Ive never sent my truck for repairs here cause I do all my own work, but they are very helpful and always stock the parts I need and are good about ordering whatever they dont have in stock.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I GUESS IM NOT A LOCAL WITH A GIANT SHINY TRUCK. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK SINCE I HAD MY VEHICLE INSPECTED AND STILL NO QUOTE! THEY ATE MY $60 FOR NOTHING AND WHEN I CALLED THE WOMAN WHO WAS SUPPOSED TO GET ME MY QUOTE SHE SAID THE BOSS WILL CALL ME WHEN HE GETS IN. I came in to have my Honda Pilot lifted cargo suspension serviced but first wanted an inspection and a quote. The last custom suspension place i went to gave me free inspection and diagnostics. They charged me $60 for an hour of inspection, whatever. THEN DID NOTHING BUT PRINT ME AN INVOICE. DIDNT EVEN CALL ME.

The moderator of the Top Notch Instagram account was extremely unprofessional and rude after I made a comment on a picture for an account that was not even theirs. My comment was 4Runner is nice, that wheel and tire combo on that Tundra ruins it. The moderator of the account replied to myself and another user using the words you b*tch, c*ck cruncher, and saying suck a d*ck. Extremely unprofessional for no reason, I wouldnt want to take my truck to a place that operates in this manner. I will attempt to add the screenshots of the conversation.

Jay took the time for quote me on a new 6 procomp lift with 20x10 on 33s for my 2 month old chevy silverado custom. He explained that as a certified lift shop, the lift manufacturers will warranty what the truck dealers wont after the lift is installed. Super clean shop. Friendly staff. I put my deposit down that day. 3 weeks from now my truck will be lifted. So for all u braddahs out there with brand new truck and worried about the warranty, no stress. Go see da braddahs from Top Notch!

I agree with Matthew Barnes. Very rude and unprofessional on Instagram. I answered a commenters question in an area that I have extensive knowledge and experience in and the moderator got all defensive with an I know more than you attitude and was making cocky and arrogant remarks.
