After their amazing work on my Ford, get this….THEY CALLED ME THE NEXT DAY to check in on how it was running. Absolutely incredible experience. I am going there for all my needs/fixes in the future. My one tire pressure kept going low and I was looking for a place that could get me in that day to take a look at it. I called Grismer and they said how soon can you get here? and they took my car back right when I got there 20 minutes later. There was a nail in my tire and they were able to remove it and patch it up from the inside to stop the air leak and they also balanced out the pressure and they did all of this while I waited inside; it was quick! Very helpful and great experience!

Brought in a vehicle that needed a thorough look over to assess the state of the vehicle. We asked the store to ensure they replaced the terminals on the battery leads as they were both corroded. Asked to ensure that the vehicle was safe to drive. When I got the car back it popped a check engine light and was told that I was informed there may be further problems and that an engine diagnostic was going to be around 300 more dollars. How can you tell me you did what was asked of you if you were told the car needed a full inspection and you didnt even check the engine? Not to mention the fact that the negative battery terminal was replaced while the positive voltage was left corroded, leading to the death of the brand new battery they charged me for. Will never be back to this location again.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Completed oil & filter change quickly and my vehicle was clean when returned. They gave some recommendations for possible future servicing but there was no hard sell. I always receive great service at this location and that’s why I keep returning.

Had a great experience with the Leap Rd. location. I had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks away but, the car wasnt going to wait. Had a flat tire and called Grismer; they sent a tow service (Ted was a great guy) and had me off to work before they were done loading on the flatbed. Had 4 tires, 2 inner tire rods and an oil change done in less than 4 hours. I even got to use my Firestone CC to pay! I recommend using them for ALL your service needs... they are friendly, courteous and professional. Quality workmanship too!

Easy up book, online or by phone. Confirmation was fast. Car got in on time and took about 40 minutes for oil change, rotation and filter service. Price was less than the big box places charge and sitting area was clean and tidy. Even had wifi easily accessed. Definitely coming back.

The service was friendly, honest, and quick! I went in for a pair of tires, and asked if they could check my alignment. I explained an issue I had for years that no other shop seemed able (or willing) to fix, so I had kind of given up on it. I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, to check a leaky tire, to check a loose panel under the car, and to check the rear defroster. Ive been going to grismer hilliard since 2004 or 5. These guys have been nothing but honest and have done great work. Ive always hated seeing reviews where people are like ebay A++ would go again, but this place is the oasis in a middle of other companies that dont care. Ive been going there almost 20 years (they have the paperwork to prove it) and as long as Im living and working nearby Ill continue to do so. So in summary: A++ would go again.

Purchased Michelin Premier A/S in June of 2020. Already have 2 leakers just 16 months after purchase. Took them in to Grismer to be repaired on Wednesday. Heres the front right one 4 days later.

My Bluetooth wasnt working and I knew exactly what needed done. A fuse needed unplugged and replugged but it was in a very difficult to reach place. Ford wanted to charge me $140 just to look at it!! But I came to Grismer and they not only agreed to help, but Ryan did it for free! It was drizzling out and he kneeled down on wet asphalt to get the darn thing. Even though it was difficult, he was very kind and helpful. Would definitely come here again!!

They were courteous and polite and fast. But I guess the technician could not see that clearly marked under the hood and directly on the fill tube of the crank case what is the type of oil required from the factory for my motor. I immediately noticed a check out that they had filled it with the wrong kind of oil. While still synthetic oil it was not recommended from the factory. So now I will take my truck elsewhere and get another oil change with the proper oil after wasting my $70 at the Grismer in Hilliard. Live and learn.

The price was good for an oil change. Once they pulled my car in it didn’t take very long. I waited for it though and they didn’t pull it in to do the work until about 25 minutes later. But with that time and the time it took to change the oil it was only 45 minutes or so.The waiting area was clean. The customer service people wore a mask when they were speaking with a customer only. The waiting area was pretty far from them so I felt okay

I was able to speak to someone the day before and get things setup for my new tires. When I went in the next day it was all smooth and the car was done ahead of time. They all had on masks and kept their distance which was really nice and respectful. I will be going back for my future tire needs.

DO NOT TRUST FOR ALIGNMENT! Brought my 2017 GMC Acadia there as car was pulling to right. They called to tell me alignment was perfect (zero cross camber) and not the problem and provided me this printout which is 100% inaccurate. Charged me $25 to Check the alignment.Took the car to my trusted shop who provided the second printout (both actual & before measurements were before the shop made adjustments to correct the problem) showing there actually was over 1.5° of cross camber causing the pull.Either the guys at Grismer dont know how to setup an alignment rack or were too lazy to do the work.

Ive always appreciated their honesty. My brand new Jeep had a major crack underneath the motor.... But instead of charging me for a huge repair that was warranty work they showed me let me know and even helped guide me to the correct place to get it fixed no charge.

I brought my car to grismer for a second opinion. The first shop had quoted me $2,900 for the work that needed to be done. Grismers quotes on each line item were less than the other shop. Further I was ready to pay to get all my brakes done because the other shop told me they needed to be done it was urgent. The fellas at grismer told me my brakes were fine and he still had some wear on them and I should get my moneys worth out of them and not replace them. I really really appreciated their honesty especially since it was the holidays when this unexpected repair came about. They also had a very fast turnaround on my repair I had it back in about a day. In the end I spent about 1500..half the other place . Overall extremely knowledgeable staff, friendly, prompt, efficient and a good price. Most of all I appreciate them being honest about what I did and didnt need to have done .
