This is a nice hidden gem located in Flower Mound. I ordered an oreo fried ice cream & it tasted amazing! Will be returning to try out other flavors.

I just love this wonderful French Bakery. She makes the BEST Macarons, always perfection. Today we had Almond Croissants - so fresh and delicious! Try the Butterfly Lemonade - Passion Fruit. Its a little added treat to watch the colors change in front of your eyes.

I dont give out 5s. But, just the vibes alone here are outstanding. The employees were gracious, kind and funny. The coffee was excellent. The macrons made it ;)

I visited this location today and for the first time I had the macaroons. I tried the salted caramel and the lemon. The lemon was my fav but I fell in love with the ambiance of the place. It was so peaceful and serene. I will definitely go back when I want to just unplug. Loved it! 💕

A La Sweet is incredible, a true gem in this part of Texas. For almost 40 years I’ve convinced myself that I hate pastries. Well, guess what? I went out on a limb today and tried the almond croissant. I ate every single crumb of that croissant and daydreamed about making ritual of coming back every Monday to have it again. It was paired with the smoothest Anericano you could possibly imagine. My morning was heavenly.

Went to try some samples before ordering for my wedding and loved what was sampled and the atmosphere was wonderful. I decided to order petite four cakes and an Eiffel Tower that was made of donut holes and toped with chocolate cream icing. At the reception the guests said they loved the tower and petite four cakes and said they were sweet and fresh. Also was glad that they were able to do gluten free cakes as we needed them for our wedding. They helped me in every way I needed. Plan to use them again in the near future.

Picked up six macrons for a Valentines Day treat for my daughter. First time I had been in the place, and it was really good. The macrons were really delicious, the service was quick and friendly, and the shop itself was warm and inviting. Id like to see an expanded menu, but sometimes doing just a few things really, really well is the way to go - maybe thats the case here. Great place, definitely worth a visit.

Owner and chef is a true French pastry chef, and lived in France for many years. Not easy to find a pastry place anywhere where everything is hand made in house. Tried several things and everything was fantastic. Almond croissant is a must try. Their taro latte was truly awesome. Someone already mentioned this but worth repeating - a true gem for Highland Village.

One of my favorites. A La Sweet has fantastic baked good. Clearly the chef is classically trained. If you are going to blow the calories of an almond croissant you should have the best one in town. Delicious coffee drinks, my favorite is the salted caramel, they make the caramel themselves. The macrons are direct from Paris perfect. The butterfly lemonade I had this summer was delicious and beautiful. When I want to be good I can have tea and a great avocado toast. There are lovely keto and gluten free options. Havent tried the ice cream, but their standards are high so it must be pretty good.

Stopped in on my lunch break to get a latte and pastry. Latte was perfect; not to hot and not too sweet (salted caramel) and the almond croissant was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. Environment was very relaxed and clean. Five + stars

My granny always let us eat our dessert first, so when it came to accomplishing my bucket list I decided to eat the world’s best almond croissant first. I found it at A La Sweet! I gained a lot of weight trying almond croissants until I found this one, but now that I’ve found it, I think I’ll start my diet tomorrow ... or maybe in a few weeks after I’ve had a few more for the road.

Hands down to the best pastry shop in highland village! Canelé was my favorite and the passion fruit mousse!! The atmosphere was very calm and charming. Best place to have a chat with a friend, study, or just to chill while munching on their delicious pastries and coffee! They also have rolled ice cream in different flavors. I will definitely come back to taste the other pastries!

Second time to A La Sweet in the last two weeks. Weve ordered rolled ice cream, keto desserts, gluten free macaroons and coffee. Its all delicious. I wish I had taken pictures of it all, but they were too good to stop.Very happy my kids can get rolled ice cream and I can grab some delicious keto cheesecake or lemon bars all in the same beautiful location.I see High Tea may be coming soon....I am excited about that prospect.Note: Dont come in a hurry. Make sure you take time to savor the beauty of the shop and the food..and you wont be disappointed.

Best pastries and coffee in the area! All of the baked goods and coffee syrups are made in house! To top it off, the atmosphere is charming and the staff was incredibly friendly - they went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Definitely recommend this location!P.S. They have very unique coffee flavors and the madeleines are delicious!

A charming place to eat a delicious pastry with some coffee or tea. My favorites are the passion fruit iced tea and chocolate croissants, but nothing Ive had there was a dud. The atmosphere is very cozy and relaxing too.

This one of the cutest bakeries in the area! Their coffee & flavored lattes are SUBLIME. I love that the selection of pastries/cakes/macarons change each time I come by- theres always something new to try.It used to be a rolled ice cream shop, and its still offered! But the shop has now evolved into so much more. I came by yesterday for the Open Mic Night & had such a blast. Its just a lovely little one-stop shop.

Really enjoyed my time at A La Sweet! The owner, Taylar, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere of the place is cozy with the perfect French tones you’d expect. The Almond Croissant was amazing and delicious, and my Pumpkin Épice latte was perfect. They use locally sourced beans for their coffee and rivals the best coffee to be found in this area! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had delicious coffee (they serve Cultivar, which is so good!) and tres leches cake. Service and environment are great. Our 2-year-old enjoyed playing with the games and stuffed animals. Highly recommend!!! Can’t wait to try the other desserts and drinks they have to offer.

Been twice. Had the rolled ice cream. Super good. Ceamy X10. Something about flash freezing and the rolling. Stays creamy and cold in the cup. The last taste is just as cold and creamy as the first. No soup at the end. Just creamy delicious ice cream from start to finish. Ive tried liquid nitrogen ice cream too, but I prefer this. All the benefits of flash freezing like liquid nitrogen, but less fuss and noise. Youre also not in the room with a giant vat of Liquid Nitrogen;) Also, both times Ive been the owner was behind the counter, so its locally owned and managed. Ill head back for coffee and other treats. Café ambiance with plenty of seating. Couch, lounge chairs, board games...

My rating is just for the macroons since thats all I had. They were crunchy and hard also stored in the refrigerator so probably that was the reason for the hardness.i love macroons how they are meant to be which is lightly crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle not hard through and through.

Showed up at 11:30 on a Sunday to find the place closed even though it was supposed to be open at 10:30. Disappointing since I tried to bring some friends here to try it.
