We had a disastrous fire in our condo building. My wife and I needed to pick out flooring and bath tile for an entire condo. We met with Clay who was so helpful. He was patient as we weighed options, changed ideas, and finally made decisions. We could not have had a more helpful person to help us do all of that picking out. Sales process for my simple balcony carpeting job was straightforward and efficient. Trying to get the installation done was the worst Ive ever experienced. First show was with the wrong sized carpet, the next 4 times were no shows and then finally it was installed. During the time that I was trying to get the installation completed, calls were not made to me when promised. Emails were not returned. A message left for the owner with the emphatic comment that I was a very unhappy customer and to call me was never returned. If he had bothered to call me, I might not have written this review. Installation work when finally performed was good. I was billed per the original quote. It was frustrating to have had to cancel 5 days of appointments and just be stuck in my condo waiting for no shows.

This owner has a horrible attitude when contacted. Has no respect for clients. His staff took a day and a half to even return a call and was completely rude. Wouldnt even let me get a word in or express my concerns. There are better options and companies to give your money to.

Overall they did a great job,the floors look terrific. We werent there when the work was performed but the communications were good. The only problem we had was they promised pictures and even after requesting several times never recieved any. I would recommend.

The service, staff and product were all excellent. And the choices were amazing. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so, not to mention using them again myself when the time comes.

Our Experience at Floors to Go was more then 5 stars. Ask for Clay, he gave us great service and knows his product. Last year we did beautiful wood floors in a 5 washed white oak, this spring just did carpet in the bedrooms. Installers were awesome.

Working with Floors to Go is great! Their work is excellent and so are there prices. The pecan floor that we chose is beautiful with our furnishings and interior decor. Cant say enough great things about their installation.

Floors To Go was great. Watching the installation crew was like watching a symphony orchestra perform. Each one seemed to anticipate what the other ones needed so that the work flowed smoothly and the job was done quickly. Importantly, the cleanup afterwards was just as efficient.

They were very knowledgeable and didnt try to steer us to something we did not want or need. I think their prices are fair and they could not have been nicer to work with. Looking forward to having our products installed.

This is our third job that we have worked with Clay at floors to go. He is excellent to work with and always has great suggestions for what we need. The staff is professional and friendly. They are prompt to return calls and provide updates regarding product delivery. Clay has gone out of his way to get materials to us as we on a very tight time schedule.

Salesperson Chad was great to work with, he is five star. The installation crews were something else. The wood floor installers came with the wrong color of wood.Not their fault, they brought what they were given. They came back several days later with the correct material.The quarter round they used had several black marks on it which they put in the closet. Did not see that until after they left-had to paint afterwards!!!The carpet crew was a real disaster. They had absolutely nothing with them to clean up . They tried to sweep the newly installed white rug with the same dirty broom they used to sweep up the dirty concrete floor after they had torn out the old carpeting. I had to give them my dustpan, waste basket and my vacuum sweeper to clean up after themselves!

When it came time to select carpeting and hardwood flooring for our new home on Hilton Head Island, my wife and I were overwhelmed...Steve Fisher was recommended to us by a friend...what a blessing. Steve and his staff made the whole process of measuring our home, recommending color/styles, assisting in selections that fit our budget and ease of scheduling installation. Avoid this company at all cost! I gave them my credit card number to do a job and they overcharged my card by over $1500 without my permission, for work they said was necessary. The owner told me he would review the charges and give me some of my money back... Now, I cannot even get a call back.
