They where good, but they could have gave better incentives on oil changes and car care like Toyota. That would have make them more of a competitor to Toyota. The only reason I went with them, is because Toyota couldnt get me the car and model that I wanted. But other than that, my experience was great 👍
Hendrick Honda in Hickory is by far the best dealership! My husband and I came from over an hour away to purchase our vehicle. When we arrived, Mark Buchanan greeted us immediately and had our vehicle completely detailed and ready along with all the paperwork! Mark is very kind and made sure that we were happy with all aspects of the purchase. He genuinely cares and has followed up with us to make sure we don’t have any questions or need anything. Jason Warren gave us the best deal and no run around! Allison was super helpful online getting the process started and making sure they had the vehicle I was looking for prior to making the drive. Saw car online and filled out info and not five minutes later Rick (better known as Batman) called back. He explained about the car and asked about my trade-in. He said he’d work up a price and text me back shortly.He did and I put small deposit down to hold car until next day. We went next day, took test drive- both wife and I loved car. Took maybe hour and half to draw up sign paperwork and have Rick explain (in detail) all features on the car. Drove home and very happy with purchase of our CR-V and now I telling you all about it.

I bought a new 2020 Honda CRV in March 2021. This was the first car I purchased from Hendrick Honda and I couldnt be more pleased with my decision.I took the car in yesterday for my first oil change - complimentary. The service was prompt, efficient and thorough. I had a few questions and Jose, my service rep, took the time to answer all of them and then went over a number of features my car has that I wasnt aware of. He was helpful and friendly and did a great job! I give him an A+.To my surprise they even ran the car through the car wash before they gave the keys back!
Hendrick Honda hickory is the place to be!! I saw Stewart Alan and he got me out of a basic Chevy equinox into a touring pilot! I said I wanted third row seating, heated seats, and blue tooth to be able to hook up my phone. He found me a car that had everything I wanted and more for the best price possible. Usually car dealerships keep you stuck there all day but he had me in and out of there in two hours!

Extremely disappointed in my recent purchase at Hendrick Honda Hickory. Firstly, the car I purchased was extremely overpriced. I get it… that’s the time we are in, but after doing more research… other dealers in NC had way better deals on the model I got with WAY less miles.Mind you my sales rep Eddie has been very kind… and helpful but there is only so much he can do.I was also told I was being financed for a 2019 touring edition… when it ended up being a 2.0T Sport. Way different….With that being said, there was a huge stain on the passenger seat… Along with that, after purchasing I realized there were dozens of deliberate scratches on the interior handle portion of the passenger door. ALSO, the electronic passenger door handle wasn’t working.I brought this up to the used car manager and he just kind of had an “okay…, whatever” attitude about it. They took the car up to steam the seat but after it dried… the stain came back. Mind you he didn’t not really acknowledge the scratches or the fact an actual electronic mechanism on the car wasn’t functioning properly. (I’ve now made an appointment on my own to get this fixed….)Just so many things wrong…. And for a used car to cost me $29,000 with 30K miles…. (And not even the highest trim) This is just unacceptable.
Took my Honda in for a regular oil change. I walked in and Hector Lopez helped me right away. I didnt have an appointment but he said that wouldnt be a problem. He kept me updated about my car the whole time. I would highly recommend going to HHH and seeing Hector Lopez! You wont regret it
Great purchase experience! I hate shopping for vehicles and probably would have walked away if I encountered a pushy sales person. I already knew the model and trim level I was interested in. Mike P greeted us on the lot and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. He pointed out a few key features and encouraged us to take a drive to feel out the vehicle. Mike and Nate were very personable and efficient in wrapping up the paperwork side of things while explaining additional benefits. We were in and out in less than 2 hours. Special shout out to Miller in the detailing department – the car looked great!
Hendrick Honda has been servicing my Hondas since 2000. I have had 3 Accords and 2 Oddyseys in that time. They are always very courteous and try to always take care any problems right away.( Luckily the Hondas very rarely have problems)

So just understand that you cant trade or sale a leased Honda anywhere but a Honda dealership
Had my Pilot serviced here twice w/ service advisor Steve Gouge. Both times (about 8,000 miles driven between services) I was told that my brake pads measured at 2mm and needed to be replaced. I declined because I like to get the full life out of my brake pads. I have since driven 13,000 more miles and had my Pilot serviced at 2 other dealerships and the brake pads have measured at 5-6 mm. This seems like a blatant attempt to sell extra, unnecessary, service to your customers, and I will never come back to this dealership for service.

After owning Hondas for almost 40 years, I had my first experience needing to use the warranty. Hendrick Honda assessed the issue and fixed the problem (small water leak in back windshield). They also steamed the roof liner to take the small stain out. Although it took over a week for them to go through corporate about the warranty, once done my appointment was scheduled quickly and work was done in the time I was told. Jovanny was very professional and explained exactly what was done.

I would just like to say that I have never seen more of a pathetic service department. It seems every time my wife goes to get a simple oil change on her car she ends up sitting there for multiple hours even after making an appointment before hand. It seems to be longer and longer of a wait each time..She arrived at 12:15 today, wasn’t checked in till 12:30...she is literally still waiting and it’s going on 3:00. There’s no excuse for this, the Nissan and Toyota dealers are fast and efficient in their service departments An hour is understandable, but MULTIPLE hours for an oil change is unheard of. I understand there are people in line for multiple issues, but for the love of God do they not honor appointment times and do they also not separate more tedious jobs vs oil changes/tire rotations?

The salesperson greeted us right away when my brother and my sister got out of my car, great. Helped us right away, which was strange. We weren’t exactly gonna buy a car from here, but the salesperson was pushy and I wanted to knock the guy’s face. Since my brother was handling everything and under his name, it’s cool. When we kept telling him that we wanted to think more about it and come back, he pushed more papers and proceeded to not hear my brother when we wanted to get away from this place to think about it before buying. Overall, this place is pushy like my coworker had warned me, nice, but disguise as a bait to buy and take your money without mercy. We were stuck there the whole day. I didn’t like that and it was ridiculous. I didn’t like my experience.

First oil change and tire rotation plus a continuing attempt to permanently fix my Hondalink issues. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Oil change and tire rotation went smoothly and Mark the service manager couldnt be more helpful with the Hondalink issues. Whether or not it is fixed remains to be seen but it is not his fault if it isnt. It is corporate Honda at the root of this issue.

Drove down there after they set up an appointment to drive the car, got there and found out it was in shop. So decided to drive another car that was 1 year newer after waiting came back and told me it was in the shop as well. So went ahead and tried to work numbers and the offer was way below what they offered online, they want your car way below wholesale, while they sale full retail. Total waste of my time !
So, I am in Texas and Hendrick is in Hickory, NC. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Pathfinder with 150,000 miles and paid for it to be shipped here.I was very happy with the experience& professionalism of this dealer until, a full 2 months later, I realized the sold me a vehicle that head only 2/32 tread on the tires, and I needed new tires. In my experience purchasing several used vehicles through the years, the dealerships I have worked with ALWAYS replaced tires that were over 50% worn. I was so used to this custom that I thought all dealers did the same & never asked the question.Upon discovering I could not even repair a leak because the tires were so worn, I called Stuart Allen & explained my disappointment. Even though the deal was 2 months old, and the vehicle had passed inspection with 2/32 tread depth, Stuart arranged to have $200sent to me to help with the replacement.This is a top notch dealership with up front concerned, honest folks who took great care of me, and I would recommend them to anyone!
