This was a nice shop and had what I needed to make a minor repair on my motorcycle. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the lack of variety in their T-shirts. You call yourself Blue Ridge Harley Davidson but the back of your shirts were all bland and generic. I expected to see some with a colorful scene of The Blue Ridge Parkway or something along that line. I left with what I needed to fix the motorcycle, which was the most important thing, but no shirt.

For the most part they take car of all my maintenance on my Road Glide Ultra, but Ive brought it in to fix faulty well nuts that holds my windshield twice and both times they popped back out. Is that job so hard to take care of? Im leary to bring it in for a third time so I used black electrical tape to hold my windshield in place. Steve can you help?

Serious issues after the sale...act like fine people while I feel they are laughing behind your back..once you own it, good luck with anything else...hell you cant get them to answer the phone to talk about the issue at hand... leave a message, then another and another until you realize that your not gonna get a call back... went to another dealer with my issues, took my bike in immediately and called me early the next morning telling me my bike is finished...I got there and they had even detailed my bike after warranty repairs...so when it was time to grab new bike...Blueridge sure wasent gonna get even a call from me, since I couldnt get one...Tried talking to management was given 3 different numbers 3 different times and to this day have not heard a word...but dont need that call anymore...Just saying all was really good until paperwork was done...in actuality they were done right then, right there...
Parts department was very helpful with my questions. Salesman didnt seem to know a whole lot about the used bikes. They had quite a few. But all in all my experience was pretty good. 👍
AT FIRST we THOUGHT they had treated us good, but after 5 months and all the problems, (first one being they dont answer the phones) I WILL NEVER.... NEVER!! even step foot inside that dealership! The ONLY saving grace about Blue Ridge HD is ALEX in the service department. We had no issues with him at all.Wouldnt get a bike there if they GAVE it to me! 🤬

After a sketchy buying process, I should have trusted my gut. Very dissapointed in the customer service, communication and organization of this dealership. Upon buying my new MC, I was promised services in the terms of the sale. When I try to contact them about this, hardly anyone i dealt with still works here 2 months later, and no one else seems willing to help. I have left messages, and talked to a few individuals who have not returned my calls or messages. Starting to feel like they are screwing me out of what I was promised and what I paid for. Not good business practices.

Great place till you find out that add doc fee of 3200.00 on your sale plus bike price then the service dept has only one technician its take 3week to do simple oil charge . Wow

I’ve never owned a motorcycle let alone rode one! I was going for an Indian, but I’m an American and wanted an American bike!! I live in Charlotte and we have two HD dealerships here, but I decided on Hickory! And WOW, what an amazing staff!! I was very pleased with how they treated me. A+++
Cost me $131 for nothing. My bike jumps in first gear and they said nothing is wrong with it. If this is the first they have than Im getting rid of my sportster 1200C. This place is a joke

I drove 5 hours round trip to look at a motorcycle that had already been sold before I even made the appointment. Nobody bothered to tell me it was sold before driving all the way down here. Out of 16 Sportsters listed on their website ZERO of them were actually in stock. Terrible communication between the sales staff and the internet manager.

I purchase a bike thru Rider to Rider program, started the process over a week ago. Drive to 200 miles to dealership, bike not ready need to be inspected. Three and half hours later finally got the bike inspected, Service department dont care. The Finance department dont care, she will stop and talk to sales staff and shop radio turn up, while in the middle of paperwork handling adding on insurance.I ask to speak to the General Manager, Finance department reply he is on the phone all day. I emailed the General manager no reply !!!
The service after you buy is garbage! I’ve been waiting on a refund check since April and it’s now July. Robert never calls back when he states that he will to help. This place is an absolute joke.

Poor Customer service. I bought 2020 iron 883 not even six months ago. Battery is dead already. Instead of replacing battery they want the bike at their shop to diagnose. It’s simple bad battery I bring you bad battery you warranty and replace problem solved. No way will I be without my bike for weeks because of a bad battery. Never again I’ll stay away from Harley if it’s this hard to cover a battery they probably aren’t going to cover anything else under warranty. Go somewhere else nothing but a hassle here
Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased a bike on 3/30/21, and part of the agreement was that HD would vinyl wrap the gas tank. That was supposed to take 2 weeks, but as of this review it is over 6 weeks and each passing week I was promised that the bike would be ready the next week, however my bike is still not ready. To make up for this, they had offered to have my bike ready and delivered to me on 5/8/21. Lo and behold that morning, the asst. sales manager called and said it wasn’t possible and would contact me on 5/11 to set up a delivery for the next day. He never contacted and has ignored my calls and texts. HD customer support has gotten involved but still no word from Blue Ridge.

Didnt have what I wanted, but even though its not my hometown dealership I like stopping in. In the end I looked around ate next door, and continued riding! The only downer was the mess.just because we ride H.O.G.s dont mean we have to be one! I was disgusted by someones treatment of the dealership, trash all over! They provide trash cans,can we not use them? Have some pride in yourself and your dealership!

I purchased a bike around the first week in May, I bought upgrades, new Reinhardt slip ons, stage 2 sound with speakers in the bags, and a stage 2 cam! They have yet to do this, I also purchased a clear coat which has yet to be done! Almost 2 months with still nothing, I was told the parts would be there before they found the bike I wanted which took about a week to find! I thought I made the right decision on where to purchase a bike, but now I’m very unhappy about the way this has went about, I spent 40k and wanted a bike a certain way before I received it and that didn’t happen!

Everytime I go in I get more disappointed. I took a wheel and tire in to have tire put on . Wanted to charge me 60 plus dollars to mount tire on rim with out a tire on it . Thats just a ridiculous for 10 minutes worth of work . So I went else where . Its not just about that either . Its other things .

My fiancé and I purchased a street glide in June. Upon purchase we were told that the front fender would be replaced,as it was damaged. We wasn’t able to take the bike home until 2 weeks later, and that was still WITHOUT the fender that we was told would be replaced. It is now November, multiple calls, text messages, and trips down there and we still haven’t seen the fender. I do not recommend blue ridge.

I have done business with this dealership since 2007 when I purchased my motorcycle there new. Unfortunately, this dealership over the years has failed to provide the service it once did. This is the second time I have tried to do business in the past few months and neither time would they return a call or follow up. Once again today, I had to reach back out to them from messages left the previous day. Upon the second attempt the previous day I asked is someone going to return my call and the lady running the phones stated they would before the end of the day. Well here we are 24 hours later and nothing. I again reached out and the same lady answers the phone and gives me the same run around. Long story short, this dealership obviously does not have the staff or professionalism required to support the product they sell. My advice, look for another dealership that is able to offer the support and customer service that is expected from a dealership/business of this caliber.
This was by far the best purchasing experience weve ever had and highly recommend Blue Ridge Harley-Davidson. We purchased a 2019 Harley Ultra Limited yesterday from Bob Christensen and Robert Sperry, the sales manager. The tour of the dealership and different departments allowed us to meet several of the staff who were all equally courteous and professional in a fun way. The atmosphere is laid back and the process was hassle-free. It was actually fun. We felt they treated us very fairly. 5-star customer service is what you can expect. I wish they sold cars!

I love all Harley dealerships especially if Im out of town but like Blue Ridge Harley only a few miles from my house and I love the fellowship with other friends and Riders and Ill shop there but I work on my own bike so I dont take my bike to the shop at the dealership but other than that I love the place

Bought a new Heritage from here last week, and drove 3 hours one way to pick it up. Pros - very nice people, from the salesman, sales manager, apparel girl and parts guy. Great goody bag of tshirts, bike detailer, key fobs and a few other things. Also very competitive pricing. From that point I would wholeheartedly recommend going here.The cons, and reason for the 3 stars - when I sat down to pay, the bill of sale was $1172 higher than what we had agreed to. Thankfully I caught this when I went through it line by line. Honest mistake? Not sure. To their credit, they immediately changed it without even talking to the sales guy to make sure the price I was giving them was correct.Also, no one ever went over the bike controls, alarm, transport mode, pin code, etc. Just loaded it up and I was on my way. I was shown the saddlebags and what the key fob looked like. Thats it. Would have been nice as a new Harley owner to have someone do a quick crash course on this. Other than that would recommend buying here, they really made this a painless experience.
