Thought all I needed was an alignment, turns out a tire rod was bent as well along with my sway bar wasnt connected. They assessed the issues, informed me and was ready to install immediately! Awesomeness... remedy to my problems. Offered a Firestone card for financing, but I got declined. Paid with debit instead. Appreciate the guys at Firestone in High Point, NC 👍🏾

Dropped my truck off for tire rotation and alignment. Got a call from service mgr saying I needed front brakes and a caliper.When I Picked up truck, white smoke billowed out exhaust and noticed all 4 of my new wheels had significant scratches and dings like they’d been slammed down repeatedly not to mention the caliber bolts weren’t torqued and caliper almost come off while I was driving off site.My family and I had been loyal customers for over 20 years and yet after contacting corporate office nothing was done!

They repaired my Toyota Rav4 after a snapped CV axle. When I picked up my car up the check engine light was on. They said it was on When it arrived which may be the case but when I brought it back it was a bad speed sensor on the same wheel as the bad cv axle which should have been addressed at the time of the repair. They gave me an estimate of $92.00 for labor and almost $400 for the part. The part is only $20.00 at any auto parts store. To make matters worse all it needed was to be pulled and cleaned which I did in less than 5 minutes. Thus problem made my traction control and my cruise control not work.UPDATE: I responded via email to the owners response and have heard nothing! I lodged a complaint with corporate a week ago and was supposed to hear back in 48 hours from their area manager Michael. Its been crickets! My check engine light and traction control lights both came back on so I changed the part that they wanted almost $500.00 for and it didnt fix the problem anyway.UPDATE: I took my car to another shop. They hooked my car up to their scanner and found a mass air flow error. Upon further inspection he found that when the Firestone technician had checked my air filter during the oil change he had unhooked one of the major vacuum lines. So they lied right to my face about the check engine light being on before it arrived. They caused it and wanted to charge me almost 500.00 for part I didnt need!

Only thing I hate about this place is the wait times! But if you have to wait there for whatever reason they have coffee, drink machine, and a tv! Shopping nearby so you can walk around or go eat while you wait! Always friendly service. Take my car there for everything needed that they can do!

Its a failed store and nobody understands cars. I went to them and gave them my car and told them it had a vibration. They took the cars and checked it and they took the inspection fee from me and they told me we checked everything and nothing wanted to fix the vibration from the transmission and that would cost a lot of money I took my car and drove it they went to a mechanic and when he lifted the car and looked at the spot he told me it was from the axle what this store cost me so much Money in vain its a very bad shop

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Rogers Mallory and they were very busy. Mr. Mallory came to me and ask how he could help me. I told him I needed four tires for my trailer and gave him the size also what ply I wanted. In a matter of minutes he had it pulled up and showed me the total cost for the tires, valve stems, put on and trash my old ones. When I looked at the register and saw the final price, I was shocked and speechless. I have shopped around for a couple weeks and all over the Piedmont for the best tires for the best price. Lets just say I found both right here at Firestone Complete Auto Care located at 105 E. Chester Drive in High Point. Worst experience I have ever had at any automotive place. Customer service was awful. Told me it was going to be $75 to replace a headlight, $50 to change wipers and a inspection on top of that. Definitely a major rip off and very unfriendly staff at the desk.

First time at the place. Got in without an appointment with both of my vehicles for the 3 month maintenance, which is one of the biggest reasons for the 4 stats. Seems like good people, the guy at the counter was honest and forthcoming with information, which anyone spending their money can appreciate. Had time to go across the lot and have lunch while the work was performed on my second vehicle, which is very convenient. Looking forward to trying the other eateries surrounding the spot the next time I go in, which I now have an accurate picture of when this should be. Just a really good visit, as I said, looking forward to next visit and the results of this one. Update you later, but for now they get my 4, which aint easy.

Just needed an inspection. Very quick and easy. Polite and professional with an accurate expectation of how long it would take. Very pleased and will return and recommend.

Always (for the most part) the visits, and work done are without hesitation. Being a six automobile family, its nice to see familiar faces each time. A third type of the Destination Tire was put on my older Dakota, and it drives great!! I got the A/T, my wife as the touring/all season on the van, and son the SUV designated Destination. Proud of this Firestone in particular, never over while making suggestions for future awareness.

Rude over the phone, wouldnt install my tires even though theyre a listed partner on the tire site I purchased from, I wonder what would have happened if I had the tires shipped from the site straight to firestone, they probably would have stole them, in fact I worked at a place that gets their tires serviced by them frequently and they would lie and say freshly bought tires were no good just so they can get the company to purchase brand new tires from them and install them and they would keep the new tires off the vehicle and resell them. They were making a killing until the higher ups started actually checking those vehicles, dont trust these crooks theyll con you.

Good place to get your car fixed but the prices are a bit high at times. I got my truck alignment done there and was almost perfectly align the first time when I purchased the lifetime alignment but the next time I went back it looked like the guy just sat out there pushing the tire to make it look like he did something and when they gave me the paperwork it was still out of alignment and was only about 2 degrees difference than it was before and still out of alignment.

Originating with Harvey Firestone from my home city of Akron, Ohio, I only go to Firestone Tire and Service Centers for all my auto needs. The most reputable mechanics and helpful financing of large repairs, its the only place to trust your car. Tires were once made in Akron, Ohio through the 70s. So glad to have them in 2 very close locations near me.

Love this place for all my auto care needs. When it comes to taking care of your vehicle you need someone you can trust and this is the place. Ive been coming here for several years with different vehicles and they always have the right advice, parts, and time to get my car right and me on my way.

If youve had a bad experience here, you walked in WANTING to have a bad experience. The staff is the friendliest, most knowledgeable, and most dedication crew you could hope for. As for people complaining about price... you get what you pay for! Bobby Po-Dunk down the road might do the same repair for 20 bucks and a hot dog but youll need the repair done again by a real pro a few weeks later.

I had a leak in one of my tires and was out. I stopped in this Firestone with my toddler grandson and asked if I could get my spare put on my car. Thinking that was a simple request and wouldn’t take up a lot of there time. The manager told me they were too busy and he could put air in my tire and he went on and on about how busy they were and told me to go up the street to another place. All that talking took more time than it would have taken to change the tire. I was even willing to wait. I am a female out on a Sunday with a toddler in my car ........ I have used this Firestone many time for several of my cars. What ever happen to a little kindness. I would have paid $20 to have that tire changed so I was not on the road with my grandson with a tire going flat. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN FOR ANYTHING.

I came here a few years ago with my first car and they were so sweet and went out of there way to get me the best deal. Since then I have been to many other service shops and have never left happy. After many disappointing experiences, I learned my lesson and came back to Firestone and EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME HERE I GET THE BEST SERVICE!!!! They are hard workers, they take there time to make sure the job is done right, and they have reasonable prices. We get all our cars serviced here and are very loyal customers.

My stepdad recommended this shop to me 15 years ago when it was Expert Tire and Ralph was the Manager. Both of us are very mechanically inclined and do 90% of our own work (to include rebuilding automatic transmissions). This is the only place we trust to take our vehicles. Bob and Jamie are the only ones that touch our cars and they are amazing. I had my tires balanced 3 times at other shops to no avail; I drove from Raleigh (1 hour and 40 minutes) to have Bob fix it, my alignment, and trouble shoot my issue perfectly to the end in less time than others took to just balance my tires!

Great customer service given by the staff and quality work done as well. We got a new set of tires and alignment in a very timely fashion for a Friday!! Definitely recommend them!!

Honest and straight forward

I had a quote for $167.00 to replace my front brake pads. After they inspected my car the quote went to $500.00+. We settled on $289.00 to replace the front pads. The reason they gave me was my car is a Mercedes Benz and the cost of maintenance is higher. They knew what type of car I had when they gave me the quote. I am a single 50+ woman. I guess they feel I am easy to take advantage of. Thinking back I should have taken my car to another company. I will never go back. Hope you do not either.

I came here for alignment and they charged me almost 100$ and didn’t even align the front right tire saying that the car was hit there so i would have to fix from the body shop in order to get the alignment so they did the other 3 tires. I don’t understand why he would do the other 3 and charge me when other shop did it on all 4 tires and it ran smooth. Rude people here don’t have any manners to talk to customers! i always got my car work from here but not anymore. Very disappointed i regret coming here they charged me 100$ for nothing it’s ridiculous.

Needed a valve stem replacement. They wanted to fix my sensor and ended up charging my more than my quote. I had come in with a spare on. They didnt even put my spare away. Im a woman in my 50s. So much for service...

I drove 30mins and arrived at 530 knowing they close at 7. After dragging my 6 month pregnant self and my 3 year old out in the 30 degree weather I was told the inspector was about to leave. When I explained the situation and asked if he could do it really quick before he leaves I was told no, I could come back tomorrow. No thanks, I took my business elsewhere.

I was planning to buy a used car, and the lot that was selling did not have a service department. I brought the car here to get it checked out, and within 10 minutes the technician determined that the engine oil and coolant were mixing together which apparently means the head gasket is blown. Thanks to them I was able to avoid buying a car that would have left me with costly repair issues or maybe even stranded! Also, upon arrival the staff was very friendly. The technician personally came out to show me the problem and was very professional. If I lived closer I would definitely come back, however, I will certainly recommend this place!

Expensive expensive expensive!!! Check around for tire prices and be sure to ask friends. These prices are ridiculous. I didnt get anything what completed on my car because of the prices. Staff is really friendly and this saved their rating. Even early on a Saturday morning they were super nice. Prices super high.

I made an appointment for an oil change and rotate to make things quicker. They also checked the alignment. Took more than 2 hours. People were in and out ahead of me for oil changes with other services and they walked in with no appointment. I wont be returning.

A busy store because of the good work they do. Come early or drop it off and your vehicle will be fine.

Brad, Johnny and Derrick are the BEST. They are incredibly honest and are always trying to do right by the customer. I highly recommend this location, even if its a drive (I drive 40 mins).

Went in for an oil change and inspection. Service is always good and technicians are helpful. This trip took a lot longer than usual for the service performed.

Wait is way to long, Came here for a simple oil change and had a appointment scheduled and STILL had to wait almost over an hour with a three month old with us!!! Wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have somewhere to go:(

We were on time and waited for a hour and even went next door for brunch and then we were informed that we still have to wait for two more hours. Note it was only for breaks.

I called and asked for a quote for two tires and was given a quote for one, so you can imagine the price difference when I showed up. Then they told me it would take no longer than $25 to put two tires on and it has been over an hour!Highly dissatisfied!

Had the worst experience at this place. Came in with screw in my tire. Manager took my key and after two hours when I got to counter to ask them if my car tires were fixed the guy told me that he has not given approval yet to fix it and told me there is a screw in my tire. I almost lost it and told him I already knew there was a screw in it. He told me it will take another 45 mins for them to fix it. It gave me a headache. Very rude and very unprofessional staff. I have been going to triad tires on Fairfield before and they take 10 minutes to take care of any issues but came here not knowing they will take more than two hours to patch a tire.
