We recently used Hilton Head Flooring to install 1,600 sq ft of flooring in our condo. They did an excellent job. Their price was very competitive, but the their stellar customer service was worth much more. Mike was excellent to work with. He made several recommendations that enhanced the flooring look. When I say I dont care what it costs, just do the job. I thought that was enough consent to get the job done. . Apparently this company doesnt understand common sense. Dont ever do anything verbal with them. They dont offer you anything to sign but if you plan on using them get EVERYTHING in writing. Personally I dont suggest them.

We have found Todd Kinnaird, the owner of this flooring company to be a very stand up guy. After Hurricane Matthew, several local business locations were damaged, including one of ours on Arrow Road. Todds showroom was flooded. His house was badly damaged as well. There is only so much a small reputable company with so many customers can do in such a very overwhelming catastrophe situation. After all, some of us are not storm chasers and some of the local businesses with a big customer base just simply got the bad end of the stick, getting storm damage to their homes, their businesses and trying to keep up with thousands of calls in a very short period of time. We have done business with Todd and he is a very stand up guy in our opinion. Lets all pray that another storm like that stays away from Hilton Head next time!!!
