I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership today and last week. I went in and explained to the salesman Alan Campbell my current financial situation and how my credit was challenged and I wanted to know what my options were. He really worked hard to get me a Jeep Renegade just like I wanted and initially the payments were going to be a little to high for my liking but he found a workaround for that too. I was able to drive off the lot today in a relatively new car and I’m excited. Shout out to Mr.Campbell for his patience and getting me a deal that was really suitable for my needs at this moment.

I absolutely hate buying a car. I have never had a good experience with a car salesman or dealership so I walked into Ilderton expecting the worst. But fortunately my salesman was excellent. His knowledge about the Jeep and laid back approach put me at ease immediately. I felt he had so much faith in this Jeep that it would sale it’s self. He made sure I was completely happy with this purchase. The paperwork went so fast I was shocked. I felt like my time was not being wasted and that is important to me. I had to wait for and insurance check for the down payment and they worked with me allowing me to take the Jeep that very night. There was a minor issue with the Jeep. I called Allen Campbell directly. He not only arranged for a tow truck for the Jeep but came to take my daughter and myself home. During the time the Jeep was being repaired at no cost to me Allen was in touch regularly putting my mind at ease. I was even given a loaner car at no charge. When I picked up the Jeep Allen was very concerned about easing my mind about the Jeep. He made sure I had his contact information to make sure I could contact him directly if there was an issue with the Jeep. He even went a step further showing his true concern for his customers and asked I call him when I got home to make sure I got home ok. I love my Jeep Cherokee and I can not say enough good things about Allen and this dealership. When I need my next car I will go no where else!

I called on Friday night and Justin took the time to listen to what I needed and send me links to look at. If he hadn’t done that I wouldn’t have gone to the lot on Saturday. Then Brandon worked with me Saturday to get me in the right one with more features than I imagined and at the right price. My whole experience was enjoyable. This is the second Jeep I have bought from Ilderton and if I need another car I will go back again.

Ilderton Dodge in High Point,NC. Took my truck in for 3 issues. 2 of the issues were a check engine light and Abs light. Took over a week to “Diagnose” my issue. They “found” the problem and ordered parts. Installed parts and realized everything needed was not in the parts ordered. Charged me more to order additional parts. After a week of pushing them to get this done( I called the dealership multiple times a day/everyday to finally speak to my rep 1 time per day) I finally received a loaner a day before it was complete( I paid for a rental vehicle which cost me almost as much as the repair). On the way to the dealership to pick up my truck, they call me to tell me my battery is dead and needed a new battery. Told me it would be $350 for new battery and installation. Finally received my truck (after agreeing on a price that I still feel was outrages) and pulled out of the parking lot and my ABS light came on immediately. Not even 5 miles after that light my Check engine light is back on. I called and sent pictures immediately to the rep and he of course told me to bring it back. I spent over $1300 and they didn’t fix a third of what I brought it in for. I don’t want to take this back in fear they are going to charge me several more grand and still not fix the issues. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in this Dealership as I was referred by other Dealerships saying they were the best in the area.Spencer G.

Great dealership! They were able to help us on a Saturday when we were having an issue with our Chrysler Pacifica. They were able to get roadside assistance out to the house and pick up our disabled van. Thanks to my salesperson Brandon Johnson-I had an excellent experience in buying a car at Ilderton Dodge. He was very kind, knowledgeable and passionate person. Even though he was under the weather at the time he was thoughtful and made sure I was taken care of, before leaving. I got a bottle of water and some help with getting my other car home- which I just got an oil change. It took less than 2 hours to wait get paper work done and signed -it was my second purchase from them in 4 years. I’m happy to say I was able to get to the Black Expo on time!!

Im not one to put bad stars unless its horrible. I would only say that I wish the service writers would insist that the technician consider the customers request when detailed instructions are given. 2 hour (adjusted) was too long at $149/hr to charge a customer to simply pull fuses to detect a power draw. This should have taken 1 hr including the R&R time to replace the radio. 3 hrs.... uncool. Also,car was only 6 years old and I was required to core my radio for a replacement. That was shady. Its fixed though $850 later and 4 weeks and 3 days.

I came in on Oct 18th to have the locking lug nuts removed on my Jeep Compass. The service manager personally worked on my case and had the master key set out and working on the car within 20 minutes after my arrival. They vacuumed out the driver seat as well. I was incredibly impressed with the speed of the service and care they had with me. I will happily be coming back for future projects and concerns with my vehicles.

Its definitely a five-star car dealership because they are the best and they really love their job to help people get a car. They will work with you to make sure you get the car that you want and they do their best to make sure you can get as close to what you want even if you cant get what you want. I recommend everyone to go to Ilderton for a car and then recommend everyone that you know to go there that wants a car as well.

Warning !!!the sales staff does not communicate. They sold me a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee That has already had to have a brand new transmission put in it and it’s still not running right and I told them I did not want this vehicle to start with !!they sold me what they wanted to get rid of instead of the color that I preferred . So after trying to trade the LEMON that I bought from them They claim they’re working on trying to get a deal and trading with me but they’re only trying to do it to their advantage, To make more money! All I want to do is trade even for a brand new 2021 Jeep Cherokee like I bought but instead they’re trying to make more money when it wasn’t my fault they sold me the piece of junk !! They can’t trade because they’ll lose money So be aware if you buy a brand new vehicle and it’s a lemon from the start they swing trade it They won’t even call you back to let you know if they have worked anything out !! they’re going do whatever they can to make some more money because they claim it already has negative equity in it but it’s not my fault it tore up within the first few months of driving it!!! Just not fair to pay for for Brand new car that wasn’t put together correctly!! THEY do not care!! They have been paid so They are happy. The customer doesn’t matter anymore!

Ilderton took great care of us! A big thanks to Scott for making it super easy to buy our new Compass and for handling everything so well when it needed a new transmission. First, we live in Raleigh and Scott made the entire deal happen over the phone. They delivered the Jeep to us and I signed the paperwork then. A few days later the transmission went out (brand new vehicle, totally not their fault) over in Goldsboro and that dealership didnt have a loaner. Scott had them deliver us a loaner for 2 weeks while we got our Jeep fixed. He made a crazy situation as easy as it could have been for us. Appreciate the great service and now that we have it back and its running perfectly, Im loving this 2021 Compass!

IIderton Chrysler Dodge and Jeep is the most professional car dealership I have come across.I live in Greensboro and have taken my Jeep to the other dealership off Wendover. My experience there was very different.My Jeep sat overnight and nobody touched it until I showed up at 4pm the next day because nobody would return my calls. After four people looked at my sunroof, nobody could figure it out. I watched a guy google it. Anyway my point is, drive to High Point and get treated with respect.The service department was outstanding. While I was waiting, Jim kept me updated regularly. Went to Ilderton this afternoon for a warranty issue after another dealers service department wasted my morning by forgetting to order the parts and that I had an appointment, so terrible service. I contacted them with a problem I had with the wiring in my car. They scheduled an appointment for me to leave my car so they could diagnose the problem. I received a return call the same day notifying me that they could fix the wiring. I left my car so they could complete the repair the next day. I am overly satisfied with the service I received.

We knew the van we were coming in for from online. The pictures they took were great and the setting up an inquiry to availability and a time to test drive was super simple. We had Max as our sales agent and he could tell us every thing we didnt know about the van and how it operated which was wonderful. We used to have a Toyota Sienna and were moving to a newer Chrysler Pacifica. He could thoroughly explain all the features and demonstrate how everything worked, was really attentive and helpful. If I could improve anything it would be the amount of time it took to process the sale, but we left the lot super happy and excited for our new purchase. Would recommend Ilderton to anyone! I would not come here if you are serious about getting a vehicle. I was told twice in the store location, that I would be able to purchase a vehicle. Once by two individuals, a salesperson and finance officer and then by another salesperson. Both times happened after my credit was already ran. The first time I was told come back with $1500/without a trade in and I would be able to get the vehicle I wanted ... when I returned with the $1500 they didn’t even come to work! The second time the salesperson told me I would qualify for a certain amount without a co-signer or trade-in RAN MY CREDIT .. then told me I don’t qualify for anything not even a used vehicle. I want to keep my car and use my own money and credit ! I made this clear! I read the reviews and should have took the advise of others who have been disappointed when trying to purchase a vehicle at this dealership! Don’t make the same mistake Go somewhere ELSE!

My Wife had purchased a car the weekend before. I had asked Brandon Johnson the salesman if he could halp me out of my upside down loan. He did a fantastic job of helping me work through my negative equity and put me in a brand new jeep. The dealership worked through all the paperwork very fast as well. Took my 2021 Dodge Ram truck in for oil and filter service. Was taken right in and offered a ride back home. Service department called me about 2 hours later and advised my truck was ready for pick-up and the service was free.

I drive an 07 Chrysler 300. My chief complaint was smoke coming from under the hood and a brownish leak underneath my car. Servicemen continued working on my vehicle till they determined how to fix what was wrong. On day two, I was given a courtesy vehicle to drive. The work took longer than projected. I was not kept up to date on the service in a timely manner. I am pleased with the work. No more smoke or leaks from my car. Overall it was a job well done.

This rating is based on my initial experience. I dropped my car off for a diagnostic test. After diagnosis I was told that the issue was fixed. My check engine light was still illuminated, I was told it would go off. It did not. I took my car back in later that day about half an hour before the service department was to close. Again my car was inspected and the problem was supposed to be fixed. It was not. The staff that I interacted with were courteous and do seem to want to help me with correcting my car issue. I take my car in again tomorrow and will rate my overall experience and update my post when my services are complete.

They take pride in what they do, they fight to get you driving even in the toughest and most difficult situations, they are a blessing in disguise, JB was my sales person and I also worked with Scott & Orlando, and some other guy to sign the final paperwork, they were patient with my grandfather as he is blind and disabled. Worst experience ever IIderton in High Point took my car because my oil pan was cracked they wanted to charge me 870 to fix it even the oil pan just cost 53$ I told them I didn’t wanted get fix by them and still charge me 179 dollars to just tell me what already new that the oil pan was cracked never again I will go to this place

I bought a van for my wife. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were great. I really appreciated the no pressure approach. I had such a great experience buying my SUV on Wednesday! Tracy was kind and patient and made me feel at home as soon as I walked in! She stayed with me all day, I picked out what I wanted and we test drove it and that was that! The whole staff was nice and accommodated me in every way I needed. I am grateful for this experience because I haven’t had a good one at a dealership pretty much ever lol.
