One of the most poor keep up stores I have ever had the go in too just nasty!! Look at this pics

Clearly feedback from upper management did not work 7 months later still extremely disgusting 100% one of the worst sheets Ive ever seen in my life and I travel a lot for work. They should change the name from sheetz to sh*tz would fit this location better look at pictures of the parking lot. This location should be charged major fines from the city for the amount of trash that spreads through the town. News team, upper management some one needs to step in because clearly supervisors are not telling the employees to do their job.

4/4/2021 Very rude staff member back where drinks and food was giving out . Her mom might need to wash her mouth out with soap when she gets home . She was very unprofessional with a potty mouthed . I’m glad children wasn’t in the store.Your staff need more professional job training. I’m local and don’t mind giving my business to another store.

I really like sheetz, its very friendly and you can get pretty much anything you want or need there !

Tonight girl working very slow, sit in drive through while she looked several times and store not busy. I didnt go in cause didnt bring madk i dropped from 5 star rating to this 1 . Would give 0 if i could

This store used to be awesome and had an amazing crew. Now, not so much. Every single time we get food, it’s either made incorrectly or they forgot something. The only person there with any sense is the older gentleman that runs the front counter. The rest of them are either so ignorant that they can’t make a simple breakfast sandwich or they just don’t care, either way it needs to be addressed. Get it together people!

Everything you need under the stars! Nice and clean store. Lots of merchandise, food, drinks etc to choose from. This Sheetz also has a grill in it. I havent tried the food yet but they was slammed. So Im assuming its good!Prices are good also. Not too expensive considering that its a convenient store. I will definitely come back!

This store is always so dirty... it makes you not want to eat here!!! Terrible it seems they are short staffed a lot! Needs a lot of cleaning on the outside and inside floors look like they haven’t been swept and mopped in forever!

I like Sheetz because their prices are decent, the store and bathrooms are always clean, and they have a good selection. I visit this location the most since its closest to me.I like to use my Sheetz card to get another 3 cents off my gas, and earn points to use for future products.I also think its good that the company values their employees enough to start them out making decent money. Thats important, to appreciate your employees.

Good selection of greasy food

I gave a 1 star because my friends and i were there earlier and we all bought something and was told after leaving and coming back and buying something else that there was a 30 minute hangout time. I went and checked and found out that this was a lie. We werent being obnoxious we were talking in the lounge area not bothering a soul. Never coming back to this one and they can rest assure corporate is gonna hear about this.

I can honestly say this is the cleanest filling station Ive ever stepped into. Great staff, very polite. They always thank me for choosing them. Lunch sandwiches are at the top of chain even over subway.Sheets thanks for coming to Hickory.

The location for me is actually perfect, no need to worry about having to wait on heavy traffic at the entrance/exit. An added bonus is the comfort and protection of Hickorys finest, being there making you feel safe.

3/3/20 Was there at 4am used the drive thur to order breakfast on my way to work. Got to work and found that the order wasnt how I ordered it, they didnt make the eggs right, didnt cut the muffin or put the cream cheese inthe bagalso didnt put the French toast sticks in the bag. VERY SORRY JOB PEOPLE.

Twice made a mobile order via the app for a meal with a pomegranate lemonade smoothy and had a family member go pick up the order only to find that they removed it from the order and still charged me for it. Called them to ask if I could get a refund to the original payment method the second time it happened and they wouldnt refund it unless I drove 15 mins for a remake or to physically pick up a gift card.

Cool place. But i have a big family and from when the employee said i have to put my orders on different receipts bc the screens cut off my order on his side, i kinda did not like that. Maybe look into it?

Fantastic staff! My wife and I are there daily for our travel drinks and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Great fast food selection. Nice rewards for having a Sheetz card.

Compared to other nearby gas stations, this one is a good deal cheaper- especially with a card that takes that extra penny off each gallon of gas. Combined with the friendly staff, good food, and clean restrooms (which are ALWAYS) a must, and Id say we have a winner!

This place has the fastest, most friendly staff wether you go inside or through the drive thru, day or night. Orders are always exactly what you order. Iced tea vats cleaned every night around 10pm which makes this the best tea out of all the fast food places in the surrounding area. Very clean store and bathrooms. Sheetz card even offers discounts on gas. Wonderful place.

The best gas station around! Recommend their milkshakes, specially the PB chocolate one. Yummy!

First thing, the gas prices are very market fair, and signing up for the loyalty card takes another $.03 off per gallon. Inside, lots of food and drinks and reasonably clean bathrooms.

Stop these crooks,!! I visited Hickory on Aug 22, 2016 and only using my debit card at this store, my bank acct has now been hacked and been used at other Sheetz stores in Salisbury and Greensboro. I live 100 away in western NC. Dont use this store they are crooks and I have reported it to the police..

Great price for gas, some of the nicest gas stations in the world, Im an author and Im starting my next novel at sheetz because I love their burritos and oh the coffee. Im a writer and there are not words to describe the quality of their coffee, its remarkable. I wish they did franchises I would gladly invest! Ok I know that Im gushing here, Im usually harsh in my criticisms, brutally savage is one description Ive had planted at my door.I cant be with sheets, its an oasis of great service amidst a desert of insults and wrong change. Take my word for it, sheetz really is the very best and the price of gas is highly competitive!
