Very irresponsible and do not understand simple mathematics of number of tablets multiplied by number of days. Been there for more than 4/5 times and I’ve to describe the simple mathematics of my prescription and number of tablets in every visit, they assure me that they will correct in next visit and I never had luck. I’ve to wait 1 hour in every visit.

Pharmacy is horrible. Rude, incompetent, worthless, unsuited, and unfit to provide care and medicine. They never have the prescriptions you need and try to make excuses that they cant get your medicines. On top of that, they wont even call other CVS locations or do their jobs to get you your medicines. You have to advocate for yourself while they fail over and over at their jobs. Useless absolutely useless. It happens over and over and over and nothing changes. Avoid this pharmacy in any way possible, good luck ever getting any medicine you need from here.They just told us to go to Walgreens because they cant get the medicine we need.Literally failures and incompetent pharmacists.

I’ve no clue if my medicine was being shipped from a third world country or what, but it took nearly a week before it arrived (and even then I had to call to get verification and ensure it would be filled by the following day and that I would, in fact, be contacted). ANY time I’ve had to contact the pharmacy they are abrupt, curt, and rude over the phone and behave as though I was an inconvenience. I’ve worked retail my entire life, so I understand there are going to be bad days, but this seems to happen consistently. If you despise your profession that much, especially one where you are trying to better the health of another, then it’s time you sought other employment.

Didnt have a great experience with cvs pharmacy. Im very disappointed. They keep messing up my prescription and I was told 2 different prices over the phone meanwhile my doctor told me I only owed 10. I called to see if my prescription was ready and they said yes, but by the time I got there, they are saying i cant get my prescription. Im becoming more frustrated because I took the time out and gas to pick up my medicine 2 different times. Went inside to get the situation solved and asked the lady at pharmacy section to get a pen and paper to right down the number they needed to call and she told me to wait for min to finish the customer before me and once she was done, she went to the customer after me and did not give me what I had requested. I had been waiting for 15 mins. This is the first time I had to deal with this mess. The pharmacist is rude.

Not sure what is going on here but the pharmacy staff will never pick up the phone!! It is the craziest thing thing ever!! I was on hold yesterday for a combined time of 2 hrs. I have to speak with a person to fill my prescription that is on file. They just let that phone ring and ring and stand around watching it

My wife had to go find a clerk to check out, and returned to a line of four people. They sent her to the self check, then it didnt work because she was buying childrens Sudafed. Two more people arrived in line. It was infuriating.

This CVS has terribly gone down hill. There is always an issue when picking up medication. I always call to ensure the prescription is filled and ready for pick up BEFORE going. Today I was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived an hour later and I was told 30 minutes. I’m not sure who is in charge since Bernard left but they need to just put a closed sign on the door and call it quits.

Did not have a good experience with the pharmacy. They gave me my prescription and sent me on my way. I asked if I could please speak with the pharmacist because I had a few questions. She seemed surprised but told me to wait on him. I thought it was customary for pharmacist to talk to each patient He came and I asked a few questions because it was a liquid steroid for my 3 year old and I wanted to make sure it didnt give her too much energy at the end of the day and that she would be able to stomach the taste. He pretty much dismissed my questions and told me its all fine and its a medicine given to kids so of course it will taste fine. Well my daughter is refusing it. Freaking out and will not take it. I dipped my finger in it and it tastes awful - so bitter! Just like the pills of steroids that you take but even worse. So yeah, I would have liked to talk to a trained professional about what to do in this circumstance or what alternatives I might have but I felt like he had no concern for my situation. A very cold man. Never going here again, thats for sure.

Awful experience with pharmacy, the pharmacist was the rudest person I have ever spoken with, absolutely unprofessional, she was argumentative, combative, and completely unhinged, she lost control of her senses with myself when I referred to her as the person behind the counter, she yelled at me and said i am not the person behind the counter i am the pharmacist, and you will refer to me in that manner.Stay away go to Walgreens or anywhere else.

This is the best pharmacy in town! We switched from Rite Aid to this one a few weeks ago and they have been nothing but helpful and courteous and have gotten all our prescriptions taken care of. LOVE THEM!!!

Absolutely horrible. Was told to wait 20 min came back and then they got my info and had me wait another 20 min. Why couldnt you have gotten my info the first go around?
