I needed my derailleur setup and adjustedOn my mountain bike .They were able to get it shifting nice and toll me about a better derailleur extender that would work better than one on my bike. Honestly great people and good serviceIf your here for to see how much they charge, they charge me $20 to install a new cable and adjuston the derailleur. Thats a great price in my opinion.

This place is awesome! I’ve been there twice so far. Once to repair a flat tire and the next time to replace a chain. Both times they took care of it right away for a very reasonable cost.Highly recommended for any biking needs. And if you like cats, their office cat is happy to sit on your lap while you wait. :-)

On a Sunday afternoon I sent them an email through their website contact form thinking I wouldnt hear back anytime soon, if ever. WITHIN AN HOUR the owner of the establishment replied to my email and answered my questions.The next day without an appointment, I dropped my bike off at lunch and they tuned up the brakes, shifters and replaced my rear pads at a very reasonable price. I picked it up after work the same day and everything was running great.The owner and staff were friendly, knowledgeable and the gray cat lounging around was fun to pet while they retrieved my bike. Im sure I had one of the least expensive bikes theyd seen in a while but they treated both it and myself with respect.I hope they stay in business here for a long time.

I recently had my adult trike picked up for an evaluation of it’s condition. I had received it from a friend and it sat for some time in our garage. They were so nice and honest about it’s condition. The rear axle was damaged and it would cost more to repair than it’s value. I so appreciate their honesty. Would recommend.

ZiegenBike is great! I needed my bike looked at after purchasing it online and attempting to build it myself. They were able to pick it up, correct my mistakes and get it back to me in no time. I was nervous they were going to give me a hard time for attempting to build it myself, but they didn’t! They also were able to get me all of the accessories I needed - helmet, bottle cage, tire pump and water bottle - at a reasonable price. Kevin did an amazing job and I highly recommend him and ZiegenBike for any of your bike needs.
