Everytime I go into the store they are so welcoming and friendly.Ive been to the other smoke shops and theyre preoccupied talking story with the other customers to acknowledge patrons coming in.

Firstvl time I shopped here, more than over a year ago, I had no clue about the difference in their products. The lady behind the counter was so very well informed, she explained how each product worked, as well as reminding me of the health risks, she was just really knowledgeable. I asked her how she learned so much about these vapes, she told me that the owner as well as the employees should be very well informed on items they sell, one reason being so when customers ask a question, they will be able to answer to the best of their knowledge. Friendly, trustworthy people.

Been coming to this shop for several years and the quality of service and selection has only gotten better. Staff treats you like family and Ive never had a problem returning product that has given me problems. Couldnt reccomend a better place to shop or just hang out and talk story.

Wasted $150 and then some in a few weeks. Had the wrong atty sold to me whatever it’s cool I brought up the vape scene up here I get it. But I’m really annoyed about faulty product when those who work there use to be the same customer grilling me about my faulty product. Time to quit vaping! I’ve been doing it since 2009 and I wish I could get my money back no device no matter how expensive ACTUALLY WORKS CORRECTLY.

Been smoking for 10 years at 2-3 packs a day. Went in there today, never trying vape and could not be happier. Customer service was great. They made sure i got the right mod and juice for me, not the most expensive they could sell me. Very pleased with my visit. I will be back!!

Im from CO and was worried I wouldnt find a good place for liquid when I came out here. Vapor Bar is better than even my local shops. Super knowledgeable staff and friendly atmosphere. Highly suggest this place.

Best place to go if you vape.

I opted to give them two stars instead of one star only because they provide a lot of diff products. Why kills the variety is the prices for all of their products. A reasonable profit is always expected and welcomed, but when theres an almost 200% increase in price for products that you can get for literally half the price online, then thats when it becomes unacceptable. In short, great variety of products, but horrible and ridiculous prices. What cost $50 anywhere else will run you $100+ at the vapor bar.

My experience made me speechless. I have been treated poorly at most other shops. Also, most shops that sell vape products are severely lacking in all vape related products. The Vapor Bar has everything I have been searching for, from ejuice to coils...well this shop lacks nothing at all. All of the products are affordable for my budget too. The staff was beyond helpful, as well as knowledgeable and kind. I will be returning faithfully and regularly for all my vapeing needs..as well as to just talk story. Mahalo Nui Loa.

Woow this was the best fully stocked bar Ive seen in Hilo. I loved the fact that I can taste any flavor before buying it. The variety of mods and builds was tramendes. I personally got a white k100 with a I go w rda build and drilled for cheap... Thank you vapor bar... Keep vaping stop smoking

I walked in late January looking to purchase a vaporizer and I was pleased to discover a neat, organized storefront full of e-cigs, vaporizers, and mods. The friendly worker over there asked if I was old enough to be in the store, so I presented him with my ID as I am 24 y/o.To my knowledge, this is the only store that will allow you to try vapor before you buy it, so I am going to be very excited for my future visits over there. Also, I think that this store has the best selection of rbas (rebuildable atomizers) out there that has experienced personnel in vaping. IMO its worth it to just go in, check em out, and have a chat or two with them.After a lengthy discussion regarding the complexity and payoff of a modding device, I had decided on purchasing a King mod and GrandVapor rebuildable atomizer combination to steer myself off of cigarettes. I had also scheduled a meeting with their mod specialist to modify my rba/rda to a level of comfort that would help override my current smoking habits.For me, figuring out and experiencing how to rebuild an atomizer is very difficult, but the store workers explained it well-enough to me to steer me in the right direction. It can be very difficult without prior practice, so I recommend looking it up if you have trouble, or giving them a call if it would suit you best.This is just my experience though. I am happily satisfied with my device and setup and I would recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase a vaporizer, or anyone looking to quit smoking. I would also encourage you to notify the store workers of your needs and requirements, because having to drip constantly wouldnt suit the driving smoker; I didnt notify them of this habit.
