Not sure if i went into the store or just visited it online i forget but i think i was looking for Hawaiian language books and they didnt have any, but i did find the right books from somewhere else on campus at hale kuamoo across from hale ikena housing on the left side behind the UH Hilo agricultural building Room 17 or 18.

Neat little bookstore! One of the best places to get your school gear. The bookstore manager brings in a lot of custom UH Hilo branded aloha wear (aloha shirts) that are exclusive to the store. There is a cafeteria connected to the bookstore that is open to the public. The only issue is that you have to pay for parking ($3 at the time of this review) during school hours.

Dear students and parents br careful renting books here they have a scam in place. A game of duck duck goose where if you are the last renter you pay dearly. They threatened me with fines if I didnt pay up immediately. I ended up paying over a hundred dollars for a used book that I could of bought new on Amazon 39 dollars. Dont do it!

Stood in line more than 15 minutes. Cashier waves me over. I needed to rent 1 book, buy another. She says she doesnt do rentals, wait for another cashier. So I have to stand and wait another 5 minutes.Yesterday, they didnt have the Econ 360 textbook in stock (required for a class they offer). Today, I call and inquire. I ask when its expected, they say none on order. I ask what are my options; they say either pay them $15 for a special order on a required book they should provide for a class they offer, but dont have enough of...or, try buy it online. Thanks, I didnt buy anything.

This is a cute bookstore with a lot of regalia and necessary textbooks; I just graduated from here!

We stopped in just to check out the University. Its a nice big store and friendly workers.

Nice staff, got everything you need but feels az if it lacks a bookstore feel, needs some comfort feels as if though there is something missing...

It has pretty much all the things you need to find in a campus book store though they are a little pricey. Staff are bit laid back even on busy hours.

There are many cute college goods.There are various items from accessories to clothes.The notebook with the University Hiro logo is very cute.This time, I bought a large bag of sweat cloth, so I purchased it.I am looking forward to the new work every time.
