Nice guys but regular oil change costs twice as much as other places.

Can get same service for half as much elsewhere.

Im usually satisfied with service however my previous visit and today have me questioning if ill make the 25minute drive again. I came back to get my car inspected and they werent open, according to the sign they are open until 3pm on Saturdays, it was 2:30pm when i pulled into the parking lot. (2nd pic is to prove what time it was taken)

Been a customer here for over 20 years and it’s gone downhill in the past 5 years. Just was recently there for a oil change and paid almost $100. We use synthetic oil. Got home and noticed something hanging down from the under the car. Crawled up under the car to discover that the panel that is removed to do the oil change wasn’t there. Called the store and they denied everything. These people are unprofessional and do not put stuff back on your car once they take it off. Will not be going back

Actually this was my mom that used them today, not even an hour ago. She said she they wouldnt give her a price or a receipt and told her to check her email for the total. What kind of place doesnt give a receipt or tell her how much is it going to be??

Very professional and caring car mechanics

Brought my truck here for an oil change. I was told to wait in the waiting area and someone would be in to talk to me about what I wanted. 15 minutes later they come in and tell me my truck is complete?? I asked how it is done when nobody even asked me what I wanted done. They said they just put in what the manufacturer recommends. Well thats great; however, I run synthetic oil and they put in regular 5W20. I also wanted the tires rotated but that was not done, again, because nobody asked me what I wanted done. When I brought this up, they seem less than concerned and just told me what my total was... I would not recommend this place nor would I ever go back.

My elderly mother and I had to sit outside while the car was being serviced it was drizzling and quite too cool for her and after was invited to come in only to pay though I kept my cool but Ill never return to that place

I used to be pretty impressed with this place, but based on my last visit, I am not sure I will return. I went for an oil change. After returning, the car was in my drive way for a couple hours and driven to one place. By that afternoon, there was a leak on the driveway that I thought was oil. I assumed that they had not tightened something. I called them and they said bring it back. They looked at it said there wasnt anything they could see that was oil, but they said that I may have a leak and that it may be transmission fluid, but NOTHING THEY WOULD HAVE TOUCHED. I told them it had not leaked at all before I came, then after I brought it in, it had started leaking. They took it back around to look at it and even took a picture to show me where things were wet. They then stuck to their story. I said thanks and left. WHILE I CANNOT BE SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS...I can say that since I brought it back to them, it has not leaked on my driveway anymore.

Took my car for an inspection they said I need two tires but come come back and they would rei-nspect. When I went back they said we are changing owners and can’t inspect it right now come back next week. Went back the next 2 weeks and they said the inspection machine was down. Went one more time they inspected then charged me full price for inspection. When it should have just been the difference. Doubt I will return for any services

During inspection, one of the staff stole money from the car. I won’t be back.

First time visiting here, I called before I came to see if they had any wait for a State Inspection around 11am on a Thursday. They said come on in, no wait. I got there and pulled in immediately, they took my car right then. I looked at the time knowing I was on a tight lunch schedule, I was literally walking back to my car after inspection and payment within 12 mins. I will def be back to this place again.

Havoline Xpress is a great place to have your car serviced and state inspected done. They guys are nice and helpful. Most of the time you do not have to wait every long.

Great friendly staff. Fast service. They might want to improve on keeping the customer car clean, paper floor mat, plastic seat cover.

Good, quick service, however employees behavior needs to be checked. The guy who serviced my car (didnt get his name) kept hitting on me and making relentless inappropriate remarks from the moment I pulled up until I left. Creepy and uncalled for, and ruined an otherwise pleasant experience

Fast as hell, friendly . Place next door was an hour wait and rude. Basic oil change$34 and had time for lunch before work expecting an hour wait. Wow Awesome job!

Supervisor let’s employees smoke pot in parking lot. I pulled in and immediately turned around when I saw it. Do not recommend.

I was able to stop by about 10am on a Tuesday and get my car inspected and on my way in about 15 minutes.

Pretty fast. Not exactly cheap but we were in n out in about 20 mins. Thats for an oil change and inspection. Guys that worked there were pretty nice too.

I wouldnt let these people work on my tricycle now! We have been loyal customers of theirs for several years. However, we took one of our cars in this past Saturday for them to diagnose. They gave us an estimate of $200 to complete the necessary work. We authorized the work. They called us back later that day and told us they found other problems and it would be $600. Now today they have told us Remember Saturday when I said it would be $600, well thats not happening, Bud. They now want to charge us $1,000!! Thank goodness we have a good attorney.

I take my cars there for inspection every year. Theyre always helpful if something fails, suggesting DIY fixes and shops. My car overheated in front of their building and they helped me out even though they had just closed. Great guys!

I just got an oil change so that is all I can review. Took no time at all and the staff was very friendly. They have a comfortable waiting room and the price was what I expected.

I came to ask if they could change out my tires that were on my car for some tires that I purchased. But not from them and they said yes. I bought just one tire just to make sure so that they could take a look at them to be sure it was something that they could do. After loading the tires myself I came back just for the manager to say no, that they would not do it today. He was very rude and to be honest anal about it. I will never come back here or recommend any family, friends or enemies to come here for any services due to management customer service. Your word should be your bond!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Refused to do oil change in the case that it might be difficult to figure out which 1 out of 2 oil filters fits on my truck due to changing engine. Obviously they are lazy and dont want to put in the work. I stopped going here a few years back due to rude employee who did the inspections and now 2 years later I can guarantee I will never go back. If changing oil is too complex for a place that specializes in it, idk. The guys down at NTB are laughing hysterically right now when I told them the reason they refused. Havoline lube Express has one supposed specialty and cant even do that! Take you vehicle across the street to Precision Auto or to NTB on Wendover for oil change.

My wife and I have been trying to get her tires rotated for 3 weeks. She has stopped in twice during regular business hours and been turned away because “the shop was closing soon”I was given the same response and told to make an appointment when I stopped in. When I called to make the appointment they advised they were too busy and I could not schedule an appointment. I was advised to call back next week for an appointment.This Shop has refused my business and I will no longer attempt to give it to them.

Went in for an oil change. Mechanic disconnected something that caused 4wd to engage and wouldnt turn off. They wouldnt checkout right away and advised would be a 2 hour wait with 100 labor. Went to the Toyota dealership and they reconnected the valve the havoline mechanic had disconnected. Done with havoline xpress.
