LOL....So after having an issue with trying to get a new phone, I asked for the manager to come out and speak with me about it. So when she came out, No Good day, Welcome to T-Mobile, My name is Blah, Blah, Blah,...How may I help you Sir?Instead, she came out with an attitude like I was bothering her, ready to fight and asked.... WHATS THE PROBLEM???NO CLASS, NO TACT AND DEFINITELY NOT MANAGER MATERIAL
Worst experience Ive ever had.Came into the store this past Sunday (23 May 2021) and tried to buy a Smart watch for my dad. The 3 employees in there were extremely unprofessional and rude. The young boy who was working was the worst one and actually attempted to intimidate me and postured up as if to fight me on 2 different occasions. When he wasnt being aggressive with me and my family he was yelling at customers through the door and flirting and hugging the other associate working in the store. Corporate needs to reevaluate this store and the employees working that day, it is unsafe for their customers.
This was a nice trip. We needed a phones with good memory. The store provided just what we needed with ease.Im quite satisfied with the product I picked up. Let them know what you are looking for and theyll find the right phone for you.

This has to be the SLOWEST T-Mobile store in Jersey!! I honest watched 3 customers leave, and shockingly they didn’t even try to stop them. It’s 2 workers here and they don’t seem to know what there doing, moreover, customer service SUCKS!!

This Place has made a tremendous improvement. You can go in hungry and eat before you shop. Not big on sale items and a little pricey.

I have been with Tmobile for over 14 years and honestly this is the rudest staff Ive ever dealt with. Absolutely 0 customer service skills. Came in to trade in my galaxy s7 edge for the s10. My phone has imperfections without a doubt, and i understand that it wasnt eligible to be traded but they made me feel like my business was not wanted. They offered no alternatives or solutions to my problem, just let me leave unsatisfied. What type of branch allows this?! On top of this, as i walked out, the rep who had spoken to me began to speak to her coworker about the situation. How about you use that energy to make sure your customer walks away satisfied next time...

Hillside T-mobile is T-errible, unknowledgable of T-Mobile policies. Went to the one in jersey gardens instead and had 0 issues. Stay away.

I went to the store with my parents, my parents and i bought new phones, five phones to be exact .the employees were unprofessional, playing around as if they didnt want to go get the phones and still completely gave us the wrong type of phones, forgot to put my iphone in the bag and wrong us for the wrong phone . Today I went and thankfully there was a totally different group of staff . Alex did an incredible job trying to fix the mistake and helped me, he did everything in his power to help . I would say train the employees in customer service
