Okay, Im not big on Starbucks. However, Ill stop at this location simply to enjoy the staff. There is a lovely girl with curly hair that makes my day better! Her presence is a present. Shes a people person! I love her attitude.And, the drinks arent bad. 😉

This site doesnt offer Trenti sized Iced Caramel Macchiato, which is strange to me because I can get one at just about any other location. The lines are very long here, especially at lunch time between 11:30AM and 2:00PM. I dont know if its due to lack of staff or just that everyone comes to this location. Either way, the lines are long. Other than the stated issues, its a great place with fresh coffee and treats, even for my pup.

I mean its Starbucks, what more is there to say?You gotta try the London Fog Tea Latte, no vanilla syrup, add 4 scoops vanilla bean powder and have it steamed into the milk...mmm mmm mmm.Thank me later 😌👌🏻

Eve was a little rude. I dont appreciate being talked about through the window. Btw: it was because I forgot to order something so I walked in and ordered it while my driver waited in the long wait drive thru. Then I heard her talking on why couldnt I just wait till I got up to the window. Well I didnt want to make the friendly people behind me wait, it was already so long.

This Starbucks is great. They are spot on with their half calf americanos do them hot or cold whatever you want and consistent. The staff is cool fun and very friendly. I do miss the recent walk-in and order, but with a little patience to drive through is worth it. Good job yall !

Parking is impossible and sitting down do to the music being to loud it literally drove me out of the place. Just do drive thru if you must.

Service is always quick and efficient but the drive-thru layout is horrible! Dont go there if you have a full sized truck.

Drinks are typically made well, but the drive thru design has to be the worst I have ever experienced. Anything bigger than a Prius and you are pushing the limits of your vehicles turning radius to avoid the curb or the 100 guard posts that are now lining the lane.

Always a fantastic place to go for my coffee or tea cravings. The staff is always so polite,friendly and fast. I have never had to wait that long no matter how busy they are. You dont feel rushed but they do the lines moving.

I use the app to order. Yesterday I ordered from my usual store (LR Blvd) and tried to pick up from the Viewmont location. They were so accommodating. Made my drink for me anyway!

The barista working the window said you cant put cold foam on a hot drink because it grows bacteria! According to my microbiology course bacteria doesnt develop from nothing! Meaning bacteria would have to be present in the cup to grow & i didnt get an iced coffee from a well know bacteria covered ice machine! I simply wanted cold foam on a hot drink fully aware of the fact it would dissipate. What happened to the customer is always right? In conclusion, he gave me an ice coffee that I didnt order nor did I want, this bucks is the most difficult to enter so it didnt take much to deter me from revisiting!

This Starbucks has some major issues they need to figure out. They close random days of the week, are constantly out of multiple items, and sometimes (again, randomly) close their pickup window which forces you to go through the nightmare or their drive through. Not sure if it’s lack of staffing or poor supply chain management but it is far below Starbucks’ standards. Hope they get things fixed

Awesome service! The drive thru is meh, but you work with what you got. Nice atmosphere inside hopefully COVID goes away so we can enjoy it.

I like Starbucks coffee but honestly its very expensive if my boyfriend wouldnt have bought me the coffee I just dont go there. But the service was good and the coffee was good

We waited in line for 20 minutes. The drive thru is so crowded and difficult to enter and exit. We sat at the order box for a couple minutes, and no one came. My boyfriend said, “hello,” before someone finally took our order. They weren’t rude, but you could tell they were stressed. We waiting at the window for 5-7 minutes to get our drinks. They were very messy, with liquid and syrup dripping down the side. My boyfriend asked for napkins and the drive thru employee went to look for them. He came back like two minutes later to say they were out of napkins. Our danish and muffin were also cold. Overall, it was stressful and not worth the wait, price, or mess.

Great drinks but online orders arent the most reliable. Not an accurate representation of whats in stock at that specific location.

Love Starbucks, Im there just about daily. Theres three here in Hickory NC! The one on 127 and in Target are super fast and ALWAYS super friendly. The one off of Interstate 40 seems to have a problem being open. Ive been there 3 times this week, twice they were closed, and once they had a sign on the door saying drive thru open only. A person never knows when they are going to be open.

A good Starbucks, but always extremely busy! So if you are in a rush, I recommend using Starbucks app to preorder. And you can go inside and pickup your order, instead of waiting in a long line. Which the line sometimes goes into the road, where people are trying to drive..

They are super on point and they fixed the traffic jam issues.

I’ve gotten the same drink all the time and this time it was so bad all three drinks didn’t taste like anything, plus they made it so fast it’s like they put no effort into it.

Love the Starbucks crew on 127 in Hickory. Do wish the cappuccino prices were lower. I used to pay around 2.50 for them. Now they are 4.00. I make my own cappuccino at home with Starbucks espresso and flavor but go to Starbucks twice a week because I love the employees there. Hopefully they are paid very well for their knowledge and hospitality.

My order is normally right but sometimes it takes forever to get your drinks. Also the new layout sucks. It’s hard to get in that drive thru line the way it is set up now.

First location at Lenior-rhyne blvd wasn’t accepting mobile orders, I get to the other location in hickory and they don’t have ingredients to make the drink I already ordered and paid for. I was told they made the drink a different way and everyone liked it. Got my drink and it tasted nothing like it was suppose to. Extremely disappointing especially with how much I paid for the drink.

The quality of the coffee did not justify the price and the service at this particular location was extremely lacking in intelligence as well as courtesy. They got the order for one cup of coffee wrong not once but twice. its unlikely that I will visit this particular Starbucks location ever again.

Stephen at this location is awesome. Great customer service. Makes the best pour overs. Always a pleasure to visit this location.

Employees take up to many parking spots, less for customers. On some wrinkles days they may occupy the use of three tables. Less for customers. Need more training on how to make the coffee. Most times very bitter.

Yall need to figure out a solution for the people using your drive thru who are constantly impeding traffic. Its completely absurd.

Probably everyone was in vacation... They gave us the wrong order! Everything was spilled on the cups, To top everything up, we didnt get any straws for our drinks! The personal inside were throwing paper balls in the garbage cans...

Slowest Starbucks in the county. Line is always wrapped around the corner of the street and staff are in no hurry. Im here often and always get the same, slow-mo response. No sense of urgency. Drinks are made well, its just SLLLLLLLOOOOOOWWWWW

This one vanilla bean cream from starbucks if youve ever tried one then you will know my joy. Starbucks have great things to choose from but thats my cup of delight. Please dont judge about the 4 stars thats only the wait but its well worth it. Like I always say to any that view what I post just pull up and try it for yourself. Much love and always peace to all.

This has quickly become my favorite Starbucks spot! They always have the newest and coolest drinks that Starbucks offers. The Nitro Cold Brew is my favorite! Their staff is always super friendly and efficient!

I always enjoy a Starbucks coffee, however at this particular site I had treated my niece to a coffee. The employees were complaining about the drive through and loudly discussing how they didnt care if the people became upset or cold and snowed on this day, the customersneeded to roll their windows all the way down so they could netter hear the order. The person who appeared to be in charge stated she was deaf in one ear...I distanced myself as far as I could, but the loud complaints continued the 10 or 15mins we were there. (It was snowing or we would have left earlier). There were plenty of employees, few customers and STILL I was served the wrong coffee, I believe because of their complaining. I was finally given the correct order in a brisk, rude manner. Way to expensive coffee for such an unpleasant experience. Will not be back.

Thank goodness for friends and gift cards, good products, friendly staff - still priced to high for a 10 to 30 cent product paying $3 to $6 per cup. Rolling in the beans one might say - and that is most any cup of coffee.

The cashier must have realized how long the person in front of me was taking in the drive thru and gave me a complimentary drink! Granted, it was only a small black coffee I ordered, but it was a very kind gesture.

My chai was not made right for the second time.

I walked out after I saw a bug crawling on the cheese danishes in the display case. 90% of the time there has been no half and half in the lobby and the barista seemed bothered when asked for some. This time I took my business down the street to the coffee shop at Lowes market next to SteinMart. It was more affordable and very refreshing. They also have delicious handmade gourmet deserts and a cute seating area decorated with actual photos of old North Carolina. The coffee does not have that signature Starbucks taste but its very earthy and high quality.

I knocked off 2 stars because Im continually disappointed with how slow the orders come. Last week I watched from my car window while 2-3 women stood around laughing and chatting while one person was making drinks. There were no lines inside but the drive thru was backed up to the back road. I waited for 5 minutes at the window.The coffee is good and the staff is friendly- what you would expect from a Starbucks but they really need some strong management to keep their staff focused.

I love that I can always customize my coffee. Starbucks is the best.

As far as coffee goes you just cant beat Starbucks especially this location. The staff is very friendly oh, and from my experience the Baristas rarely get a order wrong.

Quick service my drink was perfect

This store was a bank b4.u can see signs of it in a seating section. They still have the vault door in place, and the vault makes for a cozy sitting place. Unique ambience. Everything else is usual starbucks quality and service.

Yesterday 07/18 at 8:50am I stopped by on the way taking my wife to the dentist and placed my order at the drive thru. When I got to the pickup window the cashier told me the drink was paid for by the car ahead of me. I gave the cashier my phone and said that was nice, and I would pay for the person following me. He said that would be $7. I was charged for the drink I ordered that was paid for by the person ahead of me and the $7 I was paying for the person behind me.I have been stopping here since this place opened. Can not give 5 stars
