I have had a few problems with a previous bike that he and his team were able to fix below budget.I try to make an appointment but sometimes stuff comes up and it can be a bit of a wait but when someone else is working on your stuff it helps to be patient.He does not charge shipping for parts and is happy to give a price quote even if he knows you are going to end up buying it on line.Very friendly. He even dug my bike out when I arrived late to pick it up after golfing one day.Like everybody else in the world they do appreciate a bit of recognition. Take a 6-pack by one day. They like Stella and Heineken.Update: been going to these guys for 6 years now. Not once have I been disappointed. Not even once!

Allen came highly recommend as knowledgeable and great mechanic. However, this wasnt completely my experience. He is very helpful and friendly and goes out of his way. He even came and picked me up along the highway, thus my first time I came to the shop I had a flat. I wanted a full inspection done on it. He did see that the weights and a few other items needed to be replaced. He orders. I come back the next week with another flat tire. Most of the parts had arrived so he went ahead and put them in. He forgot the belt. Which was okay since I had to come back anyway. But then I drive home and when I arrive my moped smells burning. The oil cap was loose and got oil all over my engine. He then said he would come over to help clean up the oil. I brought the moped back in as all parts where in. He fixed it up, but for awhile after there was a horrible rattling in my engine. He is a nice guy. But, at least in my experience, wasnt the most focused on details when fixing my moped.

Brahda Allen who owns the shop is super fair with his prices. Ever went to a repair shop and the people working there just ignored you and you have the awkward moment of standing around not know what to do where to go or who to talk to... its not like that here. Allen was in the middle of fixing something...stopped for a moment got my info...got me all squared away and I was able to leave my bike there and he fixed it once he had a chance which was later during the day... awesome experience and plan to go back if and when my bike goes down or even just maintenance work... thanx brahda Allen

Fair and friendly service. Much cheaper than the other options, better than your cousins brothers roommate who is a mechanic! Honestly Allen is too friendly on his prices always cutting everyone a break, i try to leave a tip and always get great service. They have a variety of mechanics so they do Euro and Japanese bikes and ATVs and watercraft. Without a doubt the best place ive found. He managed to track down and fix an esoteric electrical issue on my Ninja that no one had been able to figure out and ive had carb tune ups by Stanley that seemed like magic. Ill be bringing my KLR there when there is something i need that i cant do myself. Not a huge inventory of parts, but they can get them quickly. Fun office clerk.
