Lets start here, if theyre in the store, theyre open to help... So even when I showed up slightly before opening I didnt have to sit in the car. Thats A+ service in my book. Great atmosphere, kind service. I was in town on business that was extended through the weekend. Picked up a rental and the whole process was smooth without issues. Even when the tire was flat the next morning pre ride. I took it in for quick repair no problems. They helped me find local trails that made it all for the better.
Cyclical Nature Bicycle Shop is the ABSOLUTE best place to go for all of your biking needs! Bill, Judd, Andrew, and the entire crew have been a tremendous help when we have purchased and needed maintenance on our bikes. This shop has it all-from bike helmets, seats, new/previously-owned bikes, and everything you will need for an awesome biking experience. As a triathlon participant myself, this is where I went to have a true PROFESSIONAL bike fitting. No other place in Northwest or Central Ohio offers the Guru Dynamic Fit Unit and the Retul 3-D Fit System when fitting a bicyclist. The employees are very knowledgeable, and I won’t ever go anywhere else! We even drive 2 hours to get there :)
I can’t say enough good things about Bill, Andrew, Judd, and the rest of the crew at Cyclical Nature Bikes! I am a long time road cyclist who frequented a big name local big shop, but I won’t be going back there because the individualized, friendly service at Cyclical Nature is top notch. I would recommend a bike fitting with Bill to any cyclist wanting to address their form on the bike. The crew also helped me select a gravel bike and has gone above and beyond to answer my questions about bike maintenance. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned cyclist, I would encourage you to give this place a visit!
Very knowledgeable, super cool staff. My first visit to the store was for a bike fitting last week, which I had never done before. Bill was fantastic, gave me a ton of information and put me in the most comfortable position that I’ve ever been in on my road bike, which I had been riding the same way for over three years. Came back to the store a week later because I was having trouble removing my crankset, and they let me in after the store closed and spent an hour helping me remove my crankset. Bill even gave me tips on crankset and chain removal while he was performing the work on my bike. I live out towards Westerville, but will be making the trip to Hilliard for my bike services from here on.
Come all the way from eastside to have them work on my bike(s). Great group of people.
Best local bike shop! Super helpful and knowledgeable about my road biking needs. Plus they stand by their work… 👊🚴♂️
Great service! Relatively new to biking and Bill really took the time to walk me through the whole set up. Given the times (covid), they have a decent selection of bikes on hand. Love the new wheels and will definitely return in the future!
Cyclical Nature has a great service department and has always been there to help me out when I need it, letting me get back in the saddle quickly. Andrew is my go to guy. He is knowledge about bikes and always takes the time to review the service. When I leave Cyclical Nature I am confident that there recommendations and the work they have completed is top quality.
Knowledgeable, helpful, and down to earth people running this place. Grateful to have a reliable bike shop close to home.
Bill and his staff at Cyclical Nature are great! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making sure your bike is well maintained and it fits you and your specific needs. Highly recommended!
Great service. Great staff. Really care about there customers.
Went here looking for a new bike. They were very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices seemed reasonable. I ended up buying elsewhere since I didnt find exactly what I was looking for here, but if youre in the market for a new bike I definitely recommend checking this place out.
My son just purchased his first road bike from Cyclical Nature Bicycles. The experience was great from hello all the way to their thank you for supporting our local bike shop as we rolled out the door. The team there is very knowledgeable, friendly and is operating with your best interest in mind. Very happy with the bike and experience.
Bill is an expert in cycle fitting as well as giving honest opinions about your bike. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
Helpful, explained options well and delivered locally. Will be back for all of our needs.
Bill did a great job upgrading my mountain bike! He found reasonably priced parts that made a real difference to the way the bike handles on the trails. Really appreciate the hard work! Thanks!
Easy, no nonsense dealings. Had our recreational bikes worked on a few times and had a great experience. Highly recommend!
I’ve been going here for a few years now. Bill is very knowledgeable about the bike industry- you get that from talking with him. I bought a new bike online and asked him to assemble it. He said he wasn’t familiar with ventum, but that he had the knowledge to assemble it. He spent 4 hours working on the bike, and charged me a VERY generous rate to do so. Bill takes pride in his work and wants you to enjoy riding. Support your local bike shop, so Bill will be in business for years to come!
Great staff, great bikes, great service. Affordable, efficient, and effective.
Bill and Andrew were FANTASTIC to work with. This shop did me a huge favor by ordering two bikes, worked with me in a fitting, and gave me unparalleled customer service. I live 2 hours away in Cleveland and I can say I look forward to working with Cyclical Nature on any further cycling purchases!
Really cool, knowledgeable staff. Theyre passionate about their business which is perfect for the community.
Love this shop, people are very nice and not snoody like i have experienced elsewhere.
Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly service and reasonable prices. Great experience!
They will help you out as much as they can. They will tell you if the bike is too small for you and you should go buy a new bike instead of getting it repair. A PLUS SERVICE!!!!!!
Do you like people who are really skilled in their craft? I took my triathlon bike to this Hilliard based LBS for a fit. The process using the Retul analysis was amazing! Bill walks you through each step, explaining the process as it unfolds. It was my first time in his shop. It wont be my last. Ive certainly found my go-to LBS for parts, service, and bike fits. If you love cycling, do yourself a favor and give Cyclical Nature Bikes a try.
Not a fan of this place for multiple reasons. Overpriced ($58 for new tube and tighten steering), communication was non existent, dates changed and they had forgotten to put something back on the bike before I picked it up. Days later I had to go in to get it and no one cared or apologized. The front desk guy was nice.
Great Shop! “SHOP LOCAL“ Bill will always go the extra mile for anyone! Clean, Great inventory, Many Extras for customizing!I LOVE MY BIKE with my lime green accessories! 🚲. Thanks Bill.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Getting back into cycling for the purpose of triathlon racing, and I was in much need of a bike fit and new saddle. Chose Cyclical Nature after doing some research. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and professional. Iam very satisfied with my bike fit and new saddle. I cant believe how much more comfortable my long training rides have been. Also, they didnt try to oversell me on something much more expensive when it came to finding the correct saddle, and other accessories I though I may have needed.
Allison, I was in the same time as you were. Andrew was helping you. He was not rude- at all. He kept trying to explain to you that he would get to it asap but that other bikes were in line for repairs, and he would not be able to fix your bike right away. I was about to leave a very positive review, but just saw your negative review. I am left shaking my head. Please remove your negative review. Not fair to the employees or this shop. Nobody was rude to you. I am a witness. Andrew was not rude to the other employees as well. Tell Bill to call me, he has my number, I am happy to come down so you can remember me being there. Your review is not fair to this shop. They bend over backwards to help everyone.
Real friendly. Looking forward to working with them on a new build
Great local bike shop for new bikes, parts, and service/maintenance. Owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Bill and his staff were very responsive in repairing my bike for me in a safe and effective manner! I will recommend them to all my bike friends!
It was all good. Been in several times, they all seem very helpful.
If you are looking for a shop with an owner that cares, knows his business, and is willing to spend time with you then this is the shop to visit.
I was looking to get the right tube for my daughters front tire on a ten speed and I called in advance to see if they would help me. No worries, they were welcoming, dropped what they were working on and fixed the tire, tuned the brakes and shifts all in a matter of minutes and the bill was extremely reasonable. This is a business I will support and tell others about for good reasons. Well done
This place is awesome. I went in for a bike fit and had a great experience. The guys were really easy to talk to and I learned a lot as well as getting a good comfortable bike fit.
Honest good people. Charged too much just to assemble a bike that took less than a hour.
Great job on my tune up and new tires. Thanks for getting bike completed before I went out of town. Completed 32 miles on Sunday. Bike felt great!
Very helpful and fixed the issue with my bike Very quickly
Bill is awesome, helped me get my bike setup for the 100 mile Pelotonia, then again when I got new pedals/shoes.
The owner was extremely rude to the employee that helped me.The employee was very helpful. But,I wouldn’t work for him!!!!
I can’t thank everyone at Cyclical Nature Bicycles enough for fixing my bike in time for Ironman 70.3 Ohio this past weekend.I’d travelled to Ohio from Vancouver to race and had managed to get my seat post clamp stuck in amongst the wiring at the bottom of the frame. I arrived late on Friday afternoon following an anxious 24 hours trying to retrieve it myself and a frustrating experience at another bike shop where the mechanic wasn’t interested in looking at the bike in spite of it being left in his possession for 6 hours.Although the guys at Cyclical Nature Bicycles had customers to attend to and bikes they were servicing, they didn’t hesitate to start work as soon as I handed the frame over and in 5 minutes they had taken the cranks off and dislodged the piece. While it was a fairly routine procedure, it meant everything to me to get the bike usable in time for the weekend. To have my problem addressed as soon as I walked in the door is fantastic customer service and whenever my bike and I are back in the Columbus area, this will be my go-to shop. For anyone else in the area looking for a bike, parts and accessories – start here.
Best bike repair and accessory store in Hilliard ..
Great service and great to find people I can trust with my bike!
I felt a little silly bringing my daughters little 14 inch bike in because it was having some problems, but I had no clue how to fix it myself. They were super friendly and helpful. I have never had to have a bike repaired before, but I was expecting it to cost an arm and a leg and be a huge pain, but $20 and 15 minutes later I was out the door with all the problems fixed. They saved me from having to buy a new bike or trying to have to Google how to fix it myself. I would highly recommend them.
Fast and friendly, my bike feels better than new !
Awesome bicycle store! They fixed my broken spoke and had me riding again the same day! Reasonable prices.
Very honest guys and always looking to help a customer out, rather than simply making a buck. Plan to use these guys whenever necessary.
Knowledgeable and dedicated to helping cyclists be better riders
Update: tried to give them another shot because I wish we had good local bike stores. I asked for a schrader/presta adapter... they gave me two nuts off bike tubes (didnt realize it at the time) and charged me $4. The real adapters I needed were $3 at the Trek store. buy local is only as good as the owners... at this point Ill just keep going to Trek. These guys are a waste of time and money for me. Twice.(Original post)-> Went in to ask about different saddles, they pushed me to try one (a demo) out, took it for a mile came back and they insisted on switching it back out for me when I was done... then at the end decided oh that will be $10 to switch it out.Didnt really want to try it out in the first place, but they insisted. Theyve lost two bike sales and hundreds in accessories since then from me because they were more interested in sneak-attack charging customers for every penny possible.
If I was only allowed a single 5-star review in my lifetime, it would go to Bill and Cyclical Nature. If you own or want to buy a bike - go see Bill!
Great shop if youve already had a bike for a while and are looking to step things up a notch or two. The owner will help you figure out the best bike for you and order it for you, but not a great place if you want to ride a bike first before buying it
Got a bike fitting, very knowledgeable learned a lot from Bill. Only a few people I would trust with my bike and Bill is one of them.
Went to this place after Dicks’ repair informed me I needed to replace the front wheel and would not be able to do it for a couple of weeks. Brought the bike in a was told that a few minor adjustments could be made and saved me a lot of money. They worked on my bike that day even though they were busy with repairs in preparation for Pelotonia . I will be using this shop for my bike repair needs in the future. Support local.
