I needed documents printed, notarized and scanned. The attendants are kind, professional, and very efficient handling my documents. I highly recommend this location for all your business needs. I watched as they services customer after customer without missing a beat. Pedro and Misael are amazing.

Worse UPS store ever. Employees at this UPS store do not follow PAYING customers requests, they have an strangest and quite rude attitude, as if they were doing us consumers a favor when in fact WE ARE PAYING for their salaries. You people need to urgently work on some serious training at that location STARTING by that manager there who knows absolutely nothing about customer relations. In short THIS PLACE SUCKS and will never be back there. Will definitely escalate and write a formal letter to UPS Franchise Headquarters.

The staff its always very nice and courteous.

Not ready to help, always in bad mood and not helpful. Most importantly they always close earlier than advertised. So dont bother to visit if you think about getting them 15 to 20 min before they say store will close.

I just moved to this neighborhood! I was so happy with all businesses around and i came in once and was treated great by another guy! Buttt last tike i came, i was supposed to go to the hospital at 11:45, i was getting in to have my baby that afternoon, i was trying to get things done before going in for 3 days! So i was told by Amazon and macys i was supposed to drop my packages completely free, no payment, i dont know if im wrong! Soo this guy, short, be like the labels are $2 or your print it somewhere else! The weird here is i been there before and they didn’t charge me! Sooo i dont get it! I would pay not 2, 5 i have to if i would be treated properly! But i just left with my boxes, i was not gunna fight over two dollars, i was told i dont have to pay for it! This guys was rude he didnt even gave me a good service! 🤦🏻‍♀️💪🏻

B+ | This store is organized and has so many packages I picked up my package pretty seamlessly one day and the attendant was friendly and made sure that I was properly helped before moving on to the next customer. The store is a but tiny given the circumstances and possible amount of customers that could arrive yet they make it work and it always seems to run like a well oiled machine.

If you need help, beware!!! This is by far the worst USP store in South Florida!!! I went into this store to ship a package. I paid the expensive overnight fee to have it delivered. Low and behold, the employee behind the desk types in the wrong zip code (on two separate occasions) !!! Now, the delivery is two days LATE!!! What kind of service is this! I will not be going back to this place! I recommend avoiding this UPS Store forever!!!

Inside this place there is a NOTARY that does not charge expensive, $ 10 per document and $ 3 for transcribing. There are two Venezuelans attending the store lente excellent because they know your needs.

They scammed me, I paid for a service and it turns out they didnt deliver the package. On the fixed day, when I make a claim for a refund, they tell me there was an error with the address, what an error gentlemen, the address is correct, UPS is a scam hopefully In the immediate future solve these inconvenient.
