My customer service rep was very helpful with putting on my windshield wipers. A+ SERVICE.

They have all your basic auto parts and then some. Check batteries, replace windshield wipers and have a oil tank in the back so you can discard any old oil you might have. Nice store.

Had an amazing experience tonight thanks to Jackson. Of course my windshield wipers break in the middle of the snow storm so I stopped on my way home from work with my 1 year old daughter. I went in and Jackson greeted me as soon as I walked in and asked what he could help with. I told him I needed new wipers, he selected the wipers I needed and offered to install them for me. He came out in the snow to install them and went the extra step to get his own snow scraper out of his car to clear out the snow and ice on my windshield so they new wipers would work the best. I have been in the customer service industry for years and this was an excellent experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!

Spoke to Carlos about a battery issue. Purchased it there less than a year ago. He explained the warranty and gave me a person to ask for when I’m able to make it in on the weekend. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful! I hope the company and other customers appreciate his efforts!

The store hours are incorrect at the store. Apparently they changed them. I placed an online order around 730pm and it said it would be ready in 30min. Came in close to 2 hours later and it was not ready. The guys behind the counter didnt seem too interested in their job. One guy was in the back and when the guy at the front asked to get my order, the guy in the back told him to get it himself. Usually I get a good shopping experience here but not so today. Also when they were getting my battery from the back, one of them said he might need that hopefully they didnt mess this up.

Hopefully I can notice the difference.

I am an older adult and I needed assistance with the check engine light on my Jeep. A very knowledgeable female employee helped me. This employee, Jules, checked the code and also added coolant to the radiator eliminating one of the problems the vehicle was having today. It was so nice to go into a store, be greeted with a smile by someone who knew what she was doing. This store earned my business. Give it a try!

I wish I was correctly informed by Jules that if I needed my battery charged by them I would need to be the one to take out the battery out myself. I brought my car to them about 3 weeks ago and was told that they could charge my My battery and that they would take the battery out and charge it for hour and a half. Maybe I’ll add removing a battery to my list of things to learn/do but on a Sunday afternoon before going to church that’s not the Sunday I have planned for, therefore they did not get my business and Goodyear did.

Had ordered struts online -- hard to find classic = 24 years old -- and accidentally ordered the wrong part (3 out of 4 aint bad!) ... returned it here (local store) for a full refund! No hassles! Would have been five stars if they had had the right part in stock or price-matched with Amazon! Oh well! Still darn good!

I stopped in to consider purchasing a Freon refill device for my vehicle but had some question about the underlying issue of my uncomfortably warm car. An associate at the desk, Nathan, gave me some solid troubleshooting advice that did not lead to a sale but ensured I would be back when the time comes to execute the solution.

I am normally an advocate of Advance but this location houses some fairly incompetent employees. I have been here for 2 days and they have given me wrong brake rotors, brake shoes, messed up two online orders and are extremely unhelpful and un-knowledgeable. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to the next location just to avoid the hassle of dealing with this location ever again!
