Passenger front door replaced and painted. Now have a draft somewhere that’s easily noticeable at 40mph and up. Ridiculously annoying. Never had a damaged vehicle before, first experience…do the job right the first time. Now it will be extremely inconvenient to have them try to fix it between my work and transportation. Extremely livid about this.

The people there made the process of my car repair painless. I was hit in a parking lot. Custom Body Works dealt with the insurance, rental, etc. All I had to do was drop off my car and pick it up when it was repaired. Oh, and the repair work was superior. It looks brand new and its almost 9 years old!

Was told to bring car in for a quick repair for compounding and wax on a bump up. In and out in less than 40 minutes. Looks like new. Great job, efficient and a pleasure to work with. All my cars will now go to them if body work needed again. Second trip was when I was rear-ended and it did extensive damage. Looks good as new! Best customer service ever!!!!

Wife and I traveling from Durham, NC to visit our youngest son in AshevilleNC and hit in the rear on I-40 near Hickory, NC. Our insurance company referred us to Custom Body Works in Hickory. We were concerned because we live nearly 3 hours away however trusted them with the car. Our experience with Custom Body Works has been nothing short of Awesome. The Customer Service especially Kelley up front has been over the top. Her personal relations skills put me at ease with Custom Body works from the beginning which removed any concern about distance.My wife seems very pleased with the end product and presentation of her vehicle. When Tindol Ford screwed up my hatchback on my 2017 Ford Escape Titanium, Cloninger Ford recommended Custom Bodyworks to fix the hatchback properly and that they did. I was extremely impressed by Kelley who kept me informed during the entire process. The quote was reasonable and it didn’t feel like I was overpaying for the job to be done. Jeremy, family and staff, were some of the friendliest people I have ever dealt with. I was helping a handicap friend who just bought a van, find someone who could customize a door latch. We found Custom Body Works of Hickory, who was able to design a work around. It was very evident they cared, and were dedicated to customer service. No matter how unusual the job Jeremy, wanted to make sure the job was done, and safe for my friend to drive. Just by the folks at Custom, being attentive and understanding, my friend can now operate and drive his new van securely and independently with confidence. Did an excellent job on the repair, the car looks like new, they gave us a very nice rental and all the work was completed in a timely fashion.

Little late doing a review. Wanted to see if any problems arose before I posted. My wife wrecked her 2016 Elantra in March with $12000 damage. They were very thorough in their assessment and prompt on the timeline to complete the repair. After the repair they drove it to Paramount to have it inspected for the purpose of the manufactures warranty to be completely honored through the remainder of the warranty. No after market parts were used only OEM parts. When my wife picked up the car, the manager said for us to look the car over and if there was anything we were dissatisfied with let them know and they will take care of it. After examining we found two minor things and they fixed them. We would highly recommend to anyone who wants their repair to be done right to go see them
