I can only give it one star because. I wouldnt be able to comment. But this has to be the worst Pharmacy in the WORLD. With the amount of money makes from the Pharmacy alone no one should ever have to wait in line for more than hour. Never have prescriptions waiting. As a sick person, no one should have to suffer the sever wait. CVS pharmacy does not care about customers. They need to build another one or get more staff. A person could die waiting on this pharmacy.

The customer service and professionalism here is straight flaming hot garbage!! Nobody answers the phone and if you are trying to call the pharmacy, good luck. You will be on hold for about 15-20 minutes just to get hung up on. This place needs a SERIOUS overhaul in management or just be shut down period. Theyre trash

This place has the worst pharmacy ever!!! The lines are long, the waits are forever. On the phone they tell you one thing, it’s the complete opposite when you get there. The staff is unprofessional. They rarely answer the phone! The drive thru is never available. This location deserves no stars!!!

Pharmacy review mostly but the service is lacking also.By far the worst Pharmacy experience I have ever had. Extremely thankful that I was picking up prescription vitamins and not something more important. About three months ago my dr sent in a prescription for me electronically. I picked them up and it was only 4 once a week pills. My husband who is in the same treatment had like 20 pills. I don’t think nothing of it. When I go in for a refill a two weeks later apparently the truck hadn’t come and they weren’t available. Did that 2 more times and nothing. Now I have forgotten that I am on meds and it’s time for my 3 month check-up. Finally I go back and this time I am told I can speak to someone at another desk (I was never given this option before) the woman clicks twice and tells me to come back in an hour.I go in for my three month check-up with my Dr and I ask my if I can get a longer prescription. She shakes her head and turns her screen to show me that my original prescription was for 3 months and should have been 12 pills like my husbands. The pharmacy took it upon them selves to CHANGE the prescription but still didn’t have the inventory to keep up or communicate with me what has happened. This wasn’t the 1st or second bad pharmacy experience I had with them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS especially if you have important medication to take.

I was forced to use CVS by my insurance company, If it wasn’t for that I will still be at the Giant pharmacy up the street. Pharmacist and staff at Giant pharmacy how much more professional than the ones at CVS. I agree with all the negative reviews about not answering the phones and the drive-thru. This pharmacy is not serving the community and should be overhaul or shut down.

This store is complete garbage I made a purchase I went to the manager she told me she looked for it. the lady at the register said she looked for it I explained to them that I bought it yesterday but it was not in my car when I got home. I went back into the store after leaving because they also forgot to give me my coupon back just to find out that they did have it, it was mark paid the day that I said that I bought it. The manager didnt even apologize. If you want ghetto this is a store for you

I am a nurse from a doctors office. The pharmacy voice mail is always full so you can not call in an Rx. Then if you try to hold on to order an Rx directly with the pharmacist, they either leave you on hold for more then an hour or hang up on you. This has to be the WORST PHARMACY in the state of Maryland. I put in a prescription at 12:30 and was told it would take a couple of hours. No problemHowever, I come back at 6:30 and am told that I still have to wait another 15 minutes. Unbelievable.

Unprofessional. I have an issue EVERY time I go there. Im done. Cant give zero stars which they deserve! Wait in the drive in line for 45 mins and told the meds I put in 3 days ago isnt ready and to come back in an hour +! Called to complain. On the phone waiting for over an hour. Still no answer. Im done with them changing pharmacies ASAP.

The worest CVS ! Staff is full of altitude, you will call for your prescription refill and they will tell you 2 hours, you go there after 4 hours and when you go, that’s when they start to process it and will tell you to wait another 30-40 mint !I went to pick up my prescription, one of the tech told me it’s not covered by insurance with out even checking, likely I get that prescription refill monthly and I know for sure it’s covered, other tech came and had to tel her it’s covered. She didn’t apologize, she just walked away with altitude and start talking about me with the pharmacist loudly ! Very unprofessional. I will be switching my pharmacy of choice to other locations. Like I said, this is not my first bad experience with this place ! Smh

During my visit at CVS pharmacy, I was not being treated nicely as a customer. I inquire about a prescription was to be scanned or faxed over to another pharmacy because of the price. I called wal-mart pharmacy and was told by them they called cvs two days including this morning and no one answer the phone. I know they wasnt lying because Ive called, no one answer the phone. Ive waited 45 minutes and I wasnt going to leave til they do. Mitchell needs to not get smart with me when I asked her question for the number of the head person of the pharmacy. As far as Im concerned, theyre very unprofessional.

I don’t like writing negative reviews but I got time today. They NEVER answer the phone so don’t even bother calling. Literally. When i finally got to the window I waited an extra 30 minutes or more. You will be in the drive through line for literally over an hour even if there are just 3 cars in front of you. I came to get a covid test since I was around someone positive. The lady started giving me instructions on what to do and after I opened my swab she WALKED AWAY without continuing the instructions. She came back a 2 minutes later apologizing smh. I just wouldn’t even bother coming here. The negative reviews are 100% facts and I doubt there’s any getting around the bad customer service. MAYBE if you come when they first open.

I agree with Anthony. This CVS is reflective of the neglect in the neighborhood. Prescriptions are piled up all over the place, service is poor, wait times are long, staff demeanor is less than customer friendly. I once stay on hold for an hour, I was told I was the next customer and when the person came back to the phone I was disconnected. Once I was told my medication had to be ordered, when I informed them that the medication was supposed to ordered the prior week, miraculously my prescription was available. The drive thru is horrible, they leave you sitting with no communication, looking at a dirty filthy window. This is the anti Consumer Value Store.

I am so annoyed why do I have to call 2-3 times due to long wait times each time. You mean to tell me that NO 1 could pick up the phone even to say hold a minute because they are soooooooooo busy… I don’t know how I forgot to tell my doctor not to send my prescription here!!!!!!!!!

Clean, well organized, efficient amongst other things. There is parking near the entrance for individuals in wheelchairs and a cut away ramp thing in the curb right near the entrance. The pharmacy is really well run in my opinion and I appreciate their professionalism. I found this new hand soap at this store and it smells SO GOOD! I want to use it for everything....but I dont because its hand soap... It seems to dry my hands a little bit but thats what a lotion or whatever you prefer is for right?

Shameful display of customer service. Upon going to the pharmacy drive thru I waited over an hour and a half with two cars still in front me. After attempting to call and being on hold for about 30 minutes I went inside only to see three people ignoring the phone in the pharmacy. To make my experience worse than it already was the store manager proceeded to lie and make excuses, rather than taking any accountability or make an effort to improve the service. Im not sure if the poor management is due to pure incompetence or just a complete disregard for the store and its customers. Nonetheless neither is acceptable for any business unless you are deliberately trying to put yourself out of one. In summation the service at this CVS pharmacy is unequivocally deplorable and needs to be addressed promptly.

Jelyssa or w.e her name is, is rude. Inconsiderate and doesnt know how to communicate with people or just clearly doesnt want to. I came in for a prescription. She came out with it then I try to hand her a CVS Persceiption card. She stares at my hand and asks me what is that. I told her what it was. Then she asked me if it was a Prescription discount card or an insurance card. Then I told her again that it was a CVS prescription card, so she finally takes it. Gives it to the pharmacist and tells me to sit and hell call me when its ready so now Im like wth? So I sit, wait, get up and ask another girl what Im waiting for. Shorty was wearing a leopard print face mask and a matching coat. Then she tells me she doesnt work back there she works at the front. Finally Veronica comes n tells me whats going on. Theyre just unprofessional Im sorry. We all young women and they acting beyond ratchet at work. Like where.

This CVS deserves - stars. They consistently make medication errors. My family member has a comprimized immune system so we like to use the drivethru. However, we are forced to have to go inside so that they can count the pills now because they consistently short us on pills. This month we were shorted 46 pills of one prescribtion and 7 pills on another. A few months ago we were short by 19 pills. My family member often waits to come home to count because they dont have the energy to go back and forth with the pharmacist and dont want to have to risk exposure by being in the pharmacy when they have a comprimised immune system. I cant imagine how many less capable sick people or seniors are not getting the meds they need.

This review is only for COVID-19 drive thru test. The technician was more professional than the tech at another CVS drive thru. He actually witnessed me doing the test. However, he didnt seem to care whether I did the test correctly. I barely had the stick in my nostril and he would quickly count to 10. This is not the correct technique for a nasopharyngeal swab (per the diagram in CVS brown bag packet). The swab needs to go straight back towards the earlobe, not up the nostrils. The angle must be correct!Thankfully I watched a lot of NHS videos on how to do it, and when it hurt and some bloody looking stuff came on the tip, I knew I took the sample correctly. He just needs more training, and stop rushing people. Im not an expert on how to do this so why are you speed counting to 10? Otherwise he was a nice guy who answered my questions. I will probably try a different location next time. Im guessing most people are doing this wrong.

There are a lot of ppl who want to work right now. If you dont want to be a cashier, put in self serve, and youll see; theres no need to pay someone who doesnt want to work and its way more convenient for the customer and the business. Im not even going to cater to being new because moving with a sense of urgency when you are working is required to accomplish the end goal: get the customer in and out. All the way disappointed and angry at the youth who even waste their time to apply for a job they dont truly want. And if he needs it, I cant tell.

My mother was very sick and in a lot of pain. The hospital called in a prescription to the Branch Ave CVS. My mother called me at 9:43 PM asking me to pick up her pain medication. I knew it would not be ready because the hospital had just called it in. I called the pharmacist and let him know what was going on and that I was 2 mins away. He told me to come and he would make sure my mothers prescription was ready. I got there and it was :-) No wonder this is my mothers favorite pharmacy. The staff was warm and very friendly, not cold like other pharmacies. People are so fast to leave negative reviews for one reason or another. It is sad that you never hear from these same people when everything is perfect. In some cases I think they just had a bad day. So from my mother, Mrs. Frye and myself I want to say thank you :-)

The pharmacy in the back of the store work like snails. They are very lazy, The pharmacist had put me on hold for a long time on the phone. This is by far the worst pharmacy. My dr called in the prescription. I got notification it was ready. Only one prescription was filled the other on back order. They told me to come back the next day. I come back 2 days later and it’s still on back order and they WILL NOT have it in stock. No one called and I’m glad this wasn’t a life or death prescription. All they do is apologize and take the next customer after you.

Dangerously incompetent. Went in, waited, dropped my Rx off, was told 40 min.; came back after an hour, still not done, waited another 35 minutes, got my Rx. Unfortunately, it wasnt filled correctly. When a doctor says you need something specific and your pharmacist doesnt do his job, there are potentially dangerous results. DO NOT rely on this CVS for medications.

I had a terrible experience that started with this CVS and led me to three CVS stores. I went in to get a passport photo taken but was told the machine was broken. I was sent to another store where I was told the camera had been stolen. They sent me to yet another store that does not do passport photos? Why advertise them if you dont do them? I will find someplace else for my business.

If I could give negative stars I would. This is a SAD excuse for a CVS & I dont even write reviews. Thats how bad it is. The staff is unprofessional throughout the store including the pharmacy. The front staff is too busy running their mouths and flirting with customers. The line is always long no matter what time you come. THE PHARMACY IS A JOKE. They gave my dad the WRONG prescription & almost killed him. I was on hold for an HOUR trying to ask the pharmacist a simple question. I couldnt get the pharmacist (Protus C Ukeomah) on the phone to see if it was ok to take two pills at the same time. Long story short, I ended up in the ER because I couldnt stop vomiting.

This was my first occasion attending this location. I spoke with the young lady, Caucasian with glasses. I asked if I may wait for my prescription, being that my prescriber informed me to start my medications as soon as possible. The young lady stated that I would have to wait an hour. There was almost no one in line or even appearing to be waiting on a RX. However I let her know that I would just return in an hour to get my RX. I was unable to make it back until the following morning before I went to work. I arrived there with 30 mins to spare before having to be at my job that is just 10 mins from the location, to find that my RX was not filled nor was it ready for me to pick up, hadn’t even been counted yet. Cvs as a whole should consider the needs of there customers. It’s really inconsistent service also they don’t give realistic time lines.

I only go here because its closest to my home. But the staff is ghetto. I went in there the other day to pick up prescriptions for my daughter and there were three Africans working at the pharmacy. Two of them were rude and dont know how to talk to people. If you have the time, money and gas to go elsewhere, I would suggest doing that.

I dont think Ive ever, at any other place, had my prescriptions lost as many times as I have here! Their professionalism has improved, and there has been a welcomed change in that area, but its still a lot wrong with this particular CVS.First of all, the music that is played is always club like loud!!! To the point that the speakers are cracking! Why? Its backround music, not Club CVS! The X-Rated lyrics blaring in your broken speakers much louder than the conversations Im having standing in a 8 customer deep line with one person on the register is not professional!!!PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD TURN THE MUSIC DOWN TO AN APPROPRIATE LISTENING LEVEL!!!There is always a line of about 7-10 people picking up their prescriptions! I understand that the busiest times of day are in the afternoons when people get off work, but you (CVS) should know that too! You have 3 registers at the pharmacy, please have all 3 staffed at the appropriate hours! It is so frustrating to stand in a line as a customer with 9 people ahead of you and you only have one register open. Not everyone can come pick up their prescriptions at 9 am on. Wednesday!The trash outside in the parking lot is disgraceful! I wont spend my money in a store that has full trashvans and trash blowing all over the parking lot!The unsafe people, begging for money, standing outside of the parking lot cussing patrons out for not giving them money is not a good way to run a business. Please hire security if you cannot keep the fromt of your store and parking lots safe!Please fix these issues to get to at least an average store. Im not asking for a 5 star CVS.
