A employee by the name of Charles has been there since I first started using them and he is GREAT!! He is very helpful and understanding!! He is the man to talk to if you are wanting some nice new furniture or electronics for your home!! Highly recommend!! 5 stars all day long!

The manager Anthony was great and found me exactly what I wanted. The young lady that set everything up was friendly with great customer service. The two gentlemen that delivered my furniture was great also. Altogether my experience with Rent-A-Center in High Point was excellent! 5 ⭐️ for me!

Staff was not knowledgeable at all. Called the morning payment was due wanting it before 10 am.
