Called for a price, it was fair and i was told to come on in theyd work me in. So I drove the 45 minutes to get there only to wait 30 minutes before even talking to anyone and even then I had to step up and say something. Come to find out the man I spoke with on the phone had left ( apparently he was the manager or something like that) without saying anything to anyone. Then they told me they wont be able to get to me and that was it! They jumped to someone else like I wasnt even there. Little did they know the work I was having done was temporary and was about to have my whole exhaust system upgraded, which would have been good easy money for them. But oh well!

Very friendly people with a great work ethic. Quality work at affordable prices. They only did what I wanted done and did not try to upsale me. Good place to go for muffler/exhaust work as well as standard mechanical needs.

Came in about half a year ago, had an emissions issue that my regular place couldnt fix (dont do exausts) so i googled this shop and they had great reviews so I went to them. I went in expecting them to see the issue, have to order the part and come back, no problem. But they say they can fix it now, so I say great, expecting they had the part. Turns out that they did a hack job to my exaust pipes and stuck it all together with putty. Now I failed inspection and have to get it fixed again. Beware short cuts and hack jobs. ❗

Rudeness, my brother was told a previous price then once he got there they told him differently. Unprofessional and disrespectful. They need to get some manners because the man’s actions were uncalled for. My brothers car is running good though.

This was my first time using A1 Muffler. Danny did some exhaust work for me & I’ll have to say, you CANNOT beat the value for the money that you get here. Danny & Darrell are just a couple good ole boys who definitely know what they’re doing when it comes to vehicles. I had a pleasant experience & I would definitely go back. Two thumbs up.

I go in to get 2 rear tires and a inspection and 2 hours later im still sitting here its like everyone has their 1 thing that they do and what I need done I have to wait on who the hell ever to get back from lunch I will not be back at this place ever I dont care if sigs tire costs more or not Id done been gone n gotten on with my day bit nope im sitting here waiting

They told me I needed to replace my muffler and they did. Now several months later when I heard engine noise, I learn that not only did they not replace my muffler they covered the old muffler and made several welds messing up the whole exhause system so I am having to completely replace my exhaust system including my muffler and catalytic converters.In sum, dont trust them or their work. Price may be low but the quality is even lower.

Darrell the Manager owner is always fair and charges way less than any dealer and works hard to get the job done. They do it all from engine replacement, oil change any everything else except transmissions. They do clutches. Muffler work is less expensive than anyone in 10 counties.

Good down-to-earth folks. Stopped by for an estimate and information about putting a Flowmaster muffler on my truck. They had the part in stock and did the work while I waited, for a very reasonable price. Overall quite satisfied with the whole process.

I Never been here before an was a little bit of a drive to get there but noone else could get my exhaust done today so I called them an they got me in an done an Im happy an car sounds good an looks good underneath for the exhaust. Just this week they did a great job on my car install a clutch kit and transmission that was busted I will always take my car to these guys best around period Darrell and his crew are the greatest at diagnosing the problem and fixing it bottom line. Also fixed my car and truck within the same week they are fast and will get you up and going again these guys treat you right and will save you money can’t beat them.

They fit me in at the last minute for a brake job and were cheaper than where I was going to go. They were very friendly. The owner took time to talk to me and get to know me. They will now be my mechanics. Very trustworthy

The guys at A-1 Muffler did an amazing job installing my magnaflow muffler and discovering exhaust leaks. They fixed the leaks and made the car sound amazing. Awesome place! They do general work as well as exhaust and muffler repair. The owner and his right hand man are two old salts thats forgotten more about cars than most technicians will ever know. These folks have been taking care of my car for 20 years now. I have over 355,000 miles on my Honda and with A-1s help I plan to make it to half a million miles.

I had them weld a new catalytic converter on my car. When they were almost done the mechanic came to me and said we about done just need to bring down from the lift and she is all yours. I see my car up the lift. Okay, I paid.... 30 minutes later no car. No one was in the lobby so I went to the bay and saw they were working on my driver door. The mechanic left the door open and when the brought the car down the door jam on there roll cart. Breaking the hinge off. They didnt even let me know and try to fix it. They say ohh umm we got someone coming to quote us on the damage. First of all youre trying to fix it now. The door is almost detached, and most importantly you didnt even let me know. The boss there is a complete a$$, didnt give me a discount or refund, didnt even give me a rental, but offer me to pay for the damage. I cant drive my car like that anywhere. So long story short (call insurance company) they solve the matter. A-1 are bad, cheap, shady, people

Called about wanting to take my rear mufflers off not sure who I spoke with but they wouldn’t agree to take them off because my mid mufflers were already taken off I’m aware that I can’t pass inspection, not sure why you would deny a service into making money, will be taking my business else where.

Had them do exhaust work, the weld was horrible and also had a leak which I didn’t knew about till I had took it back to them.

I had a hard time with my truck for a long time, after taking it to different places without success! I try a-1 and they diagnosed the problem right away, they fix it, and my truck is running nice and smooth! I highly recommend them!

I took my chevy truck to different places and they told me the manifold was bad, but they didnt help me, they told me to find the part and they may fix it, so i took it to A-1 and they find the real problem, they fix it and my truck is running nice and smooth, and for all the hard work i know they went thru fixing a old truck head gasket with some broken bolts, what they charge me was a fraction of the price i though i had to pay, great job guys, i would highly recommend this place! thank you so much!
