Doray was very kind and helped guide me to getting exactly what I needed for my speaker set up. High end sound and bass, I would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely be using their services again. Quick Overnight installation so I was ready to go the very next day. Overall the experience was laid back and she explained the components and all my questions were answered thoroughly.

Great customer service and clean install. The owner/manager was intellegent and well informed about the merchandise she had in stock. Ive done installs myself and i know the specifics of a good audio install.The car sounded great when i picked it up. I went home and i double checked everything from the power wire & fuse holder to the amp ground wire placement then i decided to leave this review. Everything was top notch. Im very pleased.

Didnt say anything about a no return policy, tried to return amp 1 hour after bought um, unopened and they tell me no can get no return policy. They said they going call me back, no call back and now stey ignoring my calls. No aloha there, go Car Stero Specialist or Audio Innovations they helped me out plenty of times. First and last time I ever going down there, no recommend them for anything, now stey stuck with one $300 paper weight I cant use.

I had problems with my viper alarm after installation.I called dorae and told her about the problem and she said to bring it right back to check.Before I brought it back in I checked it myself and found it to be a worn out door lock actuator,not their mistake.Advance car audio provides excellent customer serve.

Dorae went out of her way to get the necessary parts to install my new stereo. She was so accommodating and even offered to drive me home while waiting to have stereo installed. Very pleasant experience.

Great place. I had trouble installing my reverse camera so I called them in the morning, stopped by in the afternoon, took a walk while I waited. Dorae called me a couple hours later and came by to pick me up.

Well its monday i pull up to the place at 9:30 and no ones there doors locked, listings says open 9am.I thought these guys were ADVANCED lolI called from 10am-11am at least 25 calls and there so advanced they have no answering machine.Well someone else would love to make money if you guys dont even wanna pick up the phone
