Through my time Ive handed Dustin some damn near impossible task and hes always came through. These guys will take care of you hands down. They dont cut corners and they always explain in full detail.

Had the tires on my jeep do e as well as buying new tires for my lawnmower. Then I had them fix another tire on my jeep. The guys there are such a bunch and always so helpful.

Horrible!! They ruined my wheels. They repair bent wheels with a hammer. Hammer marks all over my wheel. Feels like I’m driving on 4 flat tires. Thank god for professionalism. Rim Repair Of Hickory 623 4th ST SW in Hickory saved the day!

My experience at killans was awesome. I had new tires put on my bmw had a great time talking with the guys in the shop and dustin had my car done in a matter of minutes!! and the price was phenomenal better than anywhere else in the city. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in need of tire repair or replacement

I have been using Bob Killian tires 4 over 25 years and they are great at what they do and are very knowledgeable about the products that they sell and service! And today I had an issue with my tire and went in to Bob Killian Tire on spur of the moment and they helped me whats the problem I was having with my tire and did it very inexpensively!! There is not a friendlier Tire retailer in Catawba County! They may not know me by name but they treat everybody like family and it is an amazingly run family business! I would not take my tire issues to anyone other than Bob Killian Tire! Thank you Killian tires for always taking care of me!

Ive bought tires from Killians over the last 10yrs. Other than today I thought they were a great deal. Sadly if I didnt have to have the two I bought this morning I would have went somewhere else. I dont believe the tread on the tires were worth $40 each. Especially since Ill have to replace them in 2 weeks. Again Ive never had a problem till today. Id recommend you trying them but check the tires out before you buy them.

Be very careful of the friendly face behind the counter, its a trap. If you like to get ripped, this is a great place to go. The fact that I go get 2 wheels and tires balanced and it takes 15 minutes to do so and get charged $40 is a freakin RIPPP DUDE. Granted I have large wheels, they still used no more weights or effort than someone with smaller wheels. Never in my life will I go back. I was ripped off 12 years ago and still getting ripped to this day. I used to work at a much larger competitor shop for 6 years and NEVER did we charge anyone that much just to balance. I will be making a much larger statement about this. Just wait

Installed new wheels and tires on my challenger and installed new drag radials on my viper.Let me start off by telling you, killian tire is the best by far. Bar none.The level of care, concern and expertise they showed me on my cars was exceptional.Mr Killian helped me pick out a wheel and tire combo that fit my Brembo brake equipped challenger and I was blown away when I saw the difference. They treated my vehicles like it belonged to them and for that I am grateful. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone for anything automotive related.

Not happy at ALL!!One of my tire went flat and busted, so I decided to take it to this place. When I called, the man said that it would be just 15 minutes for them to replace only ONE TIRE. I decided to go there, and it took over an hour just to fix one FREAKING tire. The guy that got there after me replace all four of his tires and got out before me. I was really upset. At least have the decency to come tell me that they were having trouble with it. Instead, they let me wait it out for an hour wondering why it took so long. There was no one at the front counter, only a lady who handles paperwork in the office.I am NEVER EVER going there again. I do not recommend anyone go to this place ever.

Had some trouble initially getting the correct tires but they got the right ones in a day or two. I wasnt pleased about them not having the correct tires especially after I called ahead to make sure they had them. But things happen and most importantly they tried to make it right. It was a bit of inconvenience having to make 2 trips but at least they made an effort to make sure I was satisfied.

Horrible company the owner is absolutely rude. Charged $60 for the lug nuts I needed for my wheels and then charged $60 to put the wheels on. Ok the next day the top of the lug nuts are coming off from where they tightened too tight so I bring it to them and they still charged another $40 to put different lug nuts on that they messed up. Will screw you out of your money and time.
