The shoppette is great. I always come here for gas and any little snacks I may want. However, I noticed they stopped selling the chicken and rice burrito for some reason but still have the other ones (which are not that good). I go there before work to get breakfast and drinks, but for the past few months they have stop selling that burrito and its been quite annoying wasting my time going there every morning just for them not to have it. And in the mornings the line is always long. So get there early if you’re trying to be in and out.

1) Hours posted online are wrong. 2) they USED to close at 10.... which I miss. 3) they close at 9 but they stop accepting cash at some point in the night. A customer behind me wanted to make a purchase at 8:40 and they wouldnt let him use cash. Customer said he didnt have a card on him but they said it was too late/close to closing. 4) inconsistent stock of items

Hours are inaccurate at the best of times, if im working night shift and i see the hours posted are that it closes at 10 p.m and i go there and its closed already at 8:50 - 9:00 p.m It honestly is just better to go off base and support your local 7 11, at least theyre reliable.

I used to enjoy going to this shop but it appears there have been some changes in some of the management and staff. I went to simply purchase a pack of wine coolers and I just grabbed the first pack in the refrigerated section and proceeded to the register to checkout. There was a mixture of light and dark blue in the pack so I figured that’s how it was supposed to be. Many of the packs were like that. One of the people in management position ( asian in appearance with a bawled head; you can’t miss him) accused me of mixing up the wine in the fridge and told me to go put it back and get another. I grabbed the next available one in the fridge which was also mixed because as I stated many were like that and he said you did it again. He walked back there and saw for himself the wine was mixed up in the fridge and didn’t even take a second to apologize to me. He is very rude and thinks he can talk to people any type of way because of his position. I’m used to this because it’s like that with some of the rank structure in the military. However, he and many of the staff need to be trained on professionalism and customer service. As some of the other staff proceeded to laugh with him and talk about me while I was still in the store and I had done nothing wrong. I thought of fussing him out but the Christian in me would not allow me. This is a very convenient way to get items you need or for an adult to purchase alcohol after a long work week but many items are unorganized (not just wine) and customers shouldn’t take the blame. Hopefully they get some customer service training and organize the shop. It’s a nicely renovated store with various upgrades both in and outside but the employees need to maintain professionalism.

This place is a great value for service members. I use it every time Im in the area.

Not a fan of their customer service skills. Only a few good people that arent rude, or actually try to help. The manager has an attitude problem 😡. Good store, need better people.

Great friendly staff. They have outstanding customer services . out of all the markets this one has great wine selections and cheaper liquor.

Id give it a five, but I need my coffee dependably hot and my French vanilla well stocked. Also, i like my amp energy drinks in the green can, not the gazillion choices of monster or red bull. They have good friendly people though so thats pretty cool. Im now waiting till it opens to go get some eggs, milk and bread but you dont need to read this part.
