Poor quality mobile microphone. Sometimes worked, sometimes didnt. Had to jump through hoops to get in touch with someone in customer service. FINALLY made contact and was told that basically, there wasnt much they could do. After some going back and fourth they finally agreed to send us a peace offering. I call it that because it certainly wasnt a replacement, not even close. I originally paid over $400 for mobile microphones. Their offer to make up for them not working was a hand held microphone...thats it, a hand held microphone with a cord worth $70. And nothing else. After some pushback, they agree to throw in a tripod stand for said microphone. We received everything this week and....the microphone doesnt even fit the stand they sent us. I am a little hesitant to even bother reaching out again because from start to finish last time, I spent about three months on the issue. Its a bummer because it cost us time, money, and energy which is something a small business is running short on these days.

I have been using Expedition PAs for several years and have had a few service issues. I contacted the home office and they got back to me and really took care of me. I was extremely grateful for the level of support that they provided when I had an issue.

We have over 10 AH-1 Airline Mics on our shelf we took back from customers and needed service - and - we couldnt even get manufacture dates from the serial numbers on these. So were stuck with some units, less than a year old, because Samson doesnt keep records of what was manufactured and when. But worse than that is that they dont make any attempt to help solve your issue. Its almost like a contest in the service department where the tech who helps the lease amount of loyal customers gets a bonus at the end of the week. Al lot can be learned from watching how Samson services their end user when they need help.

Customer service was poor. They told me they would email me a confirmation and they didnt. They told me it would be here in 3-4 days and it didnt even ship out for a week after I ordered. Had to call to get receipt and shipping info. They never even apologized. Not using this company again.

Horrible customer service along with an incompetent service technician. Samson makes some good equipment but has no support system in Hicksville for sure! The stupidity that I have witnessed from this situation is beyond me. It is so bad I will not waste anymore of my time talking about it.

I have a tuner from this place that immediately broke - same story - called customer service and they were going to get me what I needed to return it - never received

Same issue as other reviewer - they could not even indicate the manufacture date of microphones to assist in whether units were in or out if the warranty period. They’re literally looking to “not help customers get their units repaired”. Wish Google allowed 0 stars.
