I can find clothes for my grandchildren for school even though they sold out of the beige khakis they need some more of these in the future please stop more I know theres a lot of different companies use the same color pants

Forman Mills is, always, ALWAYS busy. Lines were really, really long. Had to leave and come back, it was still busy, and when I came back the line were still long.

Its a fun place to find deals.

I really enjoy shopping at this location, there’s a wide variety of clothing for everyone, male/female... boys and girls and a wide assortment of household goods at very reasonable prices. A must try for anyone on a budget.

5 out of 5 ...The whole entire store was clean and well organized. The staff was very pleasant. Bargains ! Bargains ! Ill be going back for some more items.

Great experience this time shopping at forman Mills. Went to all the ones in my area but one. Plan to go there very soon. Found some great summer outfits at all the stores that I visited.

Its ok I wish they bring back most of there creative designers to Forman mills

Forman Mills is a good store lots to choose from for all areas in my home.

It was nicer than I expected.The prices are reasonable given that I was there for school uniforms.The bathrooms were gross though. I dont know if it was just aging or filth from not being properly cleaned. So my advice is to go before you go in there.

My hood store with the savings. The only thing that needs to improve is the employees attitudes. I hope that isnt a result of poor pay? Give the employees a little insensitive to boost moral.

I go here mainly because its close to my house. They do have a great selection of clothing for my son I give them that. HOWEVER, the management and the employees especially need to go through a rigorous training course. It seems like they hire just anybody. There always seem to be only 1 or 2 registers open, even when its extremely busy. Furthermore, some of the employees seem to hide in the back and look at you like dont ask me anything! Dont get me wrong, Im all for people making money to earn a living, but management has to make better hiring decisions. If they hire more professional people, this location will be just fine.P.S. I cant wait for the Forestville location to open!

It is a terrible store with terrible management you can find good things in there but itll come undone or the shrink and tear up in the dryer or the washing machine dont ever go here trying to get higher here its a mess they dont return no calls they lied to you and tell you that positions are open when theyre not then the managers are rude its just all around terrible situation at that store and it needs to change

I love my spot great place to shop when you want something quick but nice to wear and don’t want to spend a lot of money and they got big and tall area for a big man like me so that’s a plus too.

Prices are reasonable and customer service was good.

Amazing place to shop for kids. Spent 20 dollars and got 4 pairs of shoes for my daughter for school. Good place for back to school/kids clothing. Its hard to find the clearance sometimes but once you do start racking up stuff because people are like birds fr. Be watchful of product quality (rips, stains, tears, missing items) sometimes a shirt or pair of pants looks cute until you notice its missing all the buttons or a whole sleeve lol. I used to go to the one over near Eastover but this one is WAAY BETTER & BIGGER. Other then that happy shopping we will definitely be going back.

This place has lots of variety. Some things i would by some i would not. It can be a hit or miss. Just have to go in and see what you can find. No matter what you find it will be very affordable.

Remodeled and great bargains. The store is easy to navigate with checkouts up front.

This store always seems extremely congested and unorganized. I try to understand its a discount store, therefore I need to bring my patience upon entering. Cashiers are polite but forget finding someone to assist on the floor. I am also still a bit bothered over the news report from 2017 when they showed the mice running around the customers feet, because the area where you line up is a very tight space. Furthermore I dont want to bring anything home with my purchase thats expecting me to feed it. But in all honesty I have never seen a mice while visiting the Marlow Heights store, which is the only Forman Mills Ive shopped. No mice sightings, thank you Jesus.

Horrible and extremely GHETTO. The staff needs to be retrained or take weekly courses for customer service training. This location is the closest to my home, but Im more than willing to shop some where else. I went to the Rhode Island location and the staff were helpful and friendly. If you dont want to deal with the unprofessionalism of this location, I will strongly advise you to shop some where else.

Love Forman Mills got good style for good prices, dont sleep on them. Store is much better since they remodel.

Ladies at door would not allow us to come in store without checking our bags or my daughters stroller.

I love how theyve upgraded their system and the store looks better. Also surprisingly the cashiers they have now are very professional.

One of the most horrible customer service experiences Ive had. ALL the staff members I encountered were not helpful and had a HUGE attitude problem. They were all too busy being loud and obnoxious instead of helping customers. The few times I did interact with them they were rude and mean. They close the fitting room early just so they could have more time to chat with each other and be disruptive. Not to mention the clientele it attracts are just as rude as its employees. So if you dont want to risk getting into any fights, Id recommend you avoid this area.
