Great place to go to get basic equipment its not the best stuff but it is the most reasonably priced stuff you can get, a lot of it lasts a long time you just be careful what you select and itll all work out just fine for you, I been buying stuff there forever got a lot of their stuff still sitting around my shop. One thing they have been putting in their store solar products that are worth looking into. Please post a like for me.

Its a very small store which is fine but they didnt have the right paint I needed.The gentleman up front sent me to an aisle that had painting supplies but no paint. Kind of waisted my time. When I found some spray paint it was the wrong kind and I ended up bringing it back and getting a refund. It took them forever to figure out how to get a refund.Next time Im better off just going to home Depot.

Good example of this tool and hardware store chain. Great selection of tools at very competitive prices. Hand tool quality is often quite high; power tool quality can be quite mixed.

Just when you think you found everything they have to offer. Then all of a sudden you find something new and handy.

Good tools for a very reasonable price. The quality is more than good enough for an occasional handyman. Most of my tools are from there. A pro would probably need a more rugged, durable brand. I have been a customer for a couple of decades.

Cant beat a $4 machete to knock down the 6 weeds! Will it last forever? Will I explore the Amazon with it? No, but for 4 bucks, who cares! Well priced stuff that gets the job done.

I go here mainly for gloves, zip ties and super glue. Im very disappointed though as they sent me an email for 20 percent off only to tell me its only for there club members. Anyone else remember the good old days of discounts for the average Joe? Oh well, they lost a sale to online guys instead.

Nice store. Clean & organized. I always leave feeling frustrated. Never a any associates on the sales floor to answer customer questions. Only one register is ever open and the line is long. If you need assistance your only option is to stand in line. This is the 2nd time in recent weeks that I left empty handed. I wont be returning.

10/5 Stars for customer service! I came in today to replace an item that I had bought a warrenty on, only to find that there was no record of it in the system. I though I was going to be out of luck, but the manager Alan and the cashier Nolie (sorry if I spelled your names wrong!) were able to exchange the product for me anyway. There was no obligation to do this, so I am grateful and impressed with the level of customer service I received.I 100% recommend Harbor Freight, and their protection plans!!

Got what I need for way less than what the local auto store wants for the same items. I save over $150.00 bucks by coming over to Harbor Freight, and Im glad I did. I also buy whatever I need in tools, good place, good prices, and I like the customer service.

This is a great Harbor Freight tools! Staff was very helpful! Had everything in stock. Harbor freight is a DIYer tool destination, I bought one of their inexpensive cordless drills 4years ago and going strong its not doing a deck but my work around the house is no problem for 19$. I have some other heavy duty stuff like the jack hammer and post hole auger and they are great tools at reasonable prices.

Gotta love the prices and that they stand by their products and warranty.

If you need cheap tools this is the place. All are cheap in price but some are cheap in quality.

This is always a very clean and friendly place to shop for quality products. There is always plenty of space to shop and keep social distance.

Went in to shop for trailersand my wife and I were told that they are out of stock and they have no idea when they are getting more. They said it would be quite a awhile and they could not do an online site to store pickup order which was weird since he did not look up or call about any inventory any other store might have. The whole thing felt awkward truthfully.

Usually a great place. Maria the supervisor seriously lacks in customer service. Barking orders at the customers (not just us but multiple customers inside) and was extremely impatient about handing us the bag while my husband was trying to put his wallet away.

This store is freaking awesome, 2 whole dollars for a fine file set, this is honest tools for honest pricing, not like anywhere else you go nowdays.

This is the place to go if you need tools at a fairly cheap price. Store and restroom are clean and the place is well lit. Staff are friendly but stay out of your way until asked. For now, they dont enforce the mask recommendation, so there is a chance that someone will be breathing on you. For this reason, I give them 4 instead of 5 stars

I love Harbor Freight and shop at the one in Longmont all the time but was in Castle Rock. This store was clean and organized. I asked an employee where I could find magnets and he took me right to them. I needed ones with the hooks to organize measuring spoons and cups on the side of my refrigerator. The display was empty so I asked if they had more somewhere else. The employee (I wish I had caught his name) went to the stock room and brought out exactly what I needed. I bought 4 packs at 3.99 each and 6 packs of their Craft Magnet Blocks at .99 each. My total should have been 20.00 + but I was charged quite a bit more. I saw the cashier count each type of item but I didnt really watch him closely enough. I was tired and preoccupied paid it and left.Now I have to return to the store for an adjustment. Not a good way to treat your customers Harbor Freight Highland Ranch.

I bought for Dayton self loading dollys and storage rack they are the only ones that had for. Thay work great. Very happy.

Fortunately, they also dont give the 60% to 75% of the shoppers a hassle about refusing to take part in the unscientific, wear-a-mask, nonsense.Glad to see the DIY, prepped and generally more knowledgeable clientele not fall for the compliance lies & propaganda.

Well this particular store was fully stocked, Aurora store is always half empty.

Inexpensive tools and such if you arent a professional or a solid DIY type of person.They could improve the organization of the store though. They have stuff scattered all over the play switch can make finding what you want an adventure.

LOVE this location. Clean, bright, well stocked, helpful staff, and right in the middle of Highlands Ranch. The bargains here are too good to pass up. And Im very thankful that they added this location and saved me a 30 minute drive to the other side of Denver. Be sure to search online for a Harbor Freight coupon before checking out!

Pretty good place to get tools and power equipment for really cheap. Staff is helpful but could be a bit more attentive in customer service.

Now that they offer a lifetime warranty on all hand tools I dont mind buying here as much. However if its not a hand too then beware, especially with electrical items which can be spotty quality.

Good tools for the price

Been there 3 times and they have been out of stock on all 3 key items I went to buy, even though the items were supposedly available per the website, and there were pickup tags still in place. Quite a waste of time

This place is kind of like Toys R Us for adults who like tools. Very clean and well maintained and the prices are unbeatable. Ill never buy a tool from the giant stores again.
