Seems like the pharmacy doesn’t take their job serious. I traveled from one side of town just to find out they do not sell the medicine I needed for my daughter, had them send it over to the Walgreens in my area, once I got there they tell me that this here pharmacy had put it as the prescription had already been filled, had to call them and it turns out the incompetent pharmacist here had deleted the prescription, it is now passed 5 o’clock and I have to wait till tomorrow to get my daughters prescription again from her doctor because this pharmacy does not know what they doing. I never go out my way to write a review but I’m upset that I could not get a simple prescription filled because of someone else’s incompetence.

Please go to any pharmacy but here. A local pharmacy or even CVS. This pharmacy is the absolute worst! The treat like you are a criminal for picking up your OWN prescription. They never have anything ready and you have to wait 20-30 mins for it. I’m changing pharmacy this is every single time

Do not go to this pharmacy they are incompetent they can not even feel a script they are telling me my script is going to 10 different Walgreens have never heard of

I have experienced issues at other Walgreens in other states before a few times. I have heard other folks negative experiences as well. But after having to deal with pharmacies on a several times a week basis for chronic issues for the health of my daughter and me for the last 8 years, I can honestly say this is one of the best staffed pharmacies I have come across. Yes, sometimes things get mixed up. Its a complicated process. Its usually my fault or my doctors offices fault. Sometimes their fault but not usually and they have always helped me fix the problem as fast as they can. I have always been treated with kindness, compassion, and patience and that means a lot to me. Now that I have been here for some years, stopping by is an enjoyable errand whether I go in, or drive by with our three dogs. Thank you.

They are courteous and always make sure to have my rare meds and in the correct brand names. But pharmacy hours have changed...M-F 7am- 11pm Sat. & Sun. 9am-6pmUpdate it is September 26th 2020 and just to let you know due to covid-19 what Ive listed as their hours here may be wrong so I would check before going for number one they are not a 24-hour store anymore which that ended about to two and a half three years ago I think which made me very sad but anyway theyre a great store I would check their hours before going due to covid-19.

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service provided at Walgreens. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and very helpful with finding vitamins and was very patient with my questions. I was greeted as I walked in and out. 5 stars.

4 stars for the store but 2 for the pharmacy because lets be honest, this is a Pharmacy and not a retail store. I dont fill my prescriptions here thank God, but Ive been here 45 minutes and have seen over a dozen people come in and the 2 girls at the counter can not find their prescriptions right away. One guys they knew was JUST FILLED...wow...how does this place run. They even pulled out a basket of what I assume is lost and found prescriptions.

Pharmacy needs organization. Picking up prescriptions for someone took forever to find the prescriptions. Was told they were ready. Girls huddled in a circle talking they took their own good time about coming over to help me.

Very good customer server from Jenna on 1st shift and April on 3rd .... yes I was there that long getting some last minute pictures printed for my 5th graders scho project ... these ladies where very helpful and kind even tho I was in a rush and very needy they remained sweet and never seemed annoyed with me thanks for hiring such helpful people ... funny thing is I didn’t even mean to send my pictures here I thought i sent them to CVS but I’m glad i did I will be a returning customer

One of the best pharmacy in the neighborhood. Their customer service is always friendly no matter when I visited.

I usually get the best service from this Walgreens. Ive been getting prescriptions filled there for over 10 years, however after today, I refuse to deal with the company as a whole thanks to two of there very uninformative, uneducated, unprofessional, and down right lazy workers, Leslie, and Jim Demott. They continuously provided incorrect information and upon being proven wrong, refused to do their jobs as a whole. Ive never dealt with such heinous ppl in all my years coming here. Shame on them. They deserve no stars for such crappy service.

The cashier did not want to use my AARP card. She said wall greens did not except it. I know I have used it in many Walgreen stores. Since she had worked there six months and had never seen one of those cards.
