Came from Annapolis Maryland to pick up some shoes.... The staff was very very polite one guy with the long dreads was super helpful cant recall his name🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏿‍♂️ but Chris at the register was very polite...💯👌 you all should teach your other stores how to be polite specially in Annapolis Maryland because that store has no type of friendliness...

Fresh urban styles when it comes to clothes, caps, jackets and especially the sneakers. Staff are very relaxed and can assist u in matching your hoodies, sweats, Jeans, t-shirts. Jordans, timbers Adidas, uggs they got it.

I didnt consider me being the one downtown but the one I was at was really nice Dad a good selection of shoes socks casual shoes that got the works in there its a good place yes Ive recommended

I purchased a pair of Nikes that was the wrong size and when went in and exchanged them the first time they just simply exchanged it with my receipt. But I noticed that I didn’t have the receipt in my bag when I got home but I ain’t think nothing of it bc I didn’t plan on returning them again. I went in a 2nd now to get my money back but without a receipt they were able to look me up in the computer and locate the receipt I signed off on during the first exchange. Paula with her gorgeous self had no problems with going through the system and doing the return. Most locations have people that don’t care... in my opinion probably wouldn’t go through the steps to get a customer their money back but I’m satisfied and will continue shopping there!!!!

Worst customer service. 1 girl was very nice and the other 2 looked like they wanted to fight my daughter, and kept making noises to annoy us im guessing

They had a great selection of shoes for toddlers and kids. Mine needed all black b/c of school rules and they had multiple shoes to pick from.
