Sheetz is great, it’s clean and I go there after school just to treat myself after a long day if you have a cheat day on a diet sheetz is the best place to go for a good meal or snack

This is my go to Sheetz. The store is usually clean and most of the employees are always friendly. The last few times I have been in there this hasnt really been the case but I am going to chalk that up to Covid-19 exhaustion. The food is always good and ready before the estimated wait times. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that the tire air pump is out of service more than it is in service. I will continue to use this gas station over other competitors that are closer to my house. Sheetz is just a better experience hands down.

My father had a low pressure in one of the tires and so we stopped at sheetz while getting some food. The air pressure machine is not accurate and does not work. Keeps giving error code. It was an ordeal to fill up one tire. The device kept leaking air while trying to fill and had to hold it super tight just for some air to go in. It took me, a 30 year old, a good 5 minutes to fill up one tire with lot of effort. It finally reached 32psi after 3 to 4 errors. I got the air checked at discount tire down the road and they said pressure was actually at 42. It was way higher. I appreciate Sheetz offering free air pressure services but I rather pay for accurate service rather than free that may cause my tires to blow or incur additional damage. Sheetz please fix your machines. My father said this happens at other sheets (Guilford college rd.) as well.

My husband and I order Kona Mochas daily. This sheetz is always spot on. They are always blended perfectly, and the staff is always super nice. I always call stores ahead of time to ask them to blend it on 4 or double blend it so it won’t be half full with ice chunks. I always know our drinks will be perfect here!

Came here today (4-10-2021) little after lunch and ordered a cheesecake sub and some mozzarella sticks. Sub was toasted to the point i could have used it as a brick but completely soggy on the bottom half. Mozzarella sticks were completely over cooked and all stuck together thanks to the cheese being on the outside of them😑. Very disappointed in this sheetz and no worth the money i paid. Idk why they raised the wages, cook employee doesnt seem to really care about her job. Cashier was a complete sweetheart to everyone in line though!

I stopped to grabbed a drink I dont drink alcohol it was from my girl friend. So they would sell it to me I said breathilize me whatever ya gotta do. No get out cops are coming yall got some nerve and picking fights with the right ones is a bad decicion

Update 5/6/21: night time sandwich maker still cant make a proper sandwich. How difficult is it to make a sub? Hire more competent people!The night shift sandwich maker doesnt know the difference between pickles and jalepenos.Morning shift cashiers are rude and brain dead.

Most sheetz don’t put together the food how this one does, not a bad thing but it’s definitely not as visually appealing at other places. This one really focuses on making the food look really good. Definitely worth the money.

Exactly what this area needed! The seating layout of this Sheetz is slightly different then most because the tables are in the main floor space and not separated in its own area. Usually smaller Sheetz such as this dont include a seating area but this one does! No comfy chairs. Outdoor seating is toward the back of the building. Has a second way into or out on the back side of building.

Terrible Customer Service! Shame on Sheetz for employing Managers and staff that do not greet, speak or welcome their guest. I have been going there for 5 months ( strictly out of convenience). I have stood directly next to the Mgr whom always in the a.m. holding a clipboard and head down that never speaks. There is a cashier that stands stale, stiff and silent at the register, you ask her a question and she doesnt know the answer. Retraining needs to be implemented badly! The Manager sets the tone on how he/she operates the store and the staff follows the lead. For months now, there is no presence of a welcome! (Never even offered a free coffee). I finally have stopped punching myself, picked another Sheetz! I receive a hello, small talk, and smiles each morning! Sheetz Corp needs a visit to that location and maybe even realign and reposition staffing! Its a clean store with dull and stale atmosphere.

Within the first few days of the stores opening, the have offered free coffee the entire weekend and about 10cents less gas prices than the rest of the surrounding area gas stations. The inside sitting area is very convenient as most Sheetz dont have an area or it is outside. 1 star has been taken because of customer service. Noticeably within 3 visits I have seen an employee whispering, yet pointing at a customer; an employee standing idle at the register looking at the customer instead of politely being vocal in order to help them. There is much work to do in that area.

Baaaad customer service... so I called then today and there’s a girl answered the phone and I asked her about something and she said I don’t know you’ll have to come and check if we have it or not ...really bad customer service ever

I went in and there was a really nice man there he was very cheerful. Great customer service ! I didn’t quite catch his name but he was taller guy with white hair, definitely deserves a raise

Food is good but I literally just watched this dude cut my sandwich only wearing one glove. I work for a gourmet sandwich company youre 100% supposed to have gloves on BOTH hands

Sheetz location placed well. Most are conveniently located. Cheaper gas than surrounding areas.Its Sheetz. Yep.

They give free air. Stopped here to put air in my front psgr tire.

I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito and a bacon egg and cheese. Got two sausage. Hubby ordered two western burritos and he got some kind of ham and cheese with egg. This is during lunch hour. Not ordering food from this Sheetz again.

Service was great. We ordered French fries, they were hot and better then McDonalds!

Its a newer store so it is very clean. But there is a policeman stationed there so I feel safe going there especially late at night when I get out of work.

Nicely arranged inside. Easy to navigate inside, but traffic into and out of the parking lot and fueling area is a little clunky.

It only has one way in and out for now but it is very convenient

Nice new location with great atmosphere and service, all convenient items and good fresh food. Oh yeah and gas.

100th store is now open with free cookies and coffee. 👍. Sadly, you still have to pay for your gas 😫.

The service is terrible, my mother had diarea and the staff did not let her enter the bathroom. I dont know if she is Hispanic because my mother is a lady of age.
