floor rental in case the elevator is out of order. We actually had an additional unit located on the second floor for only 3 months. The prices at this location are cheaper than others. We had a Public Storage unit in Palmetto Bay, it was more expensive and smaller, This location is much more affordable. I recommend this location because of their friendly and family demeanor, customer service was excellent and great location. Everyone there is helpful, kind and we will miss them. We never had an issue.

I went in today to rent a storage unit with some idea of what I wanted to put into it, but was not sure how large a unit to get. Yaqui and Nina explained that all the units were air conditioned and helped me pick out the best size for what I wanted to store. Everything was explained to me in great detail with nothing left out. I had no questions at the end because of how thorough they were. I would strongly recommend this location of storage if you want a great customer service experience! The location is also very nice looking on the inside and outside and is very convenient to get to.

Yaqueline was very polite and helpful, my experience was very pleasant. I look forward to excellent continued service......However the parking lot is not lit at all. So its extremely dark at night and poses a safety risk. Also there are no garbage cans on site.

I’ve been asking for restroom access after office hours since March 2019. I spoke with management, supervisor and regional manager. Only the ones leasing the first floor has access to restroom. It’s a nonsense and discriminatory policy. I have to stop everything I’m doing, after hours and look for a restroom outside of the facility in another commercial business. Nobody is listening. Absurd!!!!

Employees dont care and a district manager who has no interest in his customers. How many employees does it take to change a light bulb? The answer is ZERO. For three months the lights in front of my storage unit have been out. Its dark and hard to see in the unit as a result. As of this week, I have asked for the 17th time that the light bulbs please be changed so that I can see....thats correct 17, I have actually counted. I ask about 3 or 4 times a week for working lights. That isnt so much to ask for. I purposely chose a unit that had lights in front of it, but its proven to not matter. The employees at the front desk tell me that tomorrow we promise to change the lights and tomorrow comes, and nothing. Over and over, and over again....and NOTHING. The manager actually told me Its not my job to change the light bulbs...why dont you call the district manager? . Why doesnt she just put an order in and do her job? Why doesnt she do her job and call the district manager herself? Why would the district manager be the only person who can approve changing a light bulb, and why would you ask a customer to chase down the district manager to request new light bulbs. Instead of doing her job, she wants me to do her job. THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF INADEQUATE AND UNMOTIVATED AND UNINTELLIGENT employees and managers I have ever witnessed in any business. Its like dealing with the three stooges. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO INTEREST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR IN DOING THEIR JOBS. See attached photos, this is literally how dark it is in my unit and in the hallway. Its a safety hazard and a liability. $$$$$$

I been having units at this location for 10-12 years now. All units are kept under A/C soYou dont have to worry about anything getting damaged/mold etc.All this years Ive been dealing with Yaquelin Yaqui and I highly recommend you to see her if you have/or are planing to have a unit here.

I did not expect this excellent experience at a public storage. Nina made the experience that much better. Please give her a raise if any of her manager reads this. She makes people want to come back and recommend this particular storage facility. Im not going anywhere else as long as she works there.

I arrived at the end of the day on a Saturday afternoon and Nina opened the door to greet me. She was already closing for the day and actually stopped what she was doing to help me with my storage rental. She was friendly and very helpful. I had a wonderful experience. Thank You.

This is an excellent storage facility. The staff are what make it worth renting a storage unit here. Zaida was so wonderful to us, going above and beyond her duties each and every single time we had interactions with her. She is extremely professional and very serviceable. Great experience. Zaida, the property manager who assisted me, was very polite and explained all very clearly. Facilities are very clean and well maintained.

When signing the contract, I was really clear about the rate increase procedure. They promised me that the rate would not change until 6 months later, and the increase would only be for a reasonable (20% or less) of the monthly rate that I received - regardless of the special. After 6 months, they raised my rate from $80 to $123- that is OVER 60% !!! They take advantage because they know its a mission to move out. I called corporate, and they said that in my contract it is stated that the rate can change at any time and I should be happy that it didnt happen earlier.I moved in and they gave me the wrong gate code. I couldnt get ahold of anyone until the next day to get a temp code to move - which messed up our moving. They said it was something with the system.Then the light wasnt working in the hall of our unit for the move. They said they contacted regional to have them send a bulb. We waited months until the store manager finally just replaced the bulb. I spoke with regional and they only gave me a $15 credit for one month when it was broken for 3 months!!Still - a year later - the light only stays on for 1 minute. So every time you get something in the storage you have to run out to the hall and jump up and down for the light to come on. It makes everything take 5x longer!!The unit is only temp controlled - its definitely warm (78 deg) in the units in summers. Most of my products are rancid and need to be thrown away because it was too warm.I do agree with the other comments - Nina is fabulous!! The bathrooms are clean.

Yaqueline was very nice and efficient with the rental of my unit. The only problem I have is that it was a bit pricey but other than that everything seems legit with this place.Did the reservation online and from NYC, arrived late due to a flight delay and they were very nice to me.

The guy at the storage today didn’t want to show me the different sizes of the storage. I even called and complain about it. Because they are suppose to show the storage the unit.

I was looking around for prices when I stopped in this location to asked, my first impression was not so good because the manager Yaqueline was sitting all the time and with a bad attitude but then this lady Nina showed up and she took care of me and my every other concern even though I was being annoying with all my questions. She was so sweet and with an smile always on her face. I promise to her that I was coming back next week for rent for sure. Thank you Nina for your excellent customer service .
