Scheduled an appointment for phone battery replacement and job was completed within 30-45 minutes after drop off. And prices seemed reasonable (as I did not shop around or do a comparison of prices).

I dont know why I thought that they would have a very extensive collection of light bulbs - the more unusual ones but they dont. I will say though that the service providers were really really nice and worse helpful as they could possibly be.

Just needed batteries quickly...the two gentlemen helped me find them quickly and I was on my way!

I went here to find three different common light bulbs. They do not have them. You would think a store advertised as a light bulb store would have light bulbs in stock. This is the second, and last time Ill go to this type of store.

Great products, quick friendly service, had what i needed in stock no waiting, mail-in rebate. You cant beat those Duracell car and motorcycle batteries. My last one lasted 4-1/2 years, thats great in a motorcycle

Worst service ever!!!!! Store was locked and employee was sitting in the back room, had to call store phone to get them to unlock the door at 3pm! Then they proceeded to tell me they didnt have the charger I needed and I found it right on the shelf. Not worth spending $60 on a charger for such poor service. Do not ever visit this location!!!!!

Im newer to the area and it took me a few extra minutes to find the place, but service was fine. Only like six people allowed inside at one time. And I think that included employees.I needed a battery for my van key, and I had one replaced a couple years ago at another batteries Plus.

I returned with a battery which I had purchased last summer. I wasthinking informed that the wire had come loose & needed to be soldered. I agreed. I was then informed that I was beinginvestigated charged $20.00 plus tax for a $5.00 solder. The prices are listed on a board. I am insulted to be charged anything as this store did the original solder last summer. I will Not return to this store ever.

Stopped at store to have battery replaced on my old iphone 4s..The young lady assisting me said she wanted to check the phones charging first. After a few minutes she told me charging was in upper 80s and really didnt need a new battery unless I really wanted one.Thank You...just saved the old man some $$$.

Only reason they get 2 stars is because they took their high performance battery back. I bought a battery for my Kawasaki Vulcan from this store. From the first use this battery under preformed. They claim it was still a good battery even tho it would not start my motorcycle after it warmed up! Ended up going to Advance Auto and bought regular motorcycle battery. Have had NO problems with Advance battery several months later.

I recently went into this establishment to purchase a battery for the key fob to my car. The attendant offered my a lifetime replacement plan, which I declined. He then wanted to charge me $20 for a replacement. Needless to say I went to the Toyota dealer and the cost was $5. I will never do business with this organization again, they are a total rip-off.

I asked the clerk if they carried a battery for my phone. He takes my phone apart and puts the new battery in without telling me the price or even asking if I want to purchase the battery. I only asked but instead felt forced into a 43$ purchase. I feel like he should have told me the price before installing the battery. Also he seemed like I was bothering him for coming into the store and wanted to get me out as soon as possible.

Great place for shopping for various battery types at low cost. I had my battery die on me a few days ago due to me not driving it for a few days and the CCA (Cold Cranking Amps) were going bad in my 2010 Ford Transit Connect. I search me local hardware stores Advance, Auto Zone & Oriellys for a battery and they were all around $160+$18 core charge. So I kept looking for a good QUALITY & dependable car battery at better price. The Good Lord 🙏 blessed me with finding a battery at Batteries Plus for $124.99 with 10% discount purchase online. YAAAAAAAAAAY.....I ordered it and it was ready for pick-up and installation the next day. So YES, they will install your battery on site and give you a core charge credit back. Unfortunately due to how my battery is installed with multiple connectors 🤔, they couldnt install it for me. Just my luck right 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. So to make a long story short, my father-in-law😇 installed my battery in about 15mins & I found a place to buy car batteries at a good price. Give this place a look if youre looking for batteries, YOU NEVER KNOW 😉!

Glad they were open on a Sunday morning. My husbands iPhone connector was not working well and Scott was a great help! He checked it and found a large piece of lint stuck inside the connector. He fixed it in 5 minutes and told me no charge! He saved us a lot of money and we are thankful! I recommend this place.

First off my experience was great, I walked in the store to look for a item I had seen once before but didnt know much about it it was a cup charger for a car. The person behind the desk was extremely helpful his name was Scott, he was really informative and attentive and answered all my questions I had and was very polite.

I recently bought a watch battery online to be picked up in store. I understood that I would be asked for identification and the credit card I had used. When I got to the store, the associate informed me that he was going to photocopy my drivers license. I refused so he re-rang the sale in store, causing me to lose the discount I had gotten online. Of course it was only a few cents. but I didnt care for the practice.Will not make any more online purchases to be picked up in store.

Ordered my ATV battery online and picked up in store. Online was an easy navigation. Found the exact battery I needed. 10% off online orders that was a definite plus. Confirm at checkout said they would send an email letting me know my order was ready. After about 10 minutes got the email. So go to the store to pick up, Wich is about 30minutes fro the house. Got there to pickup, I was told that they had just put it on charge. Be about an hour. The guy says we willwcall you when its ready. No problem. I went to a few other stores. Now its 3hrs later havent received a call about the battery. Go to the store parking lot, called and asked about my battery to see if it was done yet. The lady asked my name then came back on and said, yes its done. Well, no one called me to let me know it was done. Sorry but its ready. Hmm, scratch my head. Think someone shouldve called me. Guess Im weird like that

I ordered a car battery on their website. Was told the battery would have to be ordered. I said ok. They ordered the item and went ahead and charged my credit card, even though I hadnt picked the item up. Waited two weeks for it and was then called and told it didnt come in on the truck, would I like to cancel or re-order. What?? I already ordered the battery!! I finally saw no other option but to cancel the order and buy from a local competitor. What bad customer service. Hint - If you order a car battery from this place, be sure to call first and make sure it is in stock at the store for immediate pick up.

Car battery was a little cheaper here than at Auto Zone and other auto stores, however you do have to wait for email from Batteries Plus to come and pick up battery. I called ahead of getting the email and the gentleman assisted me right away.
