I stopped by for a chore and had to wait for a few minutes. The waiting time was passed by watching how happy and pleasant the young man working on Saturday made the people he was helping. Nice change of scenery thank you for providing their is still nice people in the world

Had 2 loads of 3way garden mix delivered early spring, great quality. Ordered 2 load of 3/4 minus gravel the quality was very poor. Over 40% of the rock was over 3/4 inch in size, with some being 2-3 inches. There were very little fines or dust material which is necessary for compaction. Spoke to owner who admitted the quality was poor blaming his supplier.Ordered another 2 loads of 3way garden mix. Cancelled the 2nd load. The mix has fresh wood chip through out. Not little pieces either, sticks the size of my little finger 5-6 inches long.I always try to support small local business. In the future I will look for landscape materials elsewhere. It seems there are issues with product quality and conformity. Also, I now have to clean the oil from my drive that the delivery truck dropped. I’ve got multiple spots of oil the size of my hand up and down the drive separated by tiny droplets between.Lower prices meant lower quality in this case.

They were fast to load our trailer with nice bark dust. The person loading was very impressive. They even had a rake that we could use to level the bark dust in our trailer.

Weve used Schlegel twice for river rock and couldnt be happier with how things were handled. For our latest purchase, we walked in at 10 AM on a Saturday, ordered 2 cubic yards of river rock and had it delivered within an hour! The delivery man even dumped our rock in a few piles so it was easier for us to spread out. They are very professional, friendly, and their prices are very reasonable. Cannot recommend these guys enough.

Picked up a moving truck first thing in the morning. Fast and friendly got me on the road to get the move done.

I visited them twice in the past week. They had exactly what I needed, mulch and some pebble rock and the folks who work there were very friendly. Their pricing, though isnt listed on the website, their pricing seemed real good, especially on their mulch, which is the bulk of what I needed.

Got some really bad mulch there last year. Started growing a layer of a grass like weed in the fall. Literally peeled off a fibrous root layer of the mulch this spring and still getting weeds.
