What an awesome place, I’m upset we only discovered it now because we’re moving in a month. But they do ship so that’s a plus! The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable and we ended up buying a bag of the Whoa Dude espresso, it is delicious!! They also sell really cool coffee burlap sacks so we bought a few of those too to frame and put up on our walls by our coffee setup. Highly recommend if you want to buy local coffee

I just happened upon this shop and was incredibly impressed with the quality of coffee and chai they served. The owner also seems very enthusiastic about what she does, which is a huge plus.If this shop were within walking distance of my home, Id probably go there every day!

Hands down the best coffee ever!! Transformed even the snobbiest of bean lovers to Elliott & Murray fans for life. I rarely find a dark roast that doesn’t just taste burnt and the Whoa, Dude espresso is soooo smooth (seriously, try it cold brew....) Love the coffee subscription and prompt shipping. If you’re local and can go in for a cup, Keri is just the sweetest and coolest ever. I drove 45 minutes to try and it was worth it!

A fairly new hidden gem in Hillsboro. My coffee was great and the staff was friendly 🙂 They use the Joe coffee app which is super easy for online ordering and sometimes has promo codes!

Incredible coffee roasters! It’s hard to find a decaf with really good flavor and Elliott & Murray’s always hits the spot. On top of that the owners are super knowledgeable and the order I made was at my front door within 24 hours. Truly amazing place!

I absolutely love the coffee blends I get from Elliott & Murrey. We give sample bags to all our clients and they’ve been a big hit. Most recently her Unstoppable blend is perfect for my espresso and eggnog lattes.

Keris in-house roasting in only ONE great reason to check her shop out. She is kind, and makes even the littlest customer like my young daughter feel like her drink is special to her. You can also order bags of beans online if you cant make it to the store, or youre not local. Do yourself a favor and get a bag of Woah Dude.

I have loved Keri’s coffee from the very first time I tried it over a year ago! Ever since then, it is the only coffee and decaf that I buy for my home. I love to give her coffee as gifts too! She is an amazing coffee roaster and I love that now she has a local roasters and cafe right here in Beaverton! Her coffee is roasted with care and the flavors really shine. Im a big fan! I love local coffeehouses and they have a hybrid Cafe/Roastery so you can go order coffee made or pick up freshly roasted beans for home. You can also order their beans and join their coffee club through their website. It feels like there is something for every coffee lover here.

I bought Elliott & Murrey coffee at an event before the Roastary opened, and was thrilled when they decided to open their first place in Hillsboro. My favorite is Sumatra, a deep rich coffee that has a great flavor. The owner Keri always takes the time to freshly grind the whole beans while Im there....and asks me how I make it, making sure the beans are perfect

I got the pleasure of trying out this fantastic coffee when Elliott & Murrey sponsored MOBCON this year! I used my beans to make cold brew and it was flavorful and well caffeinated 😄 I can’t wait to order more! Highly recommended.

Elliott & Murrey coffee is amazing!! We almost exclusively drink their coffees at home now. They offer a wide variety of roasts to cater to different coffee preferences. In the dark roasts I love the TTown and Sumatra and for medium roasts I recommend the Cedar Mills and Yukons Gold. Keri puts her heart into her coffee and is intentional about sourcing her beans. Ordering online is easy and always ships fast! Or if you live near Hillsboro, stop by and see her at the cafe and roastery and grab yourself a delicious coffee beverage made with the Yummy Woah Dude Espresso!!

A small, hole in the wall coffee shop new to Hillsboro. Owner was super friendly and I loved my iced caramel macchiato drink. She roasts the coffee beans herself in house. Fabulous customer service and will be bringing my mom here next time
