Staff is the best!! Nintendo switches nowhere to be found around here so I called ahead to say I would come get it for my bf. I really wanted the grey one so we wouldn’t get our switches mixed up. The guy that we spoke to over the phone gave me his purple and green joycons in exchange for the red and blue ones the switch comes with. Him and his coworker (jasmine) that rung me up were mad cool. Def would come back!

I go Into the to to pre-order NBA2K21, which i did. I go back to purchase the game and was told that i could not get the Mamba edition because i did not pre-order that edition. I was never advised that there were different versions of the game when i pre-ordered the game until i came to purchase it. Poor service at hilliside location. They lost me as a customer. I called another location and was able to get the game that my son wanted.

Xbox launch only 1 xbox for non pre orders. Sales rep just comes out to front of store to say we sold out already. He Doesn’t know how to give an explanation or even tell us when they get more inventory. This was my go to store.

They sell every thing you want from consols to games and even accessories for your controller to make your gaming experience better. The cashiers are always nice and welcome you in. This place is great. = fish

GameStop, if youve been in one youve practically been in them all.This one however does however have a couple of advantages as far as games go for hobbyists. This one has some often overlooked titles that are usually snatched up in city based GameStop. Hillside is a bit more rural, so you can pretty much get that old title that may not be at another GameStop normally.Of course you can also order it online, but you arent guranteed the original packaging uf you do that, hence some game collectors may want to pass by this one before the company starts closing stores down as rumored.

Used to be a good location but service has gone really downhill in recent times, Staff never answers their phone, they seem to be out of stock on a lot of things, and as noted by others, seem to have attitudes about everything recently. If you don’t want to work, just quit. Millions are out of work and would be glad to take your spot.

Bought a new console and was told military discounts do not apply to them but good otherwise!

This place is unprofessional being that they don’t open at 12pm like they promote. It’s crazy how on here they say it’s open but I’m right outside and they definitely close

Theyve got the greatest staff at this location... Ive been here several times...theyre very attentive ..... I do my due diligence and call ahead whenever Im looking for something specific... even on the phone theyre a great help...the staff here are on point...

Great customer service

I have actually never had a good gamestop experience so I was already mentally prepared for a bad experience. Well It was just the opposite there was no crowd, no disorganized line. I was greeted when I walked into the door was asked if I needed any help immediately found what I needed. Cashiers were friendly. Definitely would go back to this location.

I keep my games in great condition I took my PS3 in which Ive been using earlier the dumb ass behind the counter Andy was using the controller so damn hard he couldnt get the analog to work anymore. I then took my other games in and he gives me an attitude Im just going to start going to different stores if this is how GameStop treats its coustomer

I went to this place a lot of times and I love it! I find everything I want and with pre owned games there was never a problem.
