Very good place but when my mom came around the store there was barley anything in the store due to the awesome Tiff’s Treats getting all the business. I love this and Tiff’s Treats. Hopefully things re stock if this is still open when I return. However this and Tiffs Treats deserve the same amount of business as each other.

Great customer service!!! Visited today for a cookie and some ice cream. My son was carrying his ice cream outside and dropped it on the ground. His disappointment must have been obvious to the staff inside. The manager came out and asked me what flavor ice cream he had in his cup and proceeded to bring him out a new one. We were pleasantly surprised and much appreciated this act of kindness, especially knowing that this was no fault of their own.

Food was good, and the set up has observed the covid protocols of spacing

My daughter had ordered a cookie cake for a birthday party for herself on Sunday the 13th. The order was placed on Monday Oct 7 to be picked up today by 12:00, when she arrived to pickup the cookie it wasn’t ready and wasn’t done and it was received at 1:24. The requested design wasn’t anything of what she asked for. She was dissatisfied with her purchase, the received product wasn’t to her satisfaction due to over all design, color, and wording.

Omg this place was great I visited with my son and my niece we had a button brownie and a strawberry cone was a great way to cool them off from a hot day

Super disappointed with this location. Went in tonight and got a cookie cake slice and 2 chocolate covered strawberries. My strawberries were literally warm, I think because they are kept in the same case as the cookies. So it made the one strawberry that I ate taste sour. The other strawberry was really squishy and had furry mold on it. I decided to just eat my cookie cake slice instead and it was so dry that I threw it away after one bite. This is usually my go to Nestle, so Im hoping this was just a fluke!

They didnt have chocolate chip cookie slices and had no idea when they would have another batch made. How does Nestle Toll House Cafe run out of chocolate chip and not know when more will be made. It was my daughters birthday and thats what she wanted after dinner. I asked about making her an entire cookie cake for her and they said they could but it would take a couple of hours. Then she went back to texting on her phone. Terrible service at an otherwise good and typically excellent store. Im really disappointed and so was my daughter.

Stopped by here yesterday to sample of couple of cookies while waiting for my family shopping in the mall. I got a couple of different kinds and they were just good, but not great. I wanted to see what a cookie from here would taste like and it wasnt over-the-top impressive, just okay..

This place is very yummy and has a good variety of a menu. The only thing I suggest is to not get addicted to the sugar! 😂

The owner fixed my son up with an amazing ice cream cone with gummy bears on it!!! I had the lil bit of trouble cookies and was blown away.Found out this place is under new ownership recently and I am very impressed with how kind they owners are!We will be back again very soon!!!

Should really be 1 star. Out of got chocolate, out of hot cup sleeves. Drink leaked all over my hand (luckily not too hot), manager sat there and did not attempt to help. This looks like a great place but absolutely horrible experience for just wanting a hot chocolate!

I got a Double Trouble (icing sandwiched between two cookies), and the whole thing was stale and hard! I thought maybe it was just the cookies, so I took it apart and even the icing was so stiff that the icing fell off the cookie in big chunks! And this is supposed to be soft creamy buttercream icing! Let me put it like this, if the icing breaks off the cookie and if you can cut the icing with a knife without ANY frosting sticking to the knife, lol THATS how stale this cookie was! Unfortunately, I had gotten it to-go and had already driven 20miles home, so returning it was out of the question.~I will say this though, I have been here one other time, about 2months ago, and I got a Cookie Lolly (a iced cookie on a lollipop stick), and it was absolutely DELICIOUS! It was a soft, moist cookie, topped with soft creamy buttercream frosting, which is the sole reason why I thought the Double Trouble would be divine. Im thinking maybe this one was just a day old or something, not sure...BUT, for what its worth, the store was clean, service was fast, and the employess were very polite and greeted me with a smile.Overall, Ill probably give Nestle Toll House Cafe another chance someday eventually, but until then, Great American Cookie Company still reigns as champion for me lol.

Usually a place that is easy to get in/out. I have also ordered birthday cookie cakes with good results.
