It’s amazing to see workers at such a slow pace. Checking out will take exponentially longer than any other facility on the island. The level of incompetence is very high.

Not adequately staffed for day shoppers. 2 checkout stands in operation while customers backed up to 6 per line.The day managers, Scott, blames its due to budget. He is clearly not trained to be a manager or he lacks training.Longs Drug should review stores periodically with a focus on customer service.
They always have a good selection of items to choose from. Good prices get even better using your Extra Care card.

You better be reddy to wait a long time it took them 3 hours to dispense 10 pills I did not know they first started counting one 💊 every 15 min then one every half hour later on

We are in Longs Puainako every week. The staff is very helpful & friendly...especially Imelda & Aurie. Imelda is always helpful especially if we have a question, looking for an item or just a welcoming smileWe recently had to purchase helium for 30 balloons & Aurie was so on task for it. With help from Gina who took our order, Aurie got the job done for the day I had to pick up 30 helium filled balloons! Thanks Aurie! And Imelda too.
I want you to be aware that you must check your prescription before you leave the counter. Once you pay for it, if they made a mistake and refilled the wrong prescription then they will not refund you. This happened to me and so I am out $75.00. I know of others that the same thing has happened to them. Make sure you take the bottles out of the bag and check everything before you pay even if you hold up the line. Make sure that you inform your Tutu also. A lesson hard learned by me and it was a shame that they acted blameless and no apology, because it would of made things a little better.
