Horrible experience. Ive advised my insurance company to remove Mallory from their network. Poor quality work. I had to take my vehicle to a second repair shop to complete repairs Mallory did not properly address. My car was returned to me in shambles. Body shop dust coated the inside of the vehicle. Compound residue found all over the outside of my car. I had to spend two hours cleaning inside and out. Go somewhere different with your needs.

While on vacation in Hilton Head, S.C. My family was involved in a auto accident. My insurance company recommended Mallory Auto Body for repairs.The staff was friendly and very professional. Bill and Carolyn handled every aspect of repairing the very extensive damage to my Dodge Ram 1500 pickup. My vehicle was repaired on time, with perfect results! I could not have asked for a better repair. The paint match was perfect and I could not find any defect in the installed parts. The Quality of workmanship by the auto body technicians was outstanding! I would strongly recommend Mallory Auto Body to anyone !

As a 40+ your resident, I have to tell you, that their prices are usually better than anything on/off island, very little overhead...... Quality is very good. They did everything they said they would do, and actually clean the vehicle!
